I like that it can sometimes be challenging, especially during bigger events like a football match or a concert, when there are lots of NPCs around. It gets more chaotic and harder to manage everything, but that is exactly what makes the gameplay more exciting and emotional. For me, that is a big plus.

Core gameplay seems simple but is really enjoyable and the amount of various activities is enough to not keep a player bored. I especially like the chaos that comes with loads of people swarming the toilet during events. Cleaning is satisfying and doesn't feel like a chore. For early access I didn't come across many bugs at all really other than in the late game instead of getting busier the bathroom I had barely any visitors so it was near impossible to get the money to finish upgrades and complete the game.
