Ah, I missed that the third/final/spacey episode of Project Warlock 2 launched. I kickstarted that game! Apparently they're doing a bunch of tweaking and tuning before it's ready for v1.0 but it has all of its main levels and characters in place now, I believe.

My Steam Replay Shoutout to Project Warlock 2 (amazing game and a great sequel) and Tokyo Xtreme Racer!

So I finished Project Warlock 2 (a mini thread): Gameplay is similar to the original game, but with the multiple characters, new weapons, magic, and upgrades, the combat feels great, with good enemies and decently fun levels. Bosses are a let down however, with none reaching grand heights as prior.

Treated myself to Project Warlock 2 (and if you're a fan of the first game and/or indie boomer shooters with style I'd highly recommend). They really went above and beyond in every department with the sequel. My only minor gripe is the same as the first game: Weapon upgrade change option PLZ!

I have 6 players, 5 martial, 1 Warlock. 2 share the same class. Turns out if your game actually supports exploration and social encounters than there's plenty of space to differentiate and feel different. They're level 4. #A5e

Warlock 2 the exiled. It's so shit. I actually kind of despise how much time I've sunk into the game. It still has some of the most interesting terrain manipulation systems in a 4x. Wish someone iterated on its ideas, but in a less shit way.

Project Warlock 2, the game i mentioned, does have many different hotties (both demons and non), but since it's a boomer shooter, you can't really fuck 'em, rather... umm...

Project Warlock 2, game of a billion missed opportunities has graced me with more inspiration for art Instead of tribal red elves, meet the militaristic Drows Weird cat elves :)

I'm considering Project Warlock 2, but the reaction to it seems to be less enthusiastic compared to the first game, so I'm here to ask how folks feel about it.

Story is around in the form of codex entries, of which a good chunk of them are hidden in obtuse places. The small stories gleamed from traversing level-to-level are neat and keep the pace. Overall, I think Project Warlock 2 is a better game than the original, even if it lost some charm. 9.5/10

Project Warlock 2 (maybe PW1 but I've only played the second game). In addition to being almost exactly the vibe you're looking for, it's also really fucking fun

The move is a two level warlock dip to get agonizing blast ao you have a cantrip that scales well and does good damage. The classic sorlock is a killer in this game. The reql galaxy brain build is Warlock 2/Fighter 2/Sorceror 8 so you can quicken spell and then action surge

I have four games lined up, and a public domain copy of the Divine Comedy on my laptop. Today I have lined up DMC4, Project Warlock 2, Ultrakill, and Kill Knight. When I die, I change game, and read one canto. I don't know how long this will last, but we'll see! www.youtube.com/live/EXPFrgX...

It's Saturday and the treasure trove of FPS goodness continues on the channel with Project Warlock 2's 1.0 release! It's a great example of a video game sequel in that it's more of the goods, but also not afraid to get a little weird with it? Check it out youtu.be/AjufApSPwmE

I admit I stole this post from @dominictarason.com , but the link and offer are clearer this way. Go get this game asap. There will be a short time of cleaning up, but it is as good as done. At that price it is silly good. Project Warlock 2 has been one of the best Early Access boomshoot glowups.

Released the same year, Warlock 2 store.steampowered.com/app/205990/W... This was a beer and pretzels hex wargame, unfairly compared to Civilization at the time. Janky and rough, surprisingly fun. Notable for having a crazy fan mod (updated last year!) steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/...

The Baldur's Gate 3 party that my wife (Warlock 2/Sorcerer 10, on the right) and I (Battlemaster Dual Wielding Fighter 12) completed the game with. God I love this game. So good.
