I thought it would have game play that was similar to other ARPGs, but it's more like a series of arena rooms where a fixed number of enemies spawn. You kill the enemies, go to next arena room. Eventually a boss comes. The english translations are poor, and all in all with the daily missions and store to purchase items with gems, it seems more like a mobile game. If this is what you are looking for, you may find it fun. It performs well and looks fine, but it's not the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's certainly noticeable that this is a mobile port : Whilst the graphics are nice and movement is smooth, the developers certainly haven't taken any advantage of the extra processing power of the PC. There are also sound effects missing - your character and the shop keeper are the only real things that make a noise. In addition, its a rather repetitive game. Only get it if its deeply discounted
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A hack and slash game for sure. Not a lot of what I would call RPG elements but aside from that a LOT of features. Buy and sell items "To the King" challenge for gold gems and artifact points. Add minion to collect gold for you, upgrade weapons, skills and armor as you progress through each stage. The game starts off easy but if you don't upgrade you'll soon find yourself over powered by the stages and die a lot! Developed by a team of basically two the game is polished with all kinds…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Refunded. A poorly ported, average quality mobile game. Way overpriced. Avoid unless it's 99 cents.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As someone who often makes OCs based on in game mobs (Ywain using Shabti assets, Grave using Grave Keeper ones, Valefor and Osso using Dahak ones etc.) it’s very fun when I can spot skeleton reuse because of how long I’ve spent staring at certain models to Frankenstein parts onto player models.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A mobile port with microtransactions removed, this game is fun to mess around with, but gets boring fast. If you like re-fighting the same enemies, on the same maps, while re-upgrading the same gear and abilities, and completing the same few tasks, then this might be for you. There are three game modes, one of which is available from the start, and two that unlock later: - "Fight" - Endless stages, cycling through the same few tiny map sets. In each area you fight four waves of 15 enemies,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →They just keep bringing shovelware from mobiles to Steam, aren't they? Even though screenshots may make you expect something Diablo-like, what we have here is yet another one of those crappy “survive the wave” games people usually play while waiting in lines at the airports and drinking their morning coffee. No real end here, no variety, nothing. You finish some stages by killing a certain amount of the enemies, you challenge the so-called Skeleton King, repeat. The more waves you survive…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I prefer mobile version but its still dynamic and entertaining. Had fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a port from a mobile game... There is not much to do other then grind the same enemies and bosses all over. Good to kill some time , but that's about it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Repetition in this format isn't funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is an addictive time-waster. All you do is grind and level up, in the same arenas for 600 total levels. I don't know what happens when you get to 600, having only made it to around 200, but probably nothing. You can fight the final boss at any time past level 15, but all you do is get more powerstones to level up and start over. It's also obviously a mobile port. Now, if you really just want to mindlessly kill enemies in a Gauntlet-style game, but with arenas instead of levels, this…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm not really sure if Grave Keeper is an asset flip. Some elements of this game certainly make it seem like the developer put some effort into assembling some kind of original here. On the other hand, a lot of the game assets don't seem like they were created by the developer, but they haven't credited any asset creators for supplying assets, which might be a case of plagiarism. The credits page only cites two developers for this, but if you look at all the graphical assets and compare the…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Grave Keeper 2 would be more fun without constant hand holding and dialogue cut scenes. Just let me play the fucking game and fuck off.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolutely a gem! It's a very fun game to kill time and now it's 90% off I absolutely recommend it ! ❤️ gameplay is really fun and the monsters are well done, some bosses can really pose a challenge, for the value the game is affordable and fun. I honestly would love to see a sequel ❤️
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Oof. Steam says I played the game for over 9 hours, but actually playtime was like 4-5 hours. This game is fun for like 1-2 hours; I just wanted to "finish" it. So I finished stage 600 and fought the skeleton king, to start at stage 300 again... well it's endless, but there seems to be no reason to go further than stage 600 and if you once hit that, you are almost done. Just farm some points in "royal fight" upto 10mil if you want and finish the Versus mode (this one is pretty silly in higher…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Given the game as a gift. Was hoping to knock up a few quick achievements or maybe even complete the game. Unfortunately to do so would require a lot more effort than am prepared to invest in the game, maybe another ten hours and that's too much for something that is pretty much shooting whilst running backwards. Graphics are OK, basic idea also good. What I don't like is the level of difficulty. The game goes from very easy to requiring upgraded equipment and concentration very quickly.…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is really awful. It is probably port of mobile game, where are microtransactions. Game is repetitive and probably can't be finished (because it's infinitive). Not worth your time or money. Stay away!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Thx to all who came to my late night make up Grave Keeper Stream! It's a very fun little game and i'm excited to play more! positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For something so simple it is fun for a few hours!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bad unbalanced endless grind with no ending. If it were properly balanced and more content it might be ok.

unlabelledView post →Grave Keeper is an indie action-RPG developed by Baldur Games and published by SIG Publishing and WIG Publishing that centers on straightforward dungeon crawling, loot collection, and incremental character progression. Set within the ominous confines of the Forbidden Stronghold, the game casts you as a bounty hunter tasked with venturing into monster-infested corridors to eliminate the powerful Skeleton King. The premise is simple and direct, framing the experience as a descent into…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played about twelve minutes, not horrible, but bland and awkward. The commands, using mouse and keyboard, were very odd, seldom pointing the way I wanted. The gameplay was bland, you're in a small area, monsters pop up out of the ground, you fight them with missile weapons, melee weapons and a powered melee attack that is on a timer. You kill some, then fight a boss monster, get a reward, rinse and repeat. It didn't help that some of the rewards seemed the same thing as something I already…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Grave Keeper - Still maybe one of my coolest Designs for a secret Superboss at the end of a game that may never be.
unlabelledView post →Grave Keeper is a simple action dungeon crawler that relies on randomly generated mob of enemies to be entertaining, with occasional tough bosses, and seldom superbosses to keep you challenged. However, the mechanics doesn't change. You have a crossbow for range damage, melee weapon for close-in damage, armor to ward off the enemy attack, and a special attack that you can swap out if you have time. As you melee you gather up some gold coins, which you can use to upgrade your 4 pieces of…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not quite sure what I to think about this game... You can get an idea by reading other peoples review. But I will tell what nobody said in any review (at least in the ones I saw) The game has pretty much 0 story, you are an knight tossed in multiple arenas. You will be fighting waves of 15 minions repeatdly, and after some point you get to fight an boss. Around each 4-5 waves, your progress will freaze in that wave and you can keep repeting that wave w/o progress so you can farm or decide if…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have mixed feelings here. By my 1980's "how many quarters did I spend" metric this game is not bad. Note, however, I got it on sale for $0.99 so I only needed 4 plays to meet the quarter quota. Most of this feels fairly well polished. Most. Top down combat is the thing. Closed arenas with spawning enemies. Slower than most of the circle strafe type games BUT that's fine with me. Decent chibi type artwork, with one exception. And kudos for having the right stick on the controller…
