I play only "float", (no "flight assist" or "inertial stabilization"), and I use a custom 4 joystick controller I made from arduino so that I can have all 6dof on sticks,, and actually searched high and low for a game just like this one,,, never found it,,, and only discovered it when someone recommended it in a forum. I just don't wanna spend the time because I'm already playing through GRID 2 and NFS The Run. The game feels like it's 30 fps locked too. But hey nice effort give it a chance if you like odd racing games. It's pretty funny too that my ship sounded like a muscle car. VROOM VROOM!

Whether on low or max graphics, it has troubles with frame rates, often at 45fps and struggling to (very occasionally) hit 60fps. Even lowering to 1024x768 produced more or less the same frame rate troubles. But gpu and cpu usage was about 35%. The acceleration tutorial just got softlocked no matter what I tried, and when I tried the acceleration training, it told me to get some distance. When I did, I constantly got out of bounds _within 250m of the next checkpoint_, that's not enough space for getting some distance as I had to accelerate to 70m/s next. 250m was barely enough to do that and you need some more space if you want to practice, or just put me in the exact right spot…

Please please devs, make this for the Index. It has all the mechanics I dont get from Elite Dangerous (it flies like ED: w/ Flight Assist off but with good prograde vector controls) or Star Citizen, it would be a masterpiece in VR. Great game!
