I found Velvet Assassin for a good price yesterday and dived into that this morning. Great game so far! #xbox360

I actually really like the game despite all its flaws, but the fact that 95% of the game is built around stealth and then on the very last level you suddenly have to become a FPS action hero... it just doesn't work. tedious enemy placement, controls that

It quickly became one of my favorite games of all time. And since then I've played Hitman, Velvet Assassin, etc. and do stealth builds in games more often!

unlabelledView post →In my brain of barely remembered stuff, this and Velvet Assassin are just the front and back versions of the same game cover.
unlabelledView post →Definitely out there but Velvet Assassin! I remember absolutely adoring the game as a kid and have been meaning to replay it! A remaster would be wonderful 😭🥺
unlabelledView post →Velvet Assassin got lot of press due to ASS. One of earliest "not so popular" game I remember. Took me some 6 years to watch the gameplay and it was just worse Death To Spies.

I *never* got past the second mission, because you're supposed to kill two guards, and the second one *always* saw me first. -.- But no mods to help yet...
unlabelledView post →@WilliamKretschmer I should play #VelvetAssassin again.
unlabelledView post →Here's another title that's seemingly lost in time... Remember being pretty hyped about it back in the day. World War 2 action-thriller with a female lead? Yes, pls... Shame it didn't stick the landing. "Velvet Assassin", Full Game walkthrough by Global Gaming. URL: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z1NC...
