There's no feeling of progression. I think if you restarted at wave 1 the upgrades would feel more powerful. But, even then, like another reviewer said, all the upgrades feel more like "sidegrades" or are extremely situational for what wave/boss you're on. And, again, the grind to keep your inventory stocked just kills it for me. If ammo upgrades, for…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Eh, not great. Not much balance. A bit too random and grindy. You progress regardless because you restart on the wave where you previously died. 30FPS cap is also a blast from the past, but doesn't make much of a difference.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/th0LDqzgHw4 Gallery shooters rely on a steady progression of player abilities to refresh the experience wave after wave. Lacking that, this entry shows it's hand in the first few minutes and then runs out.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is easier to pee with a boner than to hit anything with the main weapon in this game - the accuracy is bad, real bad. For the most part that doesn't matter too much as most enemies are fought the same way by just shooting at them and there will be so many that you will hit something regardless, however later on there are some enemies that erect (heh, erect) stone walls and most of your shots will just end up in these walls or the ceiling which is unfortunate. You are also incentivized to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The music and art are great, the gameplay is fun for like half an hour then it becomes extremely apparent that the main agency you have in the game, choosing your upgrade options and stuff, are pretty much the worst aspect of the game. You have two ammo slots in which you can place any ammo, but you might as well have one locked to the infinite ammo type because you just run out so quickly otherwise, and you don't default to basic when you run out. The last boss has an attack that forces you…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sick throwback to the old stand your ground fort games of the Flash era. The Last Stand is the closest comparison, and its soundtrack is even better for how cheap the game is.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Prepare yourself for a game where movement is a myth, reloading is a sacred ritual, and your only job is to stay planted and make sure absolutely nothing gets past you alive. That’s it. That’s the whole game. And somehow, it’s awesome. Gameplay: Let’s not sugarcoat it, this game is not trying to be deep. It’s not here to make you feel like an elite strategist. It’s here to slap a heavy machine gun in your hands, duct tape a boombox to your shoulder, and throw wave after wave of alien bugs at…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really liked this game a lot! As a rogue lite shooter, I'd say it does things very well! At first I wasn't so sure how to use the upgrade page and how to swap things out but after playing for a sec I picked it up fast. I really like how you can upgrade all of your passives (A MUST) (I made my MG shoot faster, have better cooling, more health and the Power Suit) and they really do help in the long run. The bosses are very well put together and aren't too hard to learn to defeat, the only…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game, but if you make a mistake, it’s really easy to get softlocked, which beats the purpose of the game, and that is to die repeatedly. Softlocks happen in such a dumb way that it’s impossible to guess beforehand. If this wasn’t the case, I would recommend this game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Let Them Come — a fast-paced, retro-styled wave shooter with awesome pixel art, killer soundtrack, and tons of charm. It’s simple, satisfying, and surprisingly intense. Great for those short bursts of adrenaline-fueled fun! For those wondering how to get unlimited gold: Step 1: go to your C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\LetThemCome Step 2: open file LTC_GameData.ini Step 3: find code and set it as - [Master_Score] 0= "99999999" Step 4: Save the file & Enjoy! Great little game, thoroughly…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Truly a badass experience. The music, enemies and story is really good,i wish this game had a sequel,someday...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"Let Them Come" is a pixel art indie game and it is amazing! Tower defense is such an easy concept, you are stationary and fight through waves, we have seen it everywhere, typical. But this game does many things right that make it outstanding in my opinion. The gear progression is nice and death is not the end, you can jump right into your last wave but with a different loadout. The pixel art and animations are nice, Boss deaths are beautiful. The music is the MVP, nice and fitting tracks for…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a bad game, reminds me a lot of so many 'corridor killbox' flash games I used to play as a kid. Sadly though, it just doesn't hold the same appeal as The Last Stand or Defend Your Castle... Is it that the corridor is just a little too narrow to make aiming feel meaningful? That the upgrades don't feel that impactful to the actual game loop? That trying to time knife swings to kill those little buggers jumping at my face is too annoying? I'm torn on this review, because the art and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Let Them Come is a compact but remarkably intense action shooter developed by Tuatara Games and published by Versus Evil and tinyBuild. Built around a deceptively simple premise, the game places players in the boots of a lone space soldier tasked with surviving relentless waves of alien creatures charging through a narrow corridor. While many modern shooters focus on sprawling environments, cinematic storytelling, or multiplayer features, Let Them Come strips the genre down to its essentials…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Going to make this a thread of my game credits. Game No.2 - Let Them Come: Onslaught. It's brilliant working with Tuatara Games, and this title has really grown on my in the run-up to launch (esp. as the weapons continued to evolve). Check it out! digitalbandidos.com/games/let-th...

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Point and click no retreat defense shooter. Interesting game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →short, sweet, and too the point. isn't shooting to be the next block buster of a game, but well worth the time and money to put some bullets down range.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →a fun little time killer but the replayability is somewhat lackluster
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Explosive round plus clover combo make screen go brrrrrr. Also pure dopamine 10/10.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Let Them Come is a game with many flaws, but that still manages to offer a satisfying experience. In this game, you control a stationary machine gun and fight against waves and waves of enemies. Although you unlock different ammo, power-ups and enemies, the core gameplay remains the same. Only boss fights add a bit of variety. Despite that apparent monotony, the game is fun if you're looking for a simple tower defense experience. The art style appeals to fans of pixel art and the soundtrack…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am a 55 year old biker and trucker father, and probably one of the oldest people playing this game. I am a single father to my Son, who is 14 now. My son got this game for from his uncle, so we installed it on his computer and he started playing. By the end of the week he had 24 hours on this game. This was horrible for me, as it was already hard for me to find ways to spend time with my son, as he is always out with his friends or just watching YouTube. So i decided to make a Steam account…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An very small and short game, but it is enjoyable precisely because it never becomes complicated or frustrating. You simply play through the game. 100% steam achievements Time : 6.1H Completion Difficulty : 2/10 Playthroughs : 2 Missables : None Notable requirements : Complete the campaign twice, complete the game on Divin, complete 100 challenges.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →70cts too expensive. I bought it for $1.70, and even at that price it is too expensive considering how limited it is. With an initial price of $8.50, those devs must really believe in themselves.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hahaha, Dumb Aliens go die
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played this game for about an hour and a half, got stuck at wave 34, got stuck at that point for about 15 mins and decided i had had enough there were only a couple of perk choices and then you were stuck behind an no more upgrades for you current progression wall
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like when he says "LET THEM COME" and he comes all over the place.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really addictive shooting game, bought it at a Spring sale for 2 euros, best 2 euros I ever spend.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Doom guy on his day off.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Killing aliens never felt so good!! The gameplay is solid and there are many ways to change it up!! Lots of different aliens to kill that are all unique. The bosses FEEL LIKE BOSSES!! They may have too much hp but they all have weaknesses and it feels good when you best them. The only issue I do have is that the challenges achievements could use a revamp. The final one requires you to play the mode 100 times. Idk maybe if it was reach the wave number instead, it would have felt like a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Let Them Come is a pretty fun and simple little stationary tower defense-esque game. I would recommend getting it on sale for a couple bucks rather than paying full price, as there isn't very much content (the main campaign only takes like a couple hours). I wasn't a very big fan of the boss design, most of them are poorly designed in my opinion, but the rest of the gameplay loop is quite fun once you get the hang of things.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →what a trash, can't believe I've payed for this, don't repeat my fault - don't buy this, lol
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Worth full price. Some solid music, and great progression/ sense of power. its simple but great at what it does. Good for millennial's raised on flash games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Everything in this game is nice EXCEPT the GAMEPLAY itself! Dying every 30 sec is not what I understand about a game!!!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →fun for an hour
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The games has promise, and there's a lot going for the play-style, which is fun. The only problem is that there isn't enough to the game. Think centipede from the 1980s. If you really enjoy the basics, and are ok with not a lot of progression, then you may really enjoy the game. Like I said, the play-style is fun. But there's simply not enough progression for me to recommend the game. After about 30 minutes, you've seen most of what the game has to offer. The upgrades seem fun, until you…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game has pixel graphics that is nicely executed and offers a simple yet enjoyable "tower defense" style of gameplay. Playtime: 1 hour (4-6 hours for all achievements) Achievements: Easy If the game is already in your library or you're looking for a quick 100% completion, it's worth playing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Short but very sweet alien defense game. Fight through waves of enemies racking up kills to earn power-ups that keep the momentum going and money to buy better equipment. Nothing is more satisfying than turning a massive horde of aliens into red paste.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fast, direct, funny and very addictive...you're gonna find some challenging levels and final bosses. The soundtrack it's pretty good and to play for a while, from time to time, when you don't know what to do, it's a very good game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Such a satisfying game! Bought this game as a part of some bundle on discount. But after more than 11 hours, I can say that this game is horribly addicting!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's ok, but I wouldn't pay $8.99 AUD for it. Took me just under 4 hours to 100% the game (2 playthroughs). It's pretty simple, you shoot waves of aliens in a corridor, buy upgrades, sometimes fight a boss. There are 100+ waves and 5 bosses to beat. Didn't like it at first, but started to enjoy it more after a while. Found it much more fun on the highest difficulty. Buy when on sale or in a bundle.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →AAA games get more expansive and more complicated all the time, but there's a soft spot in my heart for a simple game that executes its idea well. This is a wave shooter where you don't even move; you just aim and occasionally use ancillary weapons and upgrades. It's fun, short, and a nice palate cleanser after you finish another bloated, 100+ hour game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a go to time killer for me, I own it on console and loved it there and have been enjoying this 2D shooter once again. It is simple fun an addicting, may not be for everyone but i will keep playing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun little game. Very simple. Definetly worth a quid on sale.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game Credit No.2 - Let Them Come: Onslaught November 11, 2025 - Another great bullet heaven game with a grittier sci-fi vibe. My favourite part of this game are the weapons, which physically transform as you upgrade them

Although it's still in EA so I don't know what the final product will be, I can definitely say that the soundtrack is amazing. youtu.be/K_E_9QuhUKo #indiegaming #pcgaming

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →bought for 50 cents from a key shop. its ok in small bursts. good way to kill a few mins. not worth 8$ though maybe 1-2$
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →absolutely play this if you wanna have so much fun shooting ♥♥♥♥
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Let them... What? NEVER
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolute Cinema. Just a mostly mindless arcade shooter game, and its worth the cheap price. The soundtrack has some good ones, and the main character's personality fits this game perfectly. Definitely recommended.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It felt like there's a lot of promise and it's clear some indie-dev effort went into making it, but unfortunately the game never quite clicked for me. I think ultimately I just didn't find the core gameplay loop that engaging, and though I don't hate the kinda gory (?) aesthetics they aren't really my jam (though I know some people like that). Maybe if you like gory aesthetics and/or horizontal corridor shoot em ups more than me you'll enjoy this though!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →On a discount it's a steal. Very climatic and immersive little game. Full price... probably still worth it, it's not expensive and it will give you an afternoon of fun. More if you're into leaderboards and such. I am looking for DLCs!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Seems nice at the first glance, but it takes just a few waves to realize the fun is not there.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As someone who grew up with wave defense games like The Last Stand, this is a heavy hitter. Cool weapon choices, amazing sound design and a insane soundtrack. This game definitely scratches a Flash games Itch I've had for a long time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simple game but lots of fun and very addicting. Found myself not wanting to put the controller down.
