It's just another game from the "shooter" series, with insane amount of enemies, gore and destruction on screen, a must play classic for sure.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Welp, Zombie Shooter 2 is exactly what I expected the first one to be - a lazy reskin made without any idea or effort put in the process. And funnily enough, they managed to fail at more things than one: The game uses a simplified version of AS2 - there are no weapon skills, only generic damage, and that change heavily reduces replayability. The enemies are not new or redesigned ones, but straight up reskins of the aliens you fought in AS2. And while some enemies got through that…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →ons of fun! Nothing like splashing gangs of zombies all over the screen. Much improved over first version; better graphics, weapons and action. Very good value for the price. Good music soundtrack and sound effects. Degree of difficulty increases with each segment. One downer, you can not save and restart at that point in the game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Felt nice to relive being 15 again. Pick it up if it's on sale for at least 50% off, it's worth a good 3 hours of play!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a decent time killer, a good sequel for the series. There are lot of different enemies and equipment in it, level design is also fine, but the overall difficulty can be challenging for some. The story is nothing special, there are some weird moments in it, but atleast there are different starting characters and a level up system with stats, which could be a reason to replay the game multiple times. So overall, Zombie Shooter 2 is an alright game by itself... ..but if I take account the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't know how it happened, but the sequel of Zombie Shooter is much worse than the original game. It feels less fast, challenging, meaty, bloody, though these are the only ingredients the original game attracted players by. The sequel got dialogues, NPCs, intermediate goals (missions) for levels, but these elements are not only secondary to gameplay, they are implemented lousy: there is no holistic, good, albeit trivial (like in B-movies) story; no charismatic, though banal characters; etc.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Must play. We need more like that BUT WITH online coop.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'd say... Good. This is an isometric perspective shooter with a little bit of RPG in it. The graphics are old but still decent. The music is OK. The story is not so bright, not so lame, just "Meh!", I guess. No bugs or crashes, other than sometimes you can get firmly stuck behind something and you gonna need to restart the mission. Overall, entertaining. Shooting pixel zombies is always a fun thing to do. Shooting hordes of zombies is even funnier. Plenty of weapons to try out. A 15-mission…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not as fast, brutal, and snappy as the first one. The game feels heavy and clunky. The new RPG features do not compensate the gameplay downgrade.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is difficult. I enjoyed the game at first but eventually all its flaws were to overpowering for me to recommend it. The first few levels are very good and it's a blast to shoot down zombies, zombie rats and zombie dogs. There is not too much story, which didn't bother me at first, until i heard that my character wanted to reach the city to see if his sister was still alive - a story arch that i hadn't heard of before. I played on easy as i know from experience that these older games are…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A fun little game, but its unsupported now so feel free to roll the dice with your money if you like, because if nothing else, the survival mode is entirely broken. sgxcfljd (Developer): "This is a 2009 game. I am sorry that you have encountered an error, but we can no longer make changes to it or add fixes."
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The sequel to that game where you shoot zombies. Crazy, I know. Zombie shooter 2 is an isometric action shoot em up with a RPG upgrade system tacked on to it. While the game re-uses many of the assets of the other games in the series it also feels a bit more polished and provides more of the "shooter" series trademark, well, shooting. Lots of guns and lots of enemies to use them on. I'm not really sold on the lack of color, it becomes quite monotonous at times. Good -old fashion action, and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sigma Team's laziest work I've ever seen. I enjoyed the Alien Shooter games and so when I saw this expected them to improve this style of game. But they white washed the entire game removing almost all color which made the Alien Shooter games fun to look at. There was many typos. The accents were really inconsistent, and an insult to Americans. The commanders of armies were terrible southern accents but the soilders were all european accents. They re-used as many models from Alien shooter games…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's alot of dumb fun, and really what else could you ask? Hordes of zombos getting blown away, elite enemies get stupidly tanky, but it's still worth the price of admission. Currently $2.50 for a good dozen or so hours of fun, even at the regular price of $10, its still worth it. God knows you'd waste it on something else anyway, why not play some nonsense? Oh, voice acting.. it's bad, like.. real bad. But it genuinely helps the game, kind of like a real goofy zombie B movie. 10/10 guys, get…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Boring top-down shooter.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Feels bad to kill my fellow zombie brothers but i have no choice ;-; The game is pretty fun even tho i have only played it for like 25 minutes, i was really enjoying it. 9/10 would play again !!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →cant make it past the loading screen
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No. Everything about this is janky as ♥♥♥♥, and I've never understood the apparent popularity of [url=http://store.steampowered.com/search/?developer=Sigma%20Team%20Inc.]Sigma Team's Shooter games. I would rather recommend either version of [url=http://store.steampowered.com/search/?developer=10tons%20Ltd]10Ton's [url=http://store.steampowered.com/app/262830/]Crimsonland, which was always a better game than these, or their newer game [url=http://store.steampowered.com/app/428750/]Neon Chrome.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Extremely enjoyable. The story line is great plus the variety of weapons to choose from certainly give off different experiences. Blasting through the horde of zombies always feel satisfying. A great way to pass the time and can get you hooked easily. Wish they make zombie shooter 3.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A blast from the past!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →go change the .exe's compatibility mode to "windows XP"
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its an alright sequel. It builds on the original game and adds a real campaign mode with new weapons and game modes, pretty much just like the second Alien Shooter. It still doesnt beat the original though. __________________ [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45534557/]Follow my Curator for more!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →kinda bit sad that this game doesn't get enough recognition this game was my childhood starting from alien shooter 1 & 2, zombie shooter and this one. revisiting this game after 10 years, i still had fun playing this game and wouldn't mind replaying the game from time to time and now with the HD update my experience is even better! it's still a 10/10 for me
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not as fun as its sibling, Alien Shooter 2, but cut from the same shoot-everything cloth that's just impossible not to smile at.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A very fun time killer that I consistently come back to every few months when I'm feeling zombie-killerish.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you love classic zombie adventure top down games way back from 2006 on a web flash player browser like armor games....this is a game to try out. With a skill tree element keeps you wanting to play more.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Playing on 1050Ti and fights are laggy as hell. Hitboxes are also weird - shooting enemy directly face to face is very often doing nothing. And dont want me to tell you about navigation and pathfinding... getting stuck in every object when there is a narrow way.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Exactly what it says on the tin. Mindless shooting of constant zombie hordes with a minimal story line. Do not expect too much Considering the price it is not bad for a cheap run and gun 3/10 - Not bad in small dozes but nothing great. Id pass not missing much to be honest
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simple old school mindless fun
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pirated it just for fun but I decided to bought it because it was good enough for the price. One bug that I found and can't avoid was during the second car ride. The car movement was janky so bad that I can't progress with it, I had to walk until the next checkpoint. And the screen positioning with the mouse is worse than the previous title. In zombie shooter1, you can use your mouse to move the screen a bit further by using the mouse(scouting far ahead, making your character a bit closer to…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sigma Team really needs to update these for modern platforms again. I can get this to run, but always with some sort of compromise. If I let the game do the resolution scaling, the ingame font will be gigantic no matter what I change in the CFG file. If I let Windows do the scaling, the image is perfect, text is perfect but my mouselook is inverted. Infuriatingly. And since Windows is doing the scaling and causing the bug, I can't fix or adjust to the bug ingame. With the gigantic font, I…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it is very funny that this game is actually fine; just like its predecessor, it's a solid Zombie Shooter (2). It's a bit less ugly than the first one, it actually gives you some story, and shooting the zombies without using a single active brain cell is still as fun as in the first one. I don't know why they went for the most generic ass title, but I guess that's just what it is. A solid Zombie Shooter. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Complete garbage. I have an I7 14700. 32GB of ram, and a 4090 Strix OC. I should be able to run any game well. This piece of crap was acting weirdly laggy. Also the music was obnoxious and aiming weapons felt awkward. Essentially you have a reticle but your shots don't seem to go where you'd expect based on where you placed said reticle. Refunded after about 20 minutes. It's just not a good game. Oh, and for some reason it's limited to "Full HD" resolution even AFTER an update. But does it…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Zombie Shooter 2 is a delightful isometric shooter! If you're one who thinks a 2D zombie shooter is stale and repetitive, I would usually agree with you. But this is not the case with Zombie Shooter 2. Not only the graphics are attractive and unique, gameplay has a very good pace. Are you going to be holding your mouse button shooting zombies most of the time? Yes. However, you do it while escaping town, hitching a ride with a nerd in his machine-gun mounted old car, helping rescue military…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good time waster
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I think this is one of the best 2D-Isometric action RPG's there is. If you generally enjoy isometric (2D-sprite based) games, this one's for you.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/EWZkJrdgW_4 Many of the interesting mechanics and features still hold strong but the overall product struggles heavily with the age of the title. Broken fonts and muddy visuals will turn many players off.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bugs and stupid things in this game: -> You need to edit a file if you want to play -> Weapon swapping will result in weapons disappearing (there goes my dragunov) -> You can't have more than 5 lives (seriously?), so you can't pick another if you have 5 -> Sometimes you will get stuck in the map -> After acquiring the tank there will be an invisible wall blocking you from advancing with the tank and forcing you to walk on foot -> You can't shoot through a fence ~> A sniper rifle, a rifle…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An improvement on the first game however but still not amazing. The graphics have improved only slightly and not really enough to warrent the really beautiful artwork of the game. The gameplay is just as repetitive as the first. A solid 5/10 + Slightly Improved graphics + Solid UI and less clinky controls - Repetitive - Not much to do overall.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Zombie Shooter 2 is a fast, aggressive top-down shooter that combines arcade-style zombie extermination with straightforward RPG progression. Developed and published by Sigma Team Inc., the game was released in 2009 and carries much of the same design philosophy associated with the studio’s Alien Shooter games. Instead of presenting zombies as terrifying individual threats, it turns them into enormous crowds that constantly pressure the player. The result is an action game concerned less with…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →nostalgic. wow playing this when i was younger but now im like damnn i dont wanna play no more
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Zombie Shooter 2 is a significant upgrade from the first, it features a much larger variety of weapons, enemies, and even a few more levels than the first title. Even though the story isn't really ever expanded on, I'm glad that it's at least there to ground the game with some sense of an objective, and the addition of voice acting, though somewhat cheesy, still felt very authentic and charming in its own way. I'd say Zombie Shooter 2 is a decent contender if somebody happens to be looking for…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Got stuck in the basement on the first level. Literally could not progress through the game. Had to restart level and lose the progress I made. Pretty unforgivable gaming sin
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it is very fun, I lost my save so I left but the game is fun
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →HELL YEAH!!! Awesome game, you NEED to try it!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →And like other games from this studio, you can have fun with this one if you enjoy this type of top-down action. It's a bit unfair at times.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun game. Didn't get to playing this until later but then, was hooked until I beat it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great casual friendly game, absolute massive onslaught of sheer endless hordes undead. i'd be great to see more of those games take over
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've played this game a lot in my childhood. Good old days and this game was a gem at it's time. I really want from Sigma Team to make a combination between Alien Shooter 3 & Zombie Shooter 3 if one day they will come to be released.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Super Wank Fest 2.0.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love how you increased the price of an 14 years old game just because steam suggested new higher prices. As a Polish person i love to pay 2nd most in the world, had no idea Poland is such an economic powerhouse! inflation™, i bet that producing those pixels cost more now.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really fun game, tons of zombies to kill with a wide selection of weapons and vehicles such as tank; there is a shop to buy armor, ammo, booster and new weapons. There are skill points and secret places to be found to increase the replay value. The graphics are not the best but it helps for an old-school atmosphere. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2954115502 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2954115358
