I want to point out that the game features co-op and Remote Play Together, which is a significant plus for a game like this. However, I ended up liking it less than I disliked it, and I'll explain why. First of all, there's a very strange balance in the campaign itself. Some missions are way too easy, while others (like the…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Literally doesn't boot up. I can't believe the devs don't fix this. This game has been out forever. -------------------------------------------------------- Here's the solution: 1. Press WinKey+R to open the Run window. In it paste: SystemPropertiesAdvanced, then press Ok 2. Next, click on Environment Variables. In the lower frame, System Variables, then press New. In the fields, paste these values: Variable Name: OPENSSL_ia32cap Variable value: ~0x20000000 3. Press Ok and close the…

unlabelledView post →The game requires disabling a security feature on PCs with 10th gen Intel CPUs or later. While the game is the best one of the series, this is a major bug that hasn't been fixed for quite a while and I cannot recommend it in that state.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A game where you get to be a giant boulder and roll over things in multiple different game modes: game of war, obstacle course, time trial, skee-boulder. You also have a campaign (which unlocks new boulders) and multiplayer (both local and online) you can play. The artstyle and humor is a hit or miss depending on the person (personally not a huge fan of it). Is it my favorite game I have ever played? No. Did I have an enjoyable time for of the time with it? Yes. Works without any issues on…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rock of Ages 2: Bigger & Boulder Fun but not as Good as the Original Worth trying! Rock of Ages 2: Bigger & Boulder is a more challenging sequel with many improvements in gameplay, graphics and soundtrack, but unfortunately, it also comes with many flaws and changes that make the game feel a bit more frustrating and different from the first part. Personally, I think this game was launched with a gameplay that’s more focused on the multiplayer rather than the main campaign, due to several…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You roll balls at the entrance. Smashing multiple times. Then you squeze. Then... DANCE! A game about balls. They arean't all created equal. Some are hot. Some have holes. Some drip liquid. But my favorite is the fast hole one. You probably have an infinite number of balls.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An absurd - and unexpectedly competitive - game with fun and whimsical gameplay
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The upgrade from the first part is insane, the game is much smoother, the gameplay feels more balanced, new mechanics, complete overhaul of the rocks, best story out of the trilogy, as well as the best main character. Great featured "guests" as well as geniunly great terrain and themes.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Much like the first Rock of Ages, the concept serves well again, this time with the capacity for split-screen co-operative gameplay, and two modes for each non-battle level/map. The physics is on par with the original, i.e. entirely usable with a sprinkle of chaos. The levels are as well designed as the original with a wider scope of defences available providing multiple approaches, as well as shortcuts for the offensive position. Between the intuitive achievements, time trials, and online…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rock of Ages 2: Bigger & Boulder is an exuberant and unapologetically strange hybrid developed by ACE Team and published by SEGA that fuses physics-based racing, tower defense, and slapstick satire into a single, instantly recognizable experience. Building on the cult appeal of the original Rock of Ages, this sequel takes every idea and exaggerates it, delivering larger stages, more absurd humor, expanded mechanics, and a much stronger emphasis on variety. From the moment it begins, the game…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the most nostalgic game of my life not to mention the 3rd one too
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simple game, needs strategy for Medusa only. The rest are easy and the bosses are easier than actual levels. Huge like for the content and nostalgia it gives.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wish more people knew about this game, it's peak for the Rock Of Ages franchise and is stupidly fun with a friend.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This concepct is so bould and simple yet amazing and satisfying to play once you get better .This series of games Rock of Ages is such a blast to play at local coop with girlfriend. I have beaten RoA 2-3 both fully , those games as HARD as ROCK even at standard difficulty but it is worth to go through all those early stages where game is the hardest. Once you get some upgrades/units/boulders it will become a little bit easier so you can have pure fun. I bet it can be even more fun online…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A rock rollin masterpiece. This is an absolutely terrific time and a great sequel, bringing everything good about the original and just adding more. Heaps of levels, some cool bosses, that signature fun Monty Python-esc animation style, and a ton of humour, what more could I ask for. The addition of being able to play the campaign in splitscreen co-op is a huge bonus, and a feature I personally adore. Honestly something I can't recommend enough, especially if you liked the original.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this is the only game that made my balls bigger but also made me want to end myself

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is gorgeous to look at, funny and has the uniquely fun gameplay of the original rock of ages while also improving the systems and mechanics! The only real complaint I have is that there weren't more levels in the campaign. Nevertheless a fantastic sequel!

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun concept, funny humour, good graphics+visual style and nice music. "Roll a boulder down a hill"-the game. I remember having fun playing the first installment. I only played through the 'campaign' for this one but had a good time too. Didn't really feel like touching multiplayer, dunno if it's still active for this almost decade old game, but keep in mind that playing vs players is generally even more fun than vs AI.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rating: 5/10 -Mid Rock of Ages 2 aims to improve on the things that made the first game good. It does, but it fails in other unexpected places. The game's humor and style we're unchanged and even a bit improved. The attack and defense gameplay has been changed and improved. There are now a lot more boulders to choose from. They've also added a whole bunch of new buildings for defense. While you could just use everything in a battle in the first Rock of Ages, you now have slots. Those can be…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rock of Ages 2: Bigger & Boulder is a physics-driven action game that combines tower defense and racing. The player controls a giant rolling boulder and must navigate obstacle courses while defending their own base. The structure alternates between planning defenses and attacking enemy gates. The core loop emphasizes momentum. Steering is sensitive, and the level designs include jumps, hazards, and enemy traps. Losing speed reduces damage on impact, so route efficiency matters. Physics…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This one was a lot more fun than the first game. It still put up challenges but it was fairly fun to play and figure out new combinations with. Some of the units do seem to be useless the later on you get into the game though. Multiplayer is also a bunch of fun as well. I'll always choose the rock of ages boulder :)

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An absolute blast thank you so much for this masterpiece
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its a very good game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is really more of the same as the first, here are more characters for you to roll against, some more of that Monty Python-esque humor in between and that is pretty much that. If you're looking for more of the same out of the series then you will find next to nothing wrong with this game. I on the other hand, find some minor problems with this one. I am currently stuck facing Copernicus who is the first historical figure you race boulders against. And while I could win against him if enough…
