Options include separate sliders for Music, SFX and Voices, Full-screen vs. Windowed, Resolution, and choice of 10 different languages. Can be played with a controller, or as a mouse-only game. NOTE: The initial loading screen took a long time to load on my rig. Be patient - it's getting there, and it's worth the wait. Story: Aww, look at the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Horrible? That’s a funny way to spell adorable. Welcome to your new internship! Are you perhaps helping out with the care of Professor Lupo’s pets or maybe conducting research about what makes them tick? Haha no. Aptly nicknamed Intern, you’re living bait for Lupo’s pets. After collecting some of the, dare I say, adorable aliens, on his space station (aka The Aurora), Professor Lupo is ready to sell his pets to anyone that has enough money. Not as house pets, no, as killing machines. Lupo’s…

(both frustrating, boring as can be and no replay-ability what so ever. (there are puzzles in the game, very easy ones all difficulty focus and therefore most of game is about timing with mouse clicks. I'm hard set on this as personally I opened game then went and did stuff came back 3.5hrs later or so and played for about half an hour and found the game is just BAD! And can't…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've completed about 40% of the game so far and I'm loving it! Puzzles: The puzzles are well designed, and the progression in difficulty is really good. For each level you get a main puzzle to complete, which is to get from one point to another while avoiding being eaten by monsters, and between 1 and 3 side quests/side puzzles that can ask you to do anything from finding collectibles to completing levels without killing any creatures, to sometimes really obscure and funny quests like finding…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What a nice game! The levels are fun and accessible and the extra achievements true challenges to human intelligence. It is very fun to understand the nuances of each monster behavior/senses to use them to your advantage. Highly recommended. The game is big (i'm still on chapter 2), there's huge replay-ability and the concept is fresh!

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun! the puzzles are challenging, the monsters are interesting, and the characters other than Intern are horrible people whom I love to hate! And I'm not just saying this because Plato has a furlax to my head!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Preamble: I would make this review Informative, if I had the option. That's not to say I haven't enjoyed my time in this game to a degree, but...there's definitely aspects i'm persnickety about. Anyways- The fourth wall broke, earlier, so I decided to scribble a review, all while smirking. In part, it's courtesy of the games story, which does manage to be pretty chuckle worthy at points. That, and Plato is a fairly good boi- so long as he's not cross with you. That said, several hours…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a really fun game that can appeal to all ages, and to gamers with all levels of experience, as well as to non-gamers like my parents. Most of the levels depend on puzzle-solving ability rather than timing, and there's very little aiming, so there's no intimidating learning curve. The puzzles are engaging and scale up in difficulty at just the right rate. I also like the story, and the breaking of the 4th wall is quite fun and self-aware. Highly, highly recommend this!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Professor Lupo is a quality game. The 100 levels are well designed, typically with multiple solutions where the most obvious solution just won't quite work. I felt there was a lot of variety of levels where the solution to one level would be different to the previous level. Each level can just be completed by reaching the end point, but there are typically 1 or 2 extra tasks on every level. Overall, there is a lot of enjoyment to be had solving the puzzles and getting the timing just right.…

The story progresses through short cutscenes and dialogue with other characters, and the fact that the dialogue is fully voiced adds to the immersive experience. Although the tutorial is essentially the first chapter, the game really starts to shine from chapter two onwards. I particularly appreciate the fact that you can revisit any level you have passed…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the best puzzle games I have played. Good story, good humor, great level design, quite a lot of content. The way the game handles difficulty is pretty clever too, there are some optional extra hard tasks on every level, and if you repeatedly fail at the main task a lot, the game gives very helpful tips sometimes.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice puzzle. Most of levels could be solved with easy. For anything harder you can try to collect all stars here. He he he...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you're looking for: - A cool story and lore - A game with good puzzles - Something just to have fun - Some 4th wall comedy Then this game is for you! The design is just fabulous, from the lore to the puzzles and challenges, this game kept me interested throughout the whole thing. For example, when you get to a puzzle, there's multiple things you can do before you leave, netting you some cool lore or dialog. The devs did a great job making this, and I can't wait to see what they make next!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun and challenging levels! Can't wait to keep playing to complete the story!
