Extremely poor pathfinding AI (which is a biggie for a hardcore strategy game), terrible controls, even convetional zoom is reversed for some reason. Too often units won't follow orders or hit an insignificant obstacle and cease movement. Over engineered unit statistics. Does not obey standard RTS UI conventions, such as minimap ordering. Every action takes too many clicks making group cohesion difficult. Just had some great battles where a bit of tactics and strategy really worked well. You can't rush into this you have to do a bit of forward planning and thinking and this is where you get the most rewarding expierence.

There are people who enjoy these kind of unwieldy games, for example people who like to play ARMA or people who like to play Hearts of Iron. This is not for everyone, but if you are one of those aforementioned people, you will have a blast with this.

I stopped playing the Russian campaign in the first mission, because Germany attacks with Tigers and the Russians can't destroy them, even with their best artillery. It don't need such time-wasting nonesense. The game also crashes and sometimes corrupts the save files, so one has to start at an earlier save.
