60 of 148 · most liked firststeam where people can put up their school project or game that will never leave a beta state and charge people money. i knew this wasn't a quality product but i thought it would give me about 5mins of fun. man was i disappointed because 20secs in and i was already done with this. how do you make a kaiju game boring? buildings go down in 1 hit as they fly away fully intact, and taking out enemies is just spamming your attacks. the game just feels lazy and very low effort but if the dev worked…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a proper dumpster fire. It's been a while since i touched a game so rough and buggy to the point it's borderline unplayable. I tried beating the first boss twice but for some reason each time I just randomly die even if I have full hp. Also, the combat is literally just mashing two buttons and hoping some of the mobs drop a juicy steak so you don't perish. Actually, come to think of it, that's the entire gameplay. Overall, a very painful and dull experience that someone slapped…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game to play but once you reach the boss ..he just kill you in one second ...and you have to play the whole level again ..-_- so ..unless you have a big patience and have nothing else to do with your life ..have fun !
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cool idea and cool art for sure. That said, this game doesn't feel ready for the prime time. The music is obnoxious, the gameplay is repetitive, and the controls are very unenjoyable to use. I played the game for a little bit and stopped after only a few minutes. Since I love dinosaur themed games I figured I'd give this a shot. I can't recommend this game in its current state.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Roarr! The Adventures of Rampage Rex isn't dino-mite at all, and to be fair it's pretty terrible. The graphics are just ugly, really ugly, It felt they were trying to create that old arcade game feel but it doesn't do any wonders. And the gameplay gets repetitive really quickly and the controls are just awkward and hard to get used to. And the worst thing about this game is that Horrible music, the music is just agony and not only that it repeats over and over to the point where you feel that…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a great game for the kids as a time waster. It's even split screen coop if you want to play with them. The buttons are few so it's easy for them to learn the controls. For $3 normal price / under $1 on sale, it's worth it if you have kids that like to play.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought this to play with my child. He loved it. That is until the game started freezing. Defeat a boss and the game would just stop. You can jump, but nothing else. This happened over and over. Needs alot of work. For a few bucks it would definently be worth it, if they fixed the bugs.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →wonky mechanics but still a fun silly game all the same.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A game that's less qualified than 90's nes games? A game which should have been on browser is being sold at 2 bucks? Do not worry because you can fight squiddles and other types of weirdos that equips townscapers and ferris wheels as a flipping dino which wears tuxedo to make your way through highest of high scores in this mentally demanding and stunningly beatiful, tense game. It's like those weird dreams. Hard to explain, total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from the start but unforgettable.. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ jokes…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm not really sure if "Roarr! The Adventures of Rampage Rex" is an asset flip. Some elements of this game certainly make it seem like the developer put some effort into assembling some kind of original here. On the other hand, a lot of the game assets don't seem like they were created by the developer, but they haven't credited any asset creators for supplying assets, which might be a case of plagiarism. There's no evidence, so we need to give the benefit of the doubt... regardless, asset…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Roarr! Jurassic Edition is a beat 'em up game where you play as a Tyrannosaurus Rex named Sue that's trying to save the planet. This game has you fight against waves of enemies and when you beat all of the enemies in the area, you can progress to the next area. At the end of each level is a boss for you to face. There are two different types of attacks you can do as well as some rampage attack as well when you get your meter full after knocking over trees, buildings, and other things on the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Roarr! The Adventures of Rampage Rex is a game about a dinosaur who can't get sleep and has to stomp out squids in revenge. Played a decent 15 minutes using a game controller before getting bored. This would be a good game for kids, especially young kids. Game Play - It's very flat in terms of game play. You go from one part of the land to another and mash buttons at squid monsters. When you job X monsters, you can go to the next part of the land and so on. Eventually you reach a boss,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Remember "King of Monsters" for the SNES? Remember the arcade game "Rampage"? The main difference between those games and this game is that those games were a lot of fun. The game gives you a super basic tutorial - Press X for claw attacks, Y for body attacks, A to jump, B to dodge, RB to ROARR and left stick to move. Then it's off you go. The meat of the game is beating up goons. The input feedback for this doesn't feel good, apparently you can do some sort of basic combos but there's no…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A prototype of a game that is missing polish and depth. I think with a lot more development it could actually be pretty fun, but not that interesting as is.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →5/10 not bad, got it for 0.50$ and im happy cant play local co-op with keyboard and controller would be nice if they could turn the brightness down a tad, burns my EYES!!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In short- this game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. Somehow, SOMEHOW it's not worth the asking price. The mechanics suck, the control prompts are all for xbox controllers, so it's confusing as to which buttons to use on PC even after looking at the controls in the options. Plus the camera's default state is to fly around with any slight movement of the mouse. It presents no challenge nor even fun. Refunded
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolute garbage. Feels like a student project, and not a good one. Like a C-, maybe.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I imagine this was made as a "24 hour make a game" challenge. On those merits it's alright.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Goofy game to play with your friend when your high
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute rawr game, should add online coop and bigger cities for more mayhem
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/cVCZmWtg5U4 Having an immediately recognizable gameplay loop that is also cute is a wonder first step. Despite having that, the play is rather light weight button mashing that quickly becomes exhausted.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The next in the 3rd party souls like genre. The devs have made quite a few bold choices very reminiscent of Sekiro by limiting your load out and implementing a wicked sick combo system. Along with that the iframes on the roll are godlike however you really need to super commit to your rolls. They also opted to leave the flask system out this time in place of a health drop system where Mondo steaks are left behind that replenish all hp. Pro tip: Be sure to leave some of those steaks behind…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not really that much fun as i thought i would probably go 4/10 on it Soo... yeah...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"Roarr! The Adventures of Rampage Rex" feels like an unfinished/rushed attempt at a game. The first thing that bothers me is the water texture being low resolution and like 100x too big compared to the rest of the world. Much worse though is the very repetitive gameplay with no objective, powerups, or anything to keep your attention beyond just a couple minutes. Yes, there are boss fights but that doesn't provide enough variety run to run. Polishing the controls/visuals and adding more…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a good game. You have a T-Rex that can do 2 different attacks and undescribed combos of the attack. It's unclear what is the diffence between the attacks. So it's just button mashing. You fight hordes of octoups and get sometimes some Items, but it's unclear what to do with them. Then there are bosses, but you need to find out how to beat them as there is no sign if you even hurt them with your normal attacks. If you die you have to start the whole game from the beginning. The whole…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I mean, it's cute, and it has a lot of heart, but there's really nothing to this game. It's fun knocking over buildings and stuff, but I was pretty much spamming the same attacks the whole time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bad button masher.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There are a few games that made me feel motion sick, most notably Just Cause IV, but it kicked off after hours of playing. This took me less than 10 minutes.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Repetitive and unrewarding gameplay, although the concept is every 10 year olds dream it isn't the most fun, even for its price. Completion felt pretty unrewarding for the hours of boring gameplay i was sitting through.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →insane graphics nad insen game nice develop
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun for about 5 minutes and that's it. Feels like a mobile game with wonky controls and repetitive attacks. Everything in this game is just walk forwards spam attack and win.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very good. I died many times. Harder than dark soul III.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not really at that impressed with this game. Fun idea, just missing fun elements to keep you engaged. If the developer put a bit more polish into the game. Made you understand when hits were happening (attack and attacked) it would probably be a lot more fun. But it's really cheap (Got it for less than a buck) so I guess you get what you paid for.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Couldn't get it to work. Can't read Japanese...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Basic shovelware button masher which requires you to completely start over upon death.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Literal trash software. The menu has a lag of 20 seconds. I cannot beat the first level due the lag and the enemies are immortal Stay away from this garbage that doesn't even run properly
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Roarr! The Adventures of Rampage Rex is a thrilling and fun game that kept me on the edge of my seat. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is addictive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gaming experience! Fun to play!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wouldn´t go past 5 minutes of this senseless button mashing
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am not not going to make fun of this game which was probably made by a very modest dev. I will simply saythat this game is as cheap as it looks and not worth any attention. Graphically extremely poor (textures are plain colours...), themes that are the same 5 or 6 music notes repeating in a loop, coarse animations, very poor gameplay which consists in going from zone to zone and killing all monsters by hammering all possible buttons... And I ended up finishing the first level, thinking I had…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →honestly, the core concept is fun, but, the hitboxes on the bosses attacks are obscene with very little time to dodge and it just becomes frustrating to fight them. that, and, if you die, it's the end of the game, you have to start over. overall i'd have to say i give it a 5/10 and that's not an ign 5 which means it's the worst thing i've ever played. its an honest 5, meaning, i didn't hate it, but i didn't love it. i'm sorry.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →like i could agree that kids might enjoy this game. otherwise the game is kinda buggy and i feel like i lose braincells playing. needs a good polish and less repetitive levels
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ehhhmmm... nope!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beyond basic, boring and repetitive beat em' up. The controls are functional but sloppy, the combat is essentially just spam attacks on the hordes of trash mobs thrown at you, and dodge every now and then on the boss. Within 5 minutes it was already tiring, with the uninspired visuals and bland enemies, it's really not that fun to even look at. The sound design lacks any sort of impact, and the music choice is rather odd for what you're doing. It could've been a mediocre recommend with a few…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this game and got all achievements, i must say even tho this game isnt the best i liked playing it. The final stage was actually difficult and fun to complete, and also the final boss design is pretty cool. I must say if you are looking for a quick game to complete and have some fun play it. And if you have 4 controllers you can play with 3 other people locally so i think thats pretty cool.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don't bother, you won't get those minutes back.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What an absolutely horrendous piece of garbage. This is what I imagine a ten year old would create as their first game in Unity. This should be given away for free on one of those indie game sites like itch.io or something. So glad I probably got this for free essentially in some bundle from fanatical.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For the low price a pretty fun game. Only played it solo, but i believe it's up to four players. Would recommended it because of the hard time you'll have just finishing the first map. Didnt find a way to save before the endboss of level1, so had to restart all over (10 minutes of carnage), just to be beaten by the boss again. I like that
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Super boring. After two min I had enough
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ehhhhhhh.... ehhhhhh....hhh.. hhhhh.... Menus are unfinished and broken. Game could be awesome but has the fit and finish of 'create application' in your favorite gamedev studio. Even for free, pass.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →monotonous button masher. couldn't even keep my 7 year old's attention. my 4 year old got frustrated because he's 4 and got lost a lot.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is fun but i think you need to play with controller and it makes it way better and playing with more people does to i think it was a 10/10 game not going to lie thank you to all that made the game i love it! :D
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I want my 15 minutes back.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For adults: bad, not enjoyable beyond the first minute. Using mouse/keyboard is about impossible. For kids: Maybe fun?
