Ms. Pac-Man can still be spotted in the credits sequence for Pac-Man Arrangement (2005). Note: Previous ports of this game omitted the credits.

unlabelledView post →You see, a glaring flaw with Pac-Man Museum+ (on Switch 1 at least) is if you play one of the emulated games for long enough, it gradually lags out into unplayability. So I put the game to the test by playing through levels of Pac-in-Time to see if it would happen on Switch 2.
unlabelledView post →Did you know that Pac-Man Museum+ only records your score if you get a game over? And that if you beat the game and the final boss it doesn't count as a game over? Imagine getting through 50 levels of jank, thinking"that was rough, but at least I got a decent score" and then seeing this:

unlabelledView post →My first abandoned game of the year is Pac-In-Time. Played the version of it on the Pac-Man Museum+ collection and it was genuinely so unplayably awful, then I decided this wasn't even worth trying to beat.
unlabelledView post →I saw that Pac-Man Museum+ was available to play for free on the Xbox Series X Gamepass and decided to play it because I’ve been on a Pac-Mood lately. I mean hey, might as well while I’m still waiting for Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac. Here’s my brief thoughts on each game in the collection.

unlabelledView post →Pac-Man Museum+, Plat #179, is great at being a collection of 14 different games & it's fun customizing the arcade. The quality of the games vary. Most are great/good, but Pac-in-Time is so trash I could spend multiple posts bitchin about it. Pac-Attack is hard but I love puzzle mode. #trophyhunting
unlabelledView post →Like I said, I have yet to play on an original cabinet, but it has seen some home releases through Pac-Man Collection on GBA, Namco Museum on PS2, and most recently Pac-Man Museum+ on all modern platforms Pac-Man Arrangement is also the name of a completely different and unrelated PSP game from 2005
unlabelledView post →I'll always be grateful for it bringing us Kinky/Kinzo, a fitting name considering his merging ability It's such a cool revamp of the game, I wish Pac Man Museum+ got as much polish as Namco Museum. The lack of TATE-mode for suitable games in the former is a letdown for me
unlabelledView post →Today, I check out Pac-Motos courtesy of Pac-Man Museum+. It's a Pac-Man rendition of an old Namco arcade game called Motos, which I've never heard of. Here's my blog entry on it. themaskoflife.weebly.com/blog/derryck...
unlabelledView post →Pac-Man is my winter comfort game. I don't know if it's the colors, the simplicity or what, but it never fails to make me feel good. Today I'm playing it on Pac-Man Museum+ and every time I start this game up, I'm reminded how imo it's the best retro compilation on Switch not made by Digital Eclipse

Sometimes less is more.

unlabelledView post →I really notice this with any Pac-Man game- the original post was prompted by my playing the Pac-Man Museum+ collection on Switch and neither the analog stick nor the D-pad are true to the arcade experience. I'm constantly making turns I don't intend to make!
unlabelledView post →Going through my various retro collections on Switch and something I find funny is across two of them you can play both versions of Pac-Attack. Pac-Attack is included in Pac-Man Museum+, but the original Japanese game, Cosmo Gang The Puzzle, is on the SNES NSO app
unlabelledView post →I finally reach the end of the Pac-Man Museum+ collection with Pac-Man 256. It's an endless runner remix of the iconic maze game developed by the folks behind the hit mobile game Crossy Road. I've played this one before, so this blog entry is a revisit: themaskoflife.weebly.com/blog/derryck...
unlabelledView post →Spent thirty minutes recording gameplay/a channel update of Pac-Man Museum+ and none of my mic audio recorded. Guess I'll upload the footage by itself and do another game next weekend.
unlabelledView post →Today's Pac-Man Museum+ game is the 2005 Pac-Man Arrangement, which was another compilation-specific remix of the classic maze game. I get into what differentiates this one from the original (and the 1996 Arrangement) in this new blog entry: themaskoflife.weebly.com/blog/derryck...
unlabelledView post →New game acquired: Pac-Man Museum+ for Nintendo Switch. Great bunch of games but I hate how Bandai Namco made it so you have to play certain games to unlock other games. Dude I gave you my money, why am I jumping through hoops?
unlabelledView post →For this week's Pac-Man Museum+ game, I talk about Pac-in-Time, another major deviation from the series in that it's an exploration-focused platformer. themaskoflife.weebly.com/blog/derryck...

unlabelledView post →Next up on Pac-Man Museum+, I check out Pac & Pal, which does a lot of things different with the usual maze game formula. themaskoflife.weebly.com/blog/derryck...
unlabelledView post →Next on my quest to play everything in Pac-Man Museum+ is Super Pac-Man, a sequel to the original maze game that changes things up quite a bit. I compare and contrast in the latest blog entry: themaskoflife.weebly.com/blog/derryck...
unlabelledView post →I picked up Pac-Man Museum+ (a collection of 14 classic games in the illustrious series) on sale, and like the other compilations I've played, I'll talk about each game one by one. Of course, we must start at the very beginning: the original from 1980. themaskoflife.weebly.com/blog/derryck...
