Story: You play as a Sniper during WW2, as you're sent out on multiple different missions throughout the war. There's not much a story here, before each mission begins you have a minor briefing on what you have to do and that's about it. It's not very good and it's there as a loose thread to connect each mission. Graphics: Sniper Art of Victory has not aged well…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty mid, but I loved it so much back in my childhood.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Around 2008, after CI already did about 1000 simple shooters on the Chrome Engine, they decided to do it again - this one last time. One last ride - like Dominic Toretto would say... But this time it's a Sniper game. I bet they decided to go in that direction after they saw that Sniper:Elite sold well - they knew the sales numbers danm well, as they were a Sniper:Elite's publisher in poland :) Demand was there, they just had to capitalize on it :) And oh boy, they did just that ;p This…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's an early City Interactive game, back when they were a budget studio and publisher that pumped out around 34 very cheap games in merely a few years and published many more budget and less successful titles in Europe. This game is one of their Chrome engine powered games and it truly shows. While it does have a few redeeming qualities and interesting ideas, they are outweighted by the negatives. The graphics are horribly dated for the time. The weapon sounds feel generic, but get the job…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sniper Art of Victory Preview A game that takes place during the WWII when the Russian and Italians forces resist against the Nazis from overtaking Stalingrad. You play as a Soviet Marksman whose main objective is to provide support for the frontline and tank units. This is a First Person Shooter game developed and published by CI Games in 2008. This game is pretty old and has a lot of hate towards it. Pros Sadly, this game has only a few pros as follows: They rendered the realistic…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought it 'cuz it's infamous in my country due to the "Rossz Pc Játékok Sorozat" youtube series. Truly is bad lmao
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →1/10. Unbelievable bad. Don't waste your time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Playing this is only slightly less unpleasant than shoving a cactus up your ass.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Short and satisfying game delivering what it says on the cover: a sniping game. You either spot your enemies from afar and snipe them out or suffer their guns by getting too close. Game has only 8 missions but they are varied between forest missions, city and desert, each with their unique tactics. It takes some time to master the ever-changing wind but by the end of game I could snipe guys from halfway across the map without much problem. You should expect some bugs or getting stuck on…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →AI is cheating in this game. Remove kebab.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Seriously! I bought this game. This the worst sniper game ever made. I bought this game because of this developer (CI GAMES). Because they made Sniper Ghost Warrior Franchise, which is amazing. But I can't believe they made this game. So, many people gave this game rating mostly negative. But I thought let's give a try, and I realized that I made a terrible mistake to buy this game. There is no positive thing in this game. Everything is bad. 1. Visual Optimization (Very Bad) 2. Gameplay…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sniper: Art of Glitches Broken Mess that has Nostalgic Value for me It's funny and short. You can replay it as many times as you want (as long as you also have fun) Played it when I was 7 years old after I completed all the good First-Person Shooters: MoHAA, CoD1+UO, CoD2, RTCW etc... Also I remember Sniper: Call to Victory 2004, but it's not on Steam :( Always have fun whatever you're playing!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"There has to be an enemy sniper in the vicinity!" There has to a better QA Testing process during the development!!!!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No words can adequately describe this abomination. So take every negative comment about controls and gameplay, and multiply by 10. Save yourself the grief and don't even bother trying this garbage
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not a good sniper game... Score: 🗡️🗡️ / 10 The sniper scope feels more like a gimmick in this game because there's a disconnect between where you aim and where the bullet actually goes. I managed to complete the first 4 or 5 missions through sheer perseverance, but the awkward mechanics started to wear on me. Even with the generous quick save and quick load feature, it was still frustrating, and I wasn't enjoying the sniping at all. Surprisingly, the knife combat was much more fun…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"Sniper Art of Victory" is an ancient game from 2008. It's a whopping 16 years old at the time of this review. The game lacks support for the typical features of modern gaming PCs, hasn't been modernised or updated to run smoothly on contemporary machines. The game looks and feels dated. Despite this lack of modernisation, it carries a pretty high price tag for such an old game. This seems to have be lingering on Steam with an inflated price to try profit from abandonware. This is…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it was an enjoyable game with good missions and i found the graphics pretty well done
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My gambling addict friend said if I post a review on sniper art of victory and it gets 350 likes and 150 Awards that he will buy me a case of beer and some vodka So im just gonna leave this here.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you're here because you're going through the Sniper Ghost series chronologically, it's alright. You can miss this one. We won't tell anybody.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got the Sniper Warrior Ghost Complete Trilogy bundle by a friend of mine and i'm that type of player who plays the first released game till the newly released game. This is their first game and from the screenshots i could tell it may bring childhood memories and related but also those 'negative' thoughts about how bad the quality, mechanics, UI and others are. After playing for around 1+/- hour i just stopped playing. The game brings indeed childhood memories and the game is released in…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →DO NOT BUY THIS. PLEASE. I can't believe I still paid money for this crap after reading the reviews. If you can play this game at all, meaning if you can bear with the very narrow FOV, limited resolution options, and the terrible mouse movement (I had to lower mouse speed in Windows settings), you still shouldn't. For some reason, the bullet registration is not working properly, it feels like it's random, and I noticed that shots lower than the shoulder region usually miss completely, even…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I finished the game in 6.2h this December 2023. Finally, it wasn't easy at all. Would I recommend it? I would say NO. I just wanted to see how is it like before Sniper Ghost Warrior. Let's start with the few things that I liked: - You can save the game anytime you like. - You don't have a health as a number (e.g: 100). When you get hit, you can hide to fully recover. - In the last mission, they give you enough time to open the gate. - Every mission, the player makes you aware that there's a…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It came out in 2008. After Half-Life 2: Episode 2. How is this even possible? It feels like a game from 1990s, there are no sound sliders, sensitivity slider doesn't go low enough, enemies shoot you through walls, wind direction changes every 1 second, hits not registering, heartrate monitor completely broken, distance on UI is completely broken. Just no. Do not even think about buying this one.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →sniper art of victory is a low budget fps made in 2008. so when it comes to graphics my expectations ware not great and those expectations ware met. I'm not a massive graphics guy so i could deal with the dated graphics what i could not deal with was the fact that the technical side of things worked about as well as the Russian military in 1941. animation that fails half way, floating guns environments you get stuck on strange hit detection. The whole nine yards. on top of that the game is…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sniper: Art of Victory is a World War II tactical shooter developed and published by City Interactive that places players in the role of an elite Allied marksman operating behind enemy lines during some of the conflict's most significant campaigns. Released before sniper-focused shooters became a more established subgenre, the game attempted to offer an alternative to the fast-paced action dominating military shooters at the time. Instead of emphasizing constant movement and overwhelming…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No ammo laying around, hit boxes are off and its hard to hit enemies. The game runs perfect if you use dgVoodoo2 and reshade works. But the game needs a serious remastered. Doesn't seem like its going to happen, so just play Sniper 1, 2, 3 and the rest of the series and leave this one alone.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It worked 100% well to me no bugs no any problems. Good game for people who have old PC or not.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A lot of my recent Steam purchases have been nothing but junk shooters like RIPD: The Game, The Royal Marines Commando and Sniper: Art of Victory I'd say what's wrong with me, but I know the answer: they were less than a buck or two each.
unlabelledView post →I have so many memories with this game. Yes, this game is bad. The mechanics are bad, and the AI is horrible, but honestly, it's still enjoyable after so many years and it's pretty cheap for what it is.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is rough around the edges, and it is unplayable in higher difficulty but is more sniper elite than sniper elite 1.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →hit registry go brrr
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not worth your money or your time. Fortunately the missions and the overall campaign is pretty short; honestly wouldn't want to spend another minute in this game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I LIKE THIS GAME LOTS OF ACTION IN IT I DO RECOMMEND THIS GAME
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is one of the most fundamentally irritating games I've ever had the misfortune of playing. Ever. It's goofy, bullets NEVER go where they are supposed to, even with point blank aim. This game might as well be canon to Star Wars because none of your bullets remotely come close to hitting their targets. I hope you're ready to get stuck on every wall, and if you fall more than 3 feet you take damage. It's a horrible game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is probably the worst game in my Steam library, next to Crash Time II. Yet I beat them both on this terribly stupid decision of clearing my backlog. At the very least, this was more entertainingly bad than Crash Time II being infuriatingly bad with grating voice acting and dialogue. This suffers from that too, but it's just funny how bad it is.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game has so much wrong with it, but I was determined to get through. It took me 5 hours, and without any of the issues I encountered I believe it would've taken 15 minutes. Every one of the game mechanics is broken. The 'hold your breath' mechanic is never worth the 10 seconds of agonising wait you need to endure after every use, and even then the wind will change suddenly and you'll miss 10 direct hits in a row anyway. I ended up avoiding from using it entirely during my play-through.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is comic relief for me at this point. It feels like i'm a sniper with ice skates! The only good weapon to use is the sniper rifle! God forbid if you are close quarters, the enemies automatically detect you and gun you down so fast! Dont use any other weapon except the sniper rifle. The funny part is how they die and the look on the faces its funny to me. I feel like that's the only reward for playing this dumpster fire of a game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A "classic" City Interactive game... This is super-bad! Basically, nothing works in this game. Everything is bad! DO NOT BUY! I REPEAT! DO NOT BUY!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love bad games. I am intrigued and fascinated by them. I seek them out and often times enjoy them and find positives in them. THIS game has no positives at all. Everything is so broken it's almost impressive.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I tried this game as it was included in a bundle I had purchased. I generally have a high tolerance for clunky and poor-quality games, but this one is simply dreadful. It is unplayable and a complete waste of everyone’s time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is your dream game if you've ever wanted to be a close quarters sharpshooter who's always ice skating and shooting bug eyed sedated nazi soldiers. Unfortunately it works well on Proton, though it may sometimes crash for a respite.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →tl;dr feels like an alpha build of the original Sniper Elite. Finished it in 2 hours on the highest difficulty. The AI will pinpoint your position just because you were running 100 meters away, but will not care about a sniper rifle being shot from the same distance. This also means that any stealth mechanics simply don't work. Secondary weapons are useless, the enemies have much higher accuracy with them than you do. I wanted to click "Not recommend", but if you are a slavjank enthusiast or…
