Second game, I took it easy and he won again. Third game, gloves off, I played for real... he won. And kept winning. After 12 games, I'd won a measly single time. Against a six year old. 10/10, would get thrashed and be proud of my gamer kid any day.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →(Update below this review!) You could call it a cephalopod racer. My friend and I were given a key for Muddledash for our local multiplayer video series called Side by Side. You can catch the episode here: https://youtu.be/V56oncZLI_E I had no idea it was a paltry £4.79 though. I feel so cheap. So Muddledash is all about a bunch of octopuses duking it out over a single present to present at the octo-party at the end of each level. The octopus that gets through the party door first with the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game isn’t bad. It would be okey, as a free-to-play game. But 5€ is definitely overpriced. All you can do is race with your friends as octopuses. There is no more gameplay, no story, nothing. You can run and grab your opponents, boost or rarely shot a ball (when there is a plant in your way) at them to slow them down. My friend and I had really lots of fun playing this, but it got boring after 30 minutes, as there is no content.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There running and fighting with each other (players) is not composed with each other (running and fighting). You and your opponents are running meanwhile u are trying to use something to grab the present from someone who is carrying it, some slime balls, kick and something, but there only matters who will take the present until he comes to place where everybody must come. There doesn't matter some "time of carrying the present" or there isn't fighting to take the present to his own party/base.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an absolute joy of a simple, fun game. There is not much to it: race through a simple obstacle course while trying to gain control of a gift box, but it gets every detail absolutely right! - It is very easy to pick up, even the nuances of movement (learning how/when to dash and jump) - It has a great 'feel', everything has a great "sticky" tactile sensation to it - The minimal gameplay is masterfully done: there are no "why doesn't it do..." moments - It has a great visual asthetic -…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this with a couple of mates and had a really fun time. Definitely recommend it if you also have a couple of mates and want to have a fun time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →3/10 its like 4 player nidhog but better, still bad, but better. - no bonus or reason to hold the present until around the end - Only local co-op no bots or online - broken achievements

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →When I think masterpiece I think Muddledash
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its a fun game to play with friends.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →To be honest, the cost of the money is kinda decent, but i got it cheap anyways from the other sites. But for now, the game does look cute and fun to play with friends, but sadly its only for LAN. But it wont stop me, because Steam does have the feature to give people to play on the game whenever they are far away or not close. But still, fun and really cute game to play. At least i recommend it when you buy it cheaper or somewhere else.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Part of the "My Girlfriend's Games" series. "Oh my gosh, hats!" "Too competitive, but the Octopuses are really cute." "You can pick your own colors too!" Best with four players. Can't beat it for the price especially when it's on sale. Controls are extremely easy to pick up. 9/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Definitely too costly for its simple premise, but also extremely fun to play with friends or partners even if they're generally new to gaming. Wish it had more content than it does, but can't really act like it wasn't fun to play every single time I've picked it back up with someone be them new or old to its premise.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Muddledash is a lighthearted multiplayer racing game that takes a very simple objective and turns it into an energetic contest of movement, timing, and friendly sabotage. Developed by slampunks and published by PQube, the game revolves around colorful octopus-like competitors racing toward a party while fighting over a single present. Instead of treating the race as a straightforward sprint to the finish, the game makes possession of the gift essential, meaning that reaching the destination…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →They should at least add bots to this game. It won't hold other humans' interest for more than 30 minutes and then you are left with no one to play with. It is multiplayer game without CPU bots. So unless you like playing against yourself (it has one-handed controls), you probably should pick something else. The level content is so limited that after a couple of rounds I thought the levels were repeating with slight color changes. Apparently the procedural level generation has a limited…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game so much! I originally owned this on my switch and just a day ago got told it's on here too and imediately bought it, lol. It's a qick game you can open up and play with a couple of friends and have loads of fun :D
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/oriH7BI3pAA Focused on races across procedurally generated levels yields a chaotic competition that is far more random than rewarding.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I feel bad giving this game a negative rating, but it's hard to find people who want to play it for more than 2 minutes.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →// Muddledash 1-4 Players. Very Positive reviews. Cool controls and game play. Tested and it worked using two Xbox One Core and one 8BitDo Pro 2.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good timewaster
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun game for 2 or more players. It gets a little bit repetitive after some time tho. Would love to play other minigames aswell
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is my go-to game for short party-game sessions! Probably the easiest party game to convince people to play. The characters are fun and easy to control, and the gameplay is smooth. It's super easy to learn, and there's still some room for skill improvement.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My kids love this game (and I do too). The design is great for supporting players of different skill levels; no one is left behind. The varied levels make it always new and interesting. And the music is great.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This review is specially made for those who like to get all the achievements in games and have this one in their backlog (minor spoilers ahead). Description: Muddledash is a colorful 2D multiplayer racing game that can be played by up to 4 players locally. The objective is to run through a 2D level where you need to jump and overcome random obstacles and reach the finish line before the others, while holding the present. Unfortunately I don’t think there is an option to play on-line with…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have no friends, no one play with me So sad
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Passable couch competitive Muddledash is certainly quite a polished piece of work, but it doesn't have a whole lot to offer. You assume the role of little squid-looking things, rushing to be the first to deliver a present to a party. The issue is that there's only a single gift, so players will be persistently tussling for possession of the present en-route. Once one player enters the party venue with the gift in hand, they are declared the winner of the round. Winning is, unfortunately, not…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It looks like a cute little party game but will end friendships 9.5/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I absolutely LOVE this game!! I just got it on PC (i bought it on switch before) and it made my love for it spike!! It's such a simple, versatile game. It's one of those games that you can bring to a family gathering and you'll have grandpa spitting out his dentures, laughing, playing this game. The fact that you can have multiple players on one keyboard or multiple controllers is great! It's so easy to play and set up and I totally reccomend that you buy it. It's worth every penny! Just make…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute, simple, but not super refined. This is a versus game for when you're bored of most of the other options. 6.5/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Loads of fun, and simple enough for non gamer types to get into it :)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hi! This is my review for Muddledash. I bought it in a shopping spree along with Hypergalactic Psychic Table Tennis 3000 and Bloons TD 6. Muddledash is a local 2-player 2D competitive game in which you grab the gift and try to get it to the party before anyone else does the same. It's pretty fun, and I recommend checking it out. Valuables: Graphics: Good Gameplay: Good Enjoyability: Excellent Difficulty Ramping: Good(in this context, difficulty ramping replaces balancing) SFX: Good…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I mean, it's good and polished, but really short
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hilary asked me to write this: 'it's so nice! Hilary know how to play Hilary likes to play this with mum and dad, and Hilary wins most of the games'
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really fun game, definitely a great game to play up to 4 people, even with people who don't play videogames that much. It's not content-heavy, so I recommend playing this when you have friends or guests coming over, regardless of their age or gender.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great to play with young kids!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love muddledash. It's hilarious. You can play it with lots of people. Probably everyone is going to like it:)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Option to take off teleportation for player and for the gift would be awesome. Needs full 4 players to be fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great party game! The art style makes it significantly more accessible for non-gamers than let's say the one in Speedrunners. The respawning system makes the whole match tense, and map elements like grass and shooting flowers are sprinkled just right throughout. Highly recommended!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute little game! Had a great time at a 4 player couch co op!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Muddledash provides a simple concept: race to the finish and enter a birthday party with a present. The simple controls and immediately clear goals make this game quite accessible, which is always a great quality for a multiplayer party game. Additionally, Muddledash sports enough replayability due to ever-changing level lay-outs and the player's ability to adapt to those lay-outs and hone their pathfinding skills. My only real gripe with the game would be that the respawn mechanics are a bit…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was recommended this game from a friend and it is every bit as fun as it looks! It's a simple party game that is very intuitive and so everyone can just pick it up and play. I would especially recommend this game if you like games like Speedrunners or Rayman Legends as it is on that level of speedy platforming fun for you and your friends! The game looks amazing too and has a great soundtrack to boot. It's probably one of the best casual party games I have ever played. Only downsides would…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Discovered it at EGX last year, absolutely our game of the show. Bought it on release and already been falling over laughing playing it. A fantastic little party game and I am surprised how low the price is too!
