positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Time for some motherfuckin Love Letter, which is a really easy intro level card game. Have not played this in years and happy to report there's a reason it's remained so ubiquitously popular. Very fun
unlabelledView post →Love this classic game, but please release the second edition (I guess still better than classic). Sad cant find anyone online, at least i can play with this bots.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If I had to analyze what's going on designwise here, I think it's that the feeling of player elimination, even in a super short short game, is an extraordinarily potent flavor. Love Letter and Red 7 get some similar mileage out of this as well.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is ok to learn. As far as solo play its frustratingly pointless. The AI for this game is frankly awful. One bot could be one round away from winning, the other bots will for some reason often not or barely target them and target instead the player furthest from winning over and over.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the AIs make bad moves that don't make sense or they know your card and get you out instantly. there's no difficulty setting for them. it also doesn't use the modern version with new cards or have an option to use 1 or the other
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love Letter itself is a fantastic game, but this digital version is lacking in significant ways. The biggest issues are: 1) When a player is targeted with a guard, the card guessed is represented only as a number. This requires players to use a reference guide to figure out which card was guessed. There is no reference guide available on the screen. 2) The little window that displays the names of players targeted with cards like priest, guard, or baron, is small and the names appear only…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simple but nice card game. Makes good job at teaching the rules but it has terrible at matchmaking. No lobby or matchmaking settings - thanks to that you will end up playing most of online matches 1 vs 1 - and it's best to play it with at least 3 players. 1 vs 1 is just weird - you basically throw at each other cards you get randomly - and pray for RNG to give right cards to you. No deduction or strategy in most of rounds. If you want to play with strangers - this ain't gonna work. If your…

"A love letter could be an expression of appreciation for someone who’s had a positive impact on your life or sharing a piece of art, media, software or something else you enjoy so more people can discover it." https://hamatti.org/posts/indieweb-carnival-write-a-love-letter/ https://indieweb.org/IndieWeb_Carnival #IndieWebCarnival #LoveLetter #indieweb #writing #blogging #WritingPrompt

Might be a good way to do pass and play, although it doesn't work on a smartphone. The game's A.I. was not very good - so it is not worth getting for single-player experience. All that said, the software seemed to work okay with Steam's Proton compatibility software. This is a fun, quick game to play with a handful of cards. Try to make your own set at home :) I made a set based on the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am saving you all £5 for this game, it is broken in single player and for multiplayer experience you can play the officially licensed game free elsewhere online. Pros: Graphics look nice Cons: Everything else Single player is broken. The winning condition would be the first player to win x amount of rounds. If you play this in real life, everyone would naturally target the highest winning player to knock them out of the round... BUT NOPE NOT HERE. AI opponents with 3-4 wins each/one win from…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don't get me wrong. I like Love Letter as a game, but the digital version is lacking in one aspect for me: The actions of the cards are not written on the in-game cards and there is no rule book visible. So I always end up having to open the rules on a 2nd screen so I know how to play. This is solved much nicer in the physical version of the game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love Letter is a great game and this is a fine port, but 100% unnecessary. More than likely, You'll get more money's worth out of buying the physical cards at about the same price as this port. The thing is, Love Letter is a micro-game that best fits in as filler for a casual gaming group. For best results, you'll play one or two matches and then move into something else. It won't hold your attention for long on its own. The core mechanics are pretty simple. Each turn you have a hand of two…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I won't lie, I first discovered this game back when I was like, 10, on Roblox, when someone recreated the game there. I didn't know it was an actual game until I saw the box for it at mt local B&N. It then became one of my absolute favorite games, and THEN (maybe a year or two ago) I learned that it was on Steam??? I was so excited I think I bought it same day. Unrelated, my friends and I have created nicknames for the cards, as well as our own personal feelings for them as well. We all hate…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Dear Game, When we first met I was deeply attracted by your good looks, it's true. As we spent time together, however, I realized you bored me. Let's not play the blame game it's really your fault and let's part as friends. Better yet, let us part as former shady business partners. Money was exchanged after all, and I intend to hide you in my Library denying I ever met you. No hard feelings. I lied. Totally hard feelings. P.S.- OK, maybe we could have a last quick fling for old…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a bad game, but a too simplistic for the asking price. $7 for the physical version would be fine, but a single digital copy I wouldn't pay more than ~$2 for. Pick it up on a deep sale if curious.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Though the card game itself is quite interesting and easy to play, there are just too few players online, and takes years to match one. While the AI of this game isn't very clever, guess I can only play with friends, however in that case may be a physical version is funner to play
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In this card game every player gets a deck of 8 different cards. Each card has an effect, e.g.: "Compare your other card with the one of your opponent. The one with the lower number loses the round(!)" or "Guess which card the opponent has. If you guessed it right you win the round(!)". The AI just guessed my card right six rounds in a row. In card games you usually need a certain amount of luck, but in this one... no thanks.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun lil game. Unfortunately nobody plays it though =(
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I found it rather pointless, especially with its match making system. As far as single player is concerned, there is no point, with the AI being very strong and the lack of achievements.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the most balanced 4 player games out there.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a fun game for when you're looking to play something casual and without a time commitment with your friends.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love this game and I figured as it's so quiet unless you prearrange games with friends I'd create a discord group for people to play with other hoomans. I'll also make a Facebook group soon too. Hopefully this link works https://discord.gg/pkq8D5Dw Otherwise please drop me a message or friend request on discord Vonklink#6840
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have this actual physical card game, and since my people don't really like playing games with me, I had to learn how to play via this game. It is so much easier to understand the game being guided by the computer programming, and the visual effects are great as well. I really enjoy this game for a casual and quick card game to play, and would definitely recommend it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game, it's fun and easy to learn.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love Letter is an awesome care game about lying, card counting, and backstabbing. The card game itself is quite fun. The virtual version of the game runs well, has seamless multiplayer, and is 100% faithful to the original game. Would recommend, especially on sale, for people who enjoy such card games!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love Letter is a minigame that is simple to learn but does have some surprising depth. The digital version works the same as the (many) physical versions. In love letter you have 1 card in hand and always draw a card and play a card, so you always choose which of your two cards to play. There are only 8 cards but multiple copies of some. Strategy wise you try to deduce what cards your opponents have. You play multiple rounds to determine a winner. A full round takes maybe 3-4 minutes, and a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice implementation of Love Letter card game if you have a group of friends to play with. Public multiplayer is very limited and very much dead though so don't expect to have a game with strangers.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Actually a really nice and working port for a really simple and fun board game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A renowned nice board game i have it in physical. The tutorial is well done and explain the game Nice interface as i find it almost the same as the "original" one. Too bad there is no achievements system
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it takes about two minutes to learn, a round lasts maybe five minutes and it always ends with everyone screaming and wanting a rematch.. :D highly addictive 10/10 :)

unlabelledView post →A decent digital version of a really fun card game! The game could use some extras, like different background music tracks, but that is just a minor nitpick. Overall does everything it sets out to do very well.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love the real life version of course. However, as a solitaire replacement, this is quite good. Please add some deck skins available like in real life.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fine, but it does violate the game design rule that you can die before you've had a turn.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love Letter, developed by Nomad Games and published by Twin Sails Interactive, is a digital adaptation of the acclaimed micro-card game that has long been a favorite among tabletop enthusiasts. It brings the simple yet strategic charm of the original to PC and mobile platforms, distilling the experience into a fast-paced and elegant digital form. Set in a whimsical court where suitors compete for the princess’s affection, the game invites players to deliver their “love letter” while outsmarting…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good if you like making your friends mad at you
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very fun game! I love it when a friend gets angry and cries when he loses (yeah I'm talking about you Rex). Thank you Franciumguy so much for buying me the game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Exactly like the real life version :D
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great quick game, wish they had the deluxe version available on PC.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Classic quick game that you can play with friends and shoot the ♥♥♥♥. It can be competitive and is short so it ain't gonna be like ♥♥♥♥♥♥ monopoly or all those long ass drawn out games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As someone who has always been a little daunted by card games, I found this to be a perfectly beginner-friendly entry to get familiarized with the genre. Simple & fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Paid game but no expansions?
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pros: Learn Love Letter simply, good gameplay, graphics theme Cons: No additional themes for the lovers of the game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Community is dead. The game is entertaining but not worth the price imo. Got it gifted to me by friends.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Easy to play... and very entertaining
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →digital version is good. but can recommend it only if you are ok with random gameplay depending mostly on what cards will come into your hand. deduction element play close to nothing role in this game, and in most cases you just have no any strategical or meaningful choice how to use your cards.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A charming card game that feels like it's by luck and skill will bring you the victory! Love the art style and the gameplay is fluid and fun! If you like card games, then this is one not to pass up! https://youtu.be/l3dhnTir5Lg
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is just amazing. For its price, its astonishing, I got it on a bundle sale and wasn't even looking at it. Was just one more random game and then I played it with some friends that got the same bundle and hilarity ensued. 4 players using a voice chat, banter, laughter, total random attacks and stabs. Priceless. This is one of the few games that is really worth its weight in gold for the entertainment value. Now as for its drawbacks, its a crappy card game that relies nearly…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Got in a Humble Bundle. Not for me.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Basico y algo caro. Es igual que el juego original.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great adaptation from the physical game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very nice little game to play casually with your girlfriend. It is easy to learn, but has enough strategic depth to keep both of us entertained for hours.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really fun (and quick!) social deduction card game. You will have a blast playing with your friends. Not sure if anyone is actually playing Public games anymore...so if you buy a copy 1) you will love it, 2) buy a couple for your buddies too.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love boring games. I really do. They're relaxing. This is boring in a pointless way. I really don't care that I win.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →poggers ass game
