60 of 131 · most liked firstI want to like this game, the concept is interesting, but there are three things that are stopping me from having fun. 1. Performance. The FPS drop after playing for ~1 hour is atrocious. It even breaks the warriors AI sometimes, making them unable to pathfind to their target unless I place them manually near the target. 2. Ash Hags are stupidly unfun. They are an enemy type that appears out of nowhere in groups. They start to drain your villagers energy, making them fall asleep on the ground…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Abandoned in early access with no communication from devs who are already starting a kickstarter for a new scam project, blacklist them and avoid.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Another early access game with massive potential, we see plenty of these:) It's a survival RTS game that takes place in a medieval fantasy slavic/eastern europe setting. I played the demo and 50 minutes of the release version here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4kbiAx8mqg The game has 2 major problems: it looks very bad with very fuzzy and unclear graphics, the grass and trees seem bought out of an asset store and they are very blurry. The second problem is that you don't have much control…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game looks abandoned, no updates for almost 2 years, discord is abandoned, game is still buggy and glitchy. And this crap goes on sale to squeze some more money? Not cool.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Devs don't talk to the handful of players. No real updates. No new content. Can't recommend whatsoever, it really feels like this game was published with the hopes of big sales, which didn't happen and then left the game in the dust. Its a shame, because the concept is SUPER cool. The devs are pretty much only online on Discord to play other games. But i wouldn't pay more than 5€ on a Sale for this in its current state. And seemingly, this state will stay.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Looks like I am writing the first review for this game. Thats a first for me too. After playing the demo, I have been looking forward to this. It has some pretty good elements and it is a great way to escape competitive games and relax a bit. As I thought first, and then the game send you ghosts, mushroom heads, starvation, night scares every 2 seconds therefore my reaction time levelled up quite a lot. The game itself is quite fun, but I suggest to finish the tutorial as there are a few…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No updates, no communication. The game is dead, spend your money elsewhere.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Early Impressions (5 Hours Played) I’m putting this one on the back burner for now. Both of my early playthroughs were unfortunately cut short due to game-breaking bugs—one where workers stopped delivering stone to construction sites, and another where miners became trapped on the stone they had just dug and starved to death. I don't mind encountering bugs in early access, but losing hours of progress due to unfixable issues is frustrating. That said, the core game looks promising. Even on…

I’d even go as far as saying it’s a [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/BAEuro/recommended/1898300?snr=1_5_9__402] top-down perspective Aska, splitting itself between military and villager management, to deliver a high pressure city builder RTS survival hybrid – The most unique game to enter the genre since Against the Storm. 📝 Main Pros, Cons, and Suggestions, followed by the Review: 🟩 Pros: +…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just another Early Access pump and dump Dev has had Zero communication or development logs. You should assume this game is abandoned and will not be updated again. Last somewhat regular update June 3 2025 a year ago, game has had nothing really besides fixes/balancing in patches, only new content is endless mode which isnt much when. To date there has been no meaningful content updates to this game, fast approaching IT IS another EA abandonware. Do not buy!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →- Cool concept - Cool ambience But the game is abandoned by the devs. There is no real and official communication and it has bad performance when raids happen. Everytime the game auto-save it freezes. To expensive for a unfinished and unpolished game. Refunded.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game has been abandoned by the developer, riddled with bugs and with no updates since June but they still push it in sales. Fraudulent, pathetic, don't waste your money!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really like the concept, art direction and the music, but right now, it's far too buggy for me to recommend. Edit: just checked the steam forums, apparently it's abandoned.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun niche game, but I would wait to buy because the game has too many problems. * Workers spazz out way too often. Which is only fixed by restarting the game. * Alot of construction bugs, like half built gates, or not upgrading the walls from wood > stone. * Difficulty is not incremental. The devs need to fine tune the difficulty spikes as the game progresses. Easy mode is too easy, medium difficulty is absolutely brutal. I don't even want to try the hardest difficulty. * The game is a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game had a lot of potential but has been completely abandoned with major game breaking bugs. The game at its core was fun to play, and the Devs initially were very active in their discord in getting community feedback and fixing bugs. but the Devs have been completely silent for over a year. If they did not make enough money to continue developing the game, they could have just told us that and it would have been accepted. If they had at least tried to wrap up the major bugs like the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is unplayable in is current state due to various bugs, and it got abandoned after release.. Tried to return it even back then, but had collected too many hours just trying to fix the bugs and be able to play it. Stay away from the game and the Developers, its just a cash grab and run
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is pretty cool, just needs balancing really bad. village starves because no food, but entire Tavern is full of food, and even with 2 villagers set for cooking as top priority they dont decide to start cooking until late in the day after everyone is stuck out in the woods with no energy .No way to take direct control and make them do anything.hitting the top priority button on any of the crafting houses does not seem to do much of anything. I restarted the save prior to all my people stuck in…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Gave it a chance. Every game workers end up bugging out on gathering wood and game becomes unplayable as they all get hung up on some stupid ish. Maybe in like 4 years when 1.0 comes out, this game will be pretty cool. Besides that early game ghosts is so uncalled for, knocking out my entire population in early build stage is devastating and pretty much becomes an instant restart game. Needs polish, globs of it. Also the Rest Mechanic is kinda goofy.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played the early testing build, and now I am playing the first map again. The game is kind-of like Slavic survival Banished game, with DINAO (Diplomacy is not an option)/ TAB (They are Billions) feels. You build a village, you survive the night against Slavic horrors and Babushkas, Rebuild and explore during the day, bitchslap Poludnica and other ghosts during the night, rinse and repeat. Mushroom men will come at you, the hives will spawn abominations that will try to kidnap your Wiesniaki…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →utterly unplayable, full of bugs i even dont bother to list them. do not waste yo money on this game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love what the premise of this game is, I really do. but it's impossible for me to actually give this an recommendation analysis. It's woefully unfinished, many bugs that can affect your game and the developers simply don't talk to the players be in the community on steam or in their discord.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is why I despise and loathe early access games..... This could be such a good game, but its crawling with bugs and needs a better game AI. I could almost like this game if not for the greediness rampant among game producers starting with releasing a very broken early access game and charging people to bug test their games. Its insane that we do it, but we are so starved for a good game that we keep jumping back in. Pros: *Graphics are better than expected, the building animations look…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Early Access or not, this game just isn't ready for it. After waiting for 4+ years, this game has a long way to go. I don't see it having legs to last much longer unless they add a better tutorial. It's bare bones. I don't recommend this game at this time. Hopefully they get more feedback to make this game better.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →ABANDONWARE. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS UNFINISHED GAME. I wish I could get money back when DEV's refuse to finish games.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Downloaded the game with high expectations — the cover art promised an atmospheric survival experience with an interesting mechanic of standing against nighttime threats. In reality, I got an extremely raw and disappointing experience.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →DO NOT BUY, Until devs fix critical bugs Good game, but too much bugs level 3 winter, sudden drops fps from 40 to 2 fps, load and restart not helps level 4 dead forest , critical bug, where all 20 workers stops and freeze, die from hunger. not possible to do anything with them This is truly game developers disrespect to players, to sell game with critical bugs
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Resource management in this game is joke. They give you an hour long tutorial on how to set priorities between different tasks and how you need to prioritize gathering at the beginning - yeah great only you have no control over what they are going to gather first. You have 10 gatherers and you would want to work on food AND wood because you need to eat and build? Forget about it All 10 will go gather just one resource instead. Oh and then you need to bring it to the storage and of course there…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Banished meets Majesty meets Rimworld. City Building is minimal but quite important The Majesty elements are the monster dens in the world you have to defeat and you get to lead your heroes rts style. Rimworld is the part where you micromanage your settlers skills/work Also if you want the "can i survive this night" feel this is what the game is aiming for but i needs to aim a bit better. Overall the game has solid potential but needs a lot of work and balance. You can see the devs really…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Interesting setting and kind of a unique take on the whole settler/survival strategy game genre but it is still really rough around the edges as far as bugs and balancing goes. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to like it but right now it's just too early access for me. Going to let the dev cook a little longer on this one before I give it another go.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So after finishing the first map on the highest difficulty i honestly have to say its a shame seeing this game have mixed reviews. Yes the release wasnt smooth, the game had some hefty bugs in it from changes to demo phase till release phase, mostly occured due to the demo being only 2 seasons. However it still is in a very much playable state, and its genuinely fun, the devs are working hard on patching the bugs. This game absolutely deserves better than mixed reviews and i'm sure it will…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's difficult to find anything positive to say about this game. From the moment you start playing, it becomes apparent that the development team either lacked skill or simply didn't care enough to deliver a polished product. Constant freezing, severe lag, and frequent crashes make the gameplay experience unbearable. Even if you manage to push past these issues, you're met with poor design decisions—no tutorial, unintuitive controls, and a general lack of guidance. The game fails to explain…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →update is slow, haven't seen updating at all. Bug is bad atm
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →a nice game with a good consept since i enjoy building things the army aspect is crap the limitations placed on the player is stupid and far to few troops allowed game breaking bug where the villagers just walk around like headless chicken wanting to pick up the same log a hole day
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game feels like a rogue like but without the meta progression, so no passives to earn to make the game fair. So game is unnecessary unfair and hard and you have to restart so often, just to start at 0 each time. Add some earnable passives and the game could become good.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wish there was a neutral review, i mean its all-right, its very limiting, so don't expect a TAB level of expansion, literally everything is limited, you only get 13 max army and most every unit takes up 4 spaces. you can only have so much of 1 building, so don't expect huge fights, and the gameplay loop is very basic. Worth one playthrough of about 4 hours and your practically done with the entire game get it on a heavy discount, not worth £20 at all.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Needs optimization i keep getting massive lag spikes and fps drop on any graphics setting. i have a 4070 ti and i shouldn't be having this fps drop lower then 20 fps at a lot of times. a game restart help sometimes but i shouldn't have to do that just to play a game. some fixes are required to make this game playable.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is my favorite game right now. The developers are taking feedback and smashing bugs. The gameplay is fun and rewarding. I love the atmosphere and the sound track!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ raw. good try, need more polish.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unbalanced nonsense. Scam game. Even without the crippling bugs the intended mechanics are a joke.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really liked it, despite all the bugs......but the game doesn't even work anymore. The second I press play on steam, it crashes my whole Pc, tried so many fixes but nothing works. It was horrible optimized before, and I'm not sure what updates they did since I last played, but looks like its even worse now than before. The actual gameplay was nice, the tutorial wasn't the best but eventually I started getting the hang of it and didn't die super early, and made progress. The task priority…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the demo was great no issues but soon as i bought the full version i ran into so many issues problem list villagers get stuck grabbing res so they stand and do nothing which leads to everyone dieing and if you dont notic and reload the game every 10 mins you just fail bandits showed up every 2 mins no mater how many i killed causing the other enemy's to spawn every day instead of every few even on the easy difficulty. there was a infant amount of ghosts which you cant fight but every 8 hours…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Having fun, the highest Twilight-difficulty is balls hard :) but there is quite a few game system we need to master to counteract it, so I like it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Out of all the years I've been on Steam, I have only requested a refund twice. Game can take 4 - 5 minutes to launch after clicking play and will occasionally crash during playtime. This one just isn't ready to be sold yet. It is in Early Access, but plenty of Early Access games are finished and just need polished. This one isn't finished yet.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game, but way to many crashes and bugs to even really be playable.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sad it sucks so much.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game has a very fun concept and is enjoyable to play. Does need a lot of work. It has great potential.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →game is way to hard, i played on easy and still cant make it to winter.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love this game. You can tell that it's in early game development but it plays well and I enjoy the combat mechanics as well as the base building and progression of the game and story. It's a great game now I can't wait to see how it'll be in the futrue!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hello , blyat. The game is good. There are some annoying things left, I hope devs will fix, but it has great potential. It is pretty hard so you kinda have to explore and learn it to make your strategy work. Interesting mechanics, cool setting, nice optimization. Personally me loving games where u need to get better to move further (like They are billions, Dwarf Fortress etc) - recommend.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was excited to play this game unfortunately that excitement didn't last long. The concept of the game is good but after playing it a bit it just becomes tedious. Only a few types of enemies to fight, limited type of buildings and just repeat all over again for next map. Maybe after more development goes into it, it will improve.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →WARNING THIS GAME IS UNFINISHED EARLY ALPHA I played the game quite some time now and i got to say it has a lot of potential. The main problem for me is the late game which is still under development i guess ( there is not much sadly ). Basically u play the demo so try it for free dnt buy the game there is not really more content !!!! I tried to contact the dev team in discord but they dnt give a ♥♥♥♥ about community problems or game ideas ... you just get uninterested answers. They dnt give a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I finally played the full version after previously playing both demos. Well, what can I say... the game is difficult, truly difficult - you can even fail the tutorial, not to mention the survival mode. But I really like the atmosphere; there's something special about this game that you don't find in every game, it has soul. I wish the developers would refine the game mechanics, as the game has very good potential. I'll be waiting impatiently!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →so far unclear what to do or how to proceed
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →On medium difficulty, this game is utterly frustrating as you're starting out. Make sure you're saving your game regularly. The learning curve is steep and the tutorial needs updating (the tutorial refers to certain things by different titles than you'll see in game). The game is very atmospheric and the Slavic folklore is rich, complete with a detailed bestiary. The game became fun for me, but only after a handful of migraine-inducing runs. I came across settlers bugging out on the final…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm not sure if this is supposed to be close to finished or not, but if it is close, I dont recommend. If theres an 80% increase in content, like monsters, villager traits, warrior types, interesting upgrades.. then I'll recommend the game when that time comes
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really wanted to give that game a chance. The concept is really solid, the game loop seems promising and has a lot of potential for the further development. However current state of the game is really raw and unpolished. There are some things that has either bad UI, without much explanation (upgrading buildings), or just bad execution (field creation). There are many annoying bugs which makes your gameplay harder. Most of the bugs I encountered was concerning the soldiers. Archer not…
