60 of 191 · most liked firstOverview: TransRoad: USA is a management simulation game that involves running a trucking company in the USA, and expanding into a trucking empire with three possible modes. The first a campaign in which the player and his partner get back at their ex-boss after being fired, the second a quest in which objectives are met for bonus money and more objectives, and the third a sandbox which the player will likely play for the sake of earning achievements. Much like a perfected version of Freight…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pre Alpha quality. The game was released much to early. It's a shame because I enjoyed playing it, sadly I had to restart 5 times because I kept getting game braking bugs. Now I'm just fed up with it and I've lost interest because the frustration has overtaken the enjoyment.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For the record i am a massive fan of the Transocean series and really hoped this game was going to live up to the name sadly it does not. Its a great concept but very rushed, the UI is a mess to navigate, The driver system is stupid since there is no way to train your drivers to have different licences, and it didnt seem to run as bad as claimed by most reviewers. It does look like crap compaired to deck13s other series. This game would have benifited massively by delaying a couple months to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've got about 10 hours into this now, mostly on the Sandbox mode. I briefly played the Campaign, and decided I understood the basics well enough. The game is a lot of fun. If you enjoy management sims, this is going to be fun for you! I'm not sure I'd $24.99 for it, but I got it on sale for 16-17 bucks and it has been well worth the investment. The main reason I'm writing the review is because I ran into an issue with what I thought was a bug, and it turned out I didn't understand how part of…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ok I really enjoy this game, I have played 30+ hrs and had no crashes yet, this game does not hand you the cash you earn it. I have 3 saves going ATM and everyone is different. Best management trucking game I have played. IRL I been a owner operator for over 32 years and let me tell you this title is as close to real as it goes as far as company management. Take a big loan and you will struggle, don't watch the market you will struggle, the economy is great, fuel prices randomly go up and down…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For me, there are two major deal breakers as far as features that are not listed in the description 1. In-game currency - it's in Euros ONLY, and there is no way to change the currency to US$, as I'd like since I live in the US, hence I think in US$, not in Euros 2. It's not endless - the game is round based, it looks after 30 days game time, the game will end, thus losing all the work we put in, all the assets, everything - if we want to continue to enjoy the game, a new game is needed,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The bugs are not the major problem with the game. Bugs can be fixed, the problem with this game is it's just too boring. This is coming from someone who plays every management type sim out there. The depth is too shallow, game is too easy. It is a game that is literally just about buying trucks, and getting contracts until you've expanded so much that you've taken over the US with 2 way rolling contracts that never ends, there is no difficulty at all, there are what seems to be competitors,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game Crashes, quite a bit, also info/new messages pop up (with the same message). Can not recommend now, but all and all, its ok. 2.5 Stars, Great Concept, Game Freezes and Bugs. Once those are fixed, will change reveiw.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →FIRST LOOK REVIEW **************************** https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YieKIY6ytRE&lc=UgxMXNsuAd-ezxb7mFp4AaABAg As of today 10/11/2017 I unfortunately cannot recommend this title. As many others have said the game suffers badly with FPS drop, complete all out stutters (10-30 secs!) and even complete system failure (crash). The promise of this title is clearly evident. It has much of the Transocean series feel about it. I enjoyed TO 1+2 very much, so I feel that this is a game…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice game but missing the fun factor. And a huge bug, 2 days to complete a contract and it does not go 1 day, 0 day (hours), it jumps from 2 days directly to -1 day. (Sometines, not all the time) So contracts that are already getting very tight time vise, you have no chenches to chache as the bug prevents correct day counts.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't comment on games very often, but in this case I feel I simply have to. Just because the game has got mixed and lately even negative feedback, but I really enjoyed it very much and thus far (33 hours, I just finished the campaign) I didn't find anything that I didn't like. Once I got the hang of the controls and menus (which the tutorial at the start explain quite well) I got really into the flow of choosing contracts and assigning my trucks to them. It's cool to see how the company…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game looked like it was going to be great but so far it hasnt saved 3 tiimes so I have started the game from the beginniing 3 times and every time I play it it eventually freezes and crashes. Like i say looked great but to be honest is terrible.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just reinstalled out of curiosity and can confirm, this game is still JUNK. This game has a huge amount of potential......that's just it, potential. The frame rates are 1990's standard, the gameplay is plagued by bugs including contracts not being able to be completed because a truck glitches out and is unusable, trucks being purchased and arriving at a garage but you're unable to task them because the truck is still "enroute", game freezes everytime a contract is finished or a stupid "new…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Even tho I enjoy the game, its kinda basic and has issues. Also it's been abandoned by the Dev's quite awhile ago.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Runs rather poorly Trucks aren't animated and akwardly stiffly float around corners (no turning) Trucks pass through other traffic Couldn't have a truck accept a mission in the city it delivered goods to - it did two empty trips before being able to start that delivery Uninstalled
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good little sim game. The only grip i have is: When a truck goes in for maintenance, it takes it's load with it causing days of delay and penalties..Bloody stupid, who takes a load in when getting a truck maintenance. You know not one of the Dev's ever drove a truck in his/her lives. So simple yet so frustrating.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought the game to find the devs have abandoned it and have not updated the game in a while would not reccomend this game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A shameful display This game is an absolute waste of a great chance to create an awesome tycoon game. It is so shallow and cheap looking. I actually believe the developers cared a ton more about making money than creating a good game. Especially in this genre of gaming, buyers like me, older and more choosy gamers, dominate the market, and ı will make sure to mark the developers to never buy or support them ever again. DO NOT BUY. Go buy something like Production Line but not this garbage if…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is actually the worst game i played this year. Some game mechanics for a management game is just to hard to follow, what is my driver currently hauling? i don't know for sure. but i can tell you: It is super easy to ♥♥♥♥ up your routes, and the queing of jobs, is in my opinion not possible to understand. even if you are hauling something towards a destination, and you que another job, sometimes whatever you are hauling is "lost" and your driver goes back to "retrieve" the 1 trip. loosing…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →buggy. badly optomized. and you can tell that no research or attention to detail was done regarding the tractors. the game has potential. if you just want some mediocre game to fill some empty time then get it. its been worth my money. but i have found too many problems to recomend it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nearly 7 months after release, very little has been done to improve performance. IMO game is valued in it's current state $10 - If performance is ever address I'll edit my review. FX8350 16GB DDR3 1866 GTX 1060 6GB 120GB M.2 SSD for OS 1TB Samsung SSD for Games
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I dont understand all the negative reviews of this game..its super fun I have not encountered any bugs or game crashes in 40 hours I followed the devs instructions in the patch notes I think the ppl that have had bad experiences..played it before the patches
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game has loading problem
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game has some fairly hefty negative reviews, and they are warranted from my experience. I haven't played long, and I have crashed once. I get a hiccup of about 15-30 seconds every 10 minutes or so, that is quite annoying. It doesn't seem to matter what my graphic settings are either, the hiccups always occur and seem to last the same amount of time. So after saying that, I still find this game as fun, and a great starting step into something that could be very cool. I don't know the devs…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm going to be honest, I heard about this game through the Youtuber "Raptor". The game seemed like an interesting play. Who wouldn't want to build their own truck company. In the same vein as 18 Wheels of Steel, just without the driving part. However, this game is a bit boring. Once you get the basics down playing the campaign, there's really nothing else to challenge you. Buy truck, buy proper trailer, connect to resource hub, earn money, repeat. The price tag is alittle high for me, thirty…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →YES WORKS WELL ON STEAMDECK! WOW, just WOW. Serriously WOW. If you wanna know what its like for a trucking dispatcher, manager, company owner of a Single truck starting company and the potential you have if you work hard and be smart. This is it. I have my own small trucking company and I dispatch and drive. This game is AMAZING. Its what I do for a living. I just wish it was this easy to find drivers in real life. Truck are easy to get, loads get easy to get, but drivers…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →+ * Economy Events (Price down/up) * Special orders * 7 different Trailer Types with concessions to drive them * One big Map * Campaign * reputation system (the better the better the offers) * Soundtrack menu offers web radio * Big GUI - * Only 8 routes with room for max 3 orders (no place to take special orders when using all available Trailers at the same time) * Campaign slow paced (you have to complete the quests before you can expand) * Taken Special orders don't have a reminder (you…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Here is a great game. Tycoon Transport. Fills a missing need. I'll be playing this alot! I had no crashing like the naysayers are complaining about so far at 2.3 hours. I save lots and turned the settings to medium. If there is one thing I like about this developer it is the visible cargo loading and unloading. I really like the forklift taking the time to unload at the destination. I hope to see this game go farther, like into Canada and Mexico. There are some things missing and I hope to…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Edit: I am playing the Patch Test version and it seems the freezes are gone Game is ok overall. Trucking tycoon is a nice ideea. The economy and industry part are handled very well in my opinion. Unlocking various complex industries is a good game mechanic. Having the whol map of USA open gives a good growing feeling to a tycoon game. Those being said, the game has some negatives: - contract terms are too simplistic, makes planning routes in advance useless. Planning defines a good trucking…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →*3 MONTH ANAVERSARY UPDATE* Review System: Win 7 x64 + i5 3570K + GTX 1080 @ 60-80 FPS. Thoughts: Stable & Only Improving. Side Note: I believe game is intended to run with v-sync on capped to 30FPS as with the option to fast forward gameplay that locked frame rate is probably more friendly with the games engine coding. I have revisted this game 3 months after launch and can savely say the FPS issues are gone and game does NOT crash any more. Updates are continuing to come and game is only…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I didn't even try to play the game. The loading screen took about 5 minutes to load, and the cutscene in the beginning was choppy, You wanna play a scenariomo-NOPE! NO SCENARIO MODE! Just story mode, quest mode, and sandbox mode. The framreate sucks as well. I am going to try and get a refund.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I tried this game for 50 minutes. Then i asked for a refund. Which i got, so no complains there. The game idea is good, but the game itself is unoptimized. Like many others have described. The first thing that struck me was that is has Polish langauge set as default... Not a big deal, just need to go into the game library and change the properties for the game to English or preferred language. But not having the option to choose language at startup screen is a huge mistake. I have a somewhat…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →TL;DR: If you like deep economy games, this games isn't for you. I am very disappointed by this game. My expectations were like this: Deep economy game with good functions. What you get. A fresh mobile game for your mobile device nothing more. I had no fps problems. I am very disappointed, because a german studio made this game. I am german and germans tends to be engineers in this type of game. But nowadays there are no more games which concept goes deep at the beginning. Games are made…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Stay away, the optimization is not very good.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →TL;DR: A decent enough game if you get it on sale. 6/10 A pretty good logistics game with too many indications that the game was just released/abandoned rather than being polished. ***Potential Spoilers Below*** 1) Frame rate drops and graphical stuttering are the most obvious things, but the game also taxes GPUs way beyond the level you would expect for graphics of this quality. 2) A couple of game-breaking bugs that only affect achievement hunters. Quest mode sometimes generates tasks…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Had no performance issues but the gameplay is completely unrealistic and illogical. I picked up a contract in Albuquerque to deliver to Dallas. The truck went through Oklahoma City to get to Dallas, which makes no sense, in real life you would take I-40 to Amarillo then Hwy 287 to Dallas. Then it wouldn't let me pick up a load in Dallas to return with a load to Albuquerque so I wouldn't have any empty miles. This game is a nice idea but as a real world trucker, I can't play this game. I…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Please know that this is my opinion and that my computer specs are a AMD 580 with a ryzen 5 Prosscessor 1400 quad-core The Bad: - Gets repetive after a while - Runs poorly on high - No good music on the radio (I've just ran a few) I had to use spotify for music which I agree with that (this isn't inculding the orginal music for the game) - The first time you run the game, it's sound is ridously loud. It won't make your ears bleed but will diffently be loud for headphone users. -You can't…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If this game would work it would be one of my favorites. Sadly it crashed 5 times in three hours of play. This game also needs more control options if gaming with a laptop there is no way to zoom in and out of the map.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game isn’t for everybody but for those of us who have wanted a game with more focus on management of drivers (than ATS and Transport Fever 2 provides) this game may be your answer. PERFORMANCE STUTTERS The performance isn’t great at times when zooming in and there are frame stutters when panning the map but it works good enough to play especially with a decent computer (for reference I’m using a gtx1070 graphics card and average 30-50 fps). FLEET MANAGEMENT In Transroad: USA you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is way too boring and not enough automation. 2/10
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It becomes very repetitive very soon. If you have a lot of trucks, managing them is a nightmare. There is no quick filter for the jobs, or any sorting option.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Performance is so low that you can't even play it.. 10-15 frames with a 1080 card, an i7 7700k and 32gb ram... and on medium graphics.. An no, is not my pc.. all the big games are running fine. Otherwise, it may be good up to a point when you start getting bored because everything is repetitive.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really cant recommend this game the controls and how to manage your trucks and your contracts and the company is so fiddly and awkward and cumbersome it just leave you confused dock 13 can you please make more userfriendly management in the future omg let me get away from this bad game

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is disappointing. I would like to say that this was a good game, but I simply am not able to do so. After waiting about 15 minutes or so the main menu will not work.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game sure has potential but it is awfully buggy. I was some how able to put one of my trucks on maintenance on my depot even the depot was not able to do maintenance. There it standed until I was able to buy the maintenance ability for the depot, I couldn't sell it or send it for maintenance anywhere else. After I bought the ability to do the maintenance the trucks seem to stay in depot long long looooooong time for maintenance - much longer than they should. Also while trying to put a…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →have encountered a few bugs some small such as routes that are not even driven anymore stay highlighted on the map but just encountered a game breaking bug after a couple hours play I cant see any of my drivers and trucks in the selection screen. - now I can't assign them to new routes. - can't send them away for repairs. - routes failing because im unable to assign an extra truck to it. I could work around the smaller bugs by saving and reloading the game but that won't even work for…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game. It's like freight tycoon only better. I'd highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys management games!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Could have been a better game, but was abandoned well before it was a polished gem. Best to spend your money elsewhere.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Big Logistic Game. Big Gameplay.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →bugs lots of them not worth it
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Any plans to improve this game? Feels like way in EA... Mistakely gave thumbs up. Fixed that now.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →90 hours into the game and I feel that TransRoad: USA is worth the discounted price of $16.74 posted today for the Sandbox play feature alone. Yes, it is at times “buggy” and “clunky” but, its newborn public software and I can handle the growing pains. Once the programmers have time to workover all the real-world feedback I am sure the unreliability issues will settle down and the potential for improvements, enhancements, expansions, DLC and such are wide open. Look on YouTube for game…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a bad game, pretty fun too
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →awesome management game need more like this
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game looks interesting but not implemented properly - the UI sucks, I could not find special contracts I have accepted, trucks go fully loaded to maintenance which causes problems, the economics in the game is really strange.
