So guess what, if you're anything like me, you go back and try again.. and again. Most times getting a little bit further than before (unless you get too ♥♥♥♥-sure of yourself on the early bits, and fail) I've now decided that failing is good. As long as it's with Goats! First Goat clearled level easily, Second Goat followed…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this when it was in the IndieGame competition. Can certainly say that the developers have put a lot of effort into making it better, packed with more new content too! Still cute as ever! 10/10! Great work!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Goats on a Bridge is a cartoon styled runner game based on the Billy Goat Gruff fairy story. If you like the runner genre, where you have to get from A to B avoiding various obstacles, and picking up various objects that can be crafted into wearable equipment such as helments to customise your two characters, you'll probably like this. The game is still in early access, so hopefully we will see additional content added over the coming months, altohugh I reckon the dev's have already…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ok so about this game Dont mistake it for " Oh another Goat game on steam .. you'v gone low " No, the game is nothing like that. I had a lot of fun playing this with my 15 year old Niece, its cute and challenging and very entertaining. The goal is to reach the end of the level without hitting anything or falling down, simple enough. The good +Very colorful design and a lot of cute items to purchase and equip to your characters to make them look even better. +A lot of fun to play with a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Long story short: It's Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons but in a shortened and less developed Unity form. It's a half-hour gauntlet of awkward controls, occasionally obnoxious camera movement, and quite repetitive level design, but the presentation makes up for it with adorable visuals and catchy music. Those who are into programming with Unity may enjoy this, although it might be worth trying at a discounted price for anyone else. Goats On A Bridge is an adorable game where you play as two goats…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Tried to cross a bridge. Fell into the water. Found out that apparently goats are not particulary good at swimming. Tried to cross more bridges. Found out that wood is the greatest nemesis of goatkind. Got an achievement for 100 deaths. 10/10 would die again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Goats On a Bridge is a very simple game in the aspect of, you are trying to get to the end of the bridge. How do you do that? By running, jumping, and sliding. Sounds easy enough right? HA, this game is actually pretty challenging. Its actually quite enjoyable the short time you play it. Pros: -Cute -Entertaining -Collectibles -Cheap Cons: -Too difficult for little kids -Can get "old" -Short -Basically a local Co-op only game If you are looking for a review that goes a little deeper than…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love it <3 Amazing game, so cute and innocent~
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game can get fustrating, but thats a good thing means I'm actually playing the game and not doing it for me. The dual control system is nice, works well and using an Xbox 1 controller and just works fine with the preset mapping and no need to configure it, you take control of each goat and watch them die many many times, at this point there is no more Sympathy to be had here in their bleeting moments. Game looks very polished and works right out of the box for me, I do enjoy challanging…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A simple platformer where you control two cute goats through a level at the same time. http://youtu.be/bcWK-2S4epY You achieve this by moving them through each of the goats respective lanes while avoiding obstacles. The game is simple enough for kids to play. One problem though are the controls on the keyboard, which are awkward at the best. On the controller though they seem to be reasonable. The graphics are very cute but it doesn't seem to have fullscreen support if any of you want…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Takes a little bit of time to get use to. Having a blast playing Goat Murder Sim 2015!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game hurts my brain, and that is a good thing. Its always good to go out and exercise your body, and I actually feel like this exercises my mind in a sense. Controlling one goat with each side of a controller is very difficult, but in a good way. This game is frustrating, hilarious, and fun! My only issue with it is that the music is a bit repetitive, but that's easily fixed with a mute button. Do yourself a favor and play with a 360 controller. So what are you waiting for? Grab a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is addicting and adorable! I enjoy the adorable characters and the art style is absolutely amazing. I had to get this game once I saw how cute it was, and, as you can tell from my hours on record for this game, I have been having a blast! The levels are challenging and well thought out. I found them difficult at times and took very long to beat, but with a lot of patience, and the will of a stubborn billy goat, I've been able to push through! I'm still not done all the levels, but…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Usually I am really bad at this type of game; easily get rekted and raged with the game at times. I am one of the early development testers of this game. I am so happy for the team (My friend and her team, from Singapore, develop this -- "Goats On A Bridge" as their FIRST game) who had their dream came true and won the IndieGame Competition with a Judge Award, and then released this game on Steam for PC and Mobile Platforms (iOS and Android). It needs some "skills" and get yourself to get…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You truly can't judge a book by it's cover. Don't let this game deceive you. At first you see cute little goats and have a peaceful flute for menu music, but once you boot up this game cause punishment on levels that reminded me of dark souls. The only thing that will kill you here is yourself. Controls are perfectly responsive, but the capability of controlling two characters while going through a platform course will give a satisfying challenge. The game has seamless controller support which…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun and cute looking game, but a real challange when it comes down to it!! It was a great experience and would recommend to anyone who is looking for something fun to play! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDtIDhIM5kY
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not recommended for someone who's not have friends in real life. Nor recommended for someone who doesn't have Ambidexterity skill, which by wiki only 1% in this world have that skill.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game: "You sure you aren't really a goat?" Me: *Blush* Oh stop it, you! If you like goats (like me), or if you like platformers (like me), but most games are too easy for you (like they are for me), and if you have no clue how to play the piano (with both hands at the same time anyway) (like me), but want to compensate for your failure and lack of motivation and effort in learning the piano with a silly video game about little goats (exactly like me), then wow, you're going to like this game!…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I can say with confidence that this is the best goat game I have played to date, and Ive played a lot. While it lacks the compelling storyline one might find in other goat titles such as Goat Simulator and Escape Goat 2. I believe it more than makes up for this omission by touching the hearts and souls of every player with its stellar puzzles.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I would not recommend this game. Especially if you don't have a controller. Playing this on a keyboard is very clunky and tedious. The art style is cute, the sound track is soothing. It was too tedious and I had no enjoyment playing it with a keyboard to even play more than 3 levels of this game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →-Family friendly game. -A fun game to play. -Best to be played using a controller (Xbox One controller works after installing the driver from Microsoft's Website) -Game character design are cute!!! Wish there are game merchandise like a stuffed toy. I would definitely buy those game merchandise. Developers? Are you reading this??? Need game merchandise such as stuffed toy!!! -Challenging to play but not intimidating. -The OST blends right into the gameplay making it lively. In this game.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As far as small indie games go, it's hard to get better than this. As other reviews have already stated, it's a small test in frustration, in a lesser "Super Meat Boy" kind of way. The game is very fair in how it plays, and there is nothing wrong with the controls, however when you control two characters (Goats!) at once you realize your brain is not agreeing with your fingers. It's a cute game with achievements, trading cards, it tests your hand/eye coordination, it's cheap to purchase and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Goats on a Bridge, developed by Cabygon and published by KOMODO, is a compact yet inventive platformer that takes a familiar fairytale premise and twists it into a mechanically distinctive challenge. Inspired by The Three Billy Goats Gruff, the game doesn’t dwell on retelling the story so much as it uses the idea of goats crossing dangerous bridges as a springboard for a playful but demanding test of coordination, timing, and spatial awareness. Its charm is immediate, but its depth becomes…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You can play with someone on one keyboard and that's pretty much all good things I can think of, camerawork is bad, split screen would help but there is none, controls are little clunky and with any mistakes you start over, not that great.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →instructions unclear. ♥♥♥♥ stuck in goat
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Leaves you wondering: why and when did I buy this? Only recommending it if it's on special and you really have nothing else to play/spend your money on Pretty complex controls, especially one player on the keyboard, everything was good until the 'troll was stomping' and the tiles were falling away; then you have no chance of finishing the level. Also doesn't make sense that one of the generic sayings the main sheep says is 'hurry up Chubbs' even if Chubbs is ahead or finished the level…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game will not register multiple inputs from a signal devise so I could not use my left and right thumb sticks at the same time to control both goats. It also recognizes two controller as the same devise so your local co-op friend can accidentally move you. Solution was to remove all controller based controls from one goat and and force it to be keyboard only, for local co op. Or make both goats keyboard for signal player. The fact I cant use a controller for this casual game ruined the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Whether you want this game for a kid, or for yourself, this is a pretty fun game to play. For a "hardcore" gamer, it's a nice break inbetween lengthy/high difficulty game sessions, it's quite on the short side but you can go a bit "hardcore" on it and stretch your playtime by getting max stars in hard mode. I play it solo with a PS4 controller and it controls very well.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like pulling out your hair, I highly reccomend this game. Difficult to play especially when the How to Play page gives me controls that are different than what they actually are (I died eight times trying to jump over an obstacle. The button they told me to use was suppose to be the jump button but instead it was the duck button). I figured it out eventually but god I was so mad! You're controlling 2 different goats at one time and you can not pass a level without getting both goats…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Excellently captures what it feels like when you're playing the piano when you can't focus on both hands and end up messing up, over and over. Overall not too bad. There's not much content besides the endless mode. The controls are pretty decent but I did have issues with hitboxes for jumping over and ducking under some things and the camera can sometimes confuse you which in a game all about precision while being disoriented isn't too much fun. Plus some of the main level music is pretty…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is very challenging and a lot of fun. And it has cute goats <3. What more could you ask of it?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very cute game that will keep you entertained and frustrated (frustratained??) for hours. This game will challenge both your skill and your patience (in a good way). You'll yell at the game, you'll laugh at how you died, you'll wonder how many goats could have died so many times by your hand, and how many more will die before completing the game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a fun game and when u think it cant get more annoying it does and that makes the game very enjoyable
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the game is simple and fun but dont let that decieve you!, its actually pretty difficult but very enjoyable, and the music suits the game perfectly, by like stage 5 i died 34 times XD but this game is awesome, definately worth the purchase plus GOATS! who doesnt like goats.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the hardest games I have ever played.... seriously! I don't know why I tortured myself to get all achievements... i think the cute corgi is to blame.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you've made it this far, congratulations, you are very close to being inducted as a full-fledged Mensa society member.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A very unique way to elevate eye-hand combo when controlling 2 characters at once, I must say. But even better when you playing this with someone else. I played this with my friends and my little sister a couple of stages, to see who can reach the finish line first without being knocked out (we're all being K.O. ofc *laugh*). And they found this game was very fun, we really enjoy it, 10/10. Keep up the good work!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I absolutely love this game. a solid platformer, cute music, nice difficulty curve, collectibles, humor. a solid game! too bad you CANNOT play this by yourself. so for all of you people who have no friends willing to sit down and play as a goat trying to cross perilous bridges, too bad my friend. You cannot play. *edit* as Rockocalypse mentioend you CAN play this by yourself if you map the controls correctly, however it makes the game very challenging! for my video review check out.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →difficult to play on keyboard. Would benefit from a warning similar to brothers.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →True story of love, and siblinghood. 10/10 Will never find a story as in-depth or as well thought out as this.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is adorable, goofy fun. I suffer from some intermittent neurologic issues that makes it so that I sometimes have trouble using my left and right hands to do things at the same time, which is frustrating for someone who was once ambidextrous--and this game is great practice for overcoming that. The difference between where I was two hours ago and where I am now making my characters hop over and scoot under things is neat. This is a simple little game that is a great way to blow off…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A very fun game to play a couple hours in!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A cute and surprisingly fun game. Although the main story is short, the endless mode alleviates this somewhat. Doesn't lose its charm as fast as other goat-themed games. The only thing that is sorely missing is online multiplayer.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like this game :D Very short, so take that into consideration, but also not that expensive. Enjoyable gameplay, good music, cute goats. Pretty difficult if playing it single player and for a more casual play you can play it multiplayer. Again, not a big game, but not everything needs to be. Great job developers!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →better than goat simulator
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A bit stale and a bit hard, but enjoyable none the less. - Another angsty teen
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Won it in a random thing during a friend's stream. Decided it would be fun to do as an LP. Too late did I remember I have a probably with hand-eye coordination between both hands and got to level 7 just to die 234 times on it. That level is an extreme pain, but oddly enough I sitll was having a great time. Would recommend for those who don't mind a challenge and maybe enjoy games being a little frustrating at times.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm starting to think the people who are like "OMFG THIS IS THE BEST GANE EVUR, THE GOATS R CUTE" are fake profiles. Not reccommended.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's about Goats .......... ON A BRIDGE!!!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I actually like this game quite alot, the way the game is setup, the ease of access for Keyboard and gamepad users. The hilarious music and dialogue, it's something that has been missing in gaming for awhile. If i may suggest some features: - Time Trial Mode where if you don't beat the time required for 3 stars, the goats stop running and look disappointed. - One goat taunting the other when said goat falls off to make losing feel less repetitive, maybe 1-2 taunts atleast. - Ice Level for…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a really cute game but the controls are wayyy too much of a pain to get the hang of. Sadly was a disappointment. :[
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hard and frustrating sometimes but it a lot of fun and really addictive i love it thank you ! The price is good for what you get and im sure a lot of contents gonna be added in the future , i talk to the devs of the game briefly via Steam for problems i have with controllers and they are really kind and helpful, you can feel they like making games and care about peoples playing them. Fun and inexpensive , i bought Evolve on my Ps4 and Goats on a bridge was a better choice i could of save 69.99$…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Only a little ways in but having so much fun. A lot harder then I thought this game would be but am loving it. Graphics are adorable... I have to admit though... the main reason I bought this game was the line "and one Corgi" that sealed this deal. Started running Slid off bridge Drowned Respawn Ran towards box Slid rather then jump 10/10 would goat again unless Goat Sim makes a 2015 version this is GOATY 2015 Edit:: Play this ALONE or you will want to murder the person sitting in the same…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the best game!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game slaps dude, most fun I've had all year, the end of episode one is the biggest plot twist I've ever seen in my life, and don't get me started on episode 2, u get to BE Donut and Noodle 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a very stressful game, but it's a good kind of stressful. There are two playable characters and you control one with one hand and one with the other through an obstacle course, so it sorta breaks a lot of the rules that we learned from playing games where there's a single playable character active at a time. It takes a while to get used to, but the process of doing so is fun, especially if you've got someone making fun of you over your shoulder like I did. (Couch co-op is not an option,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A great game, super simple and very fun to play with friends. I do wish it was a bit longer since my friend and I were able to easily clear it in one afternoon. But all of it was amazing. 10/10 Would recommend.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Local coop is very fun, and it's really challenging although the game looks easy.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Goats on a Bridge is an interesting idea with cute graphics and a decent story. However, it was difficult for me to get into it. In essence, you control 2 goats at the same time and have to guide them over a bridge. Each goat has it's own path to follow with different hazards. The player has to keep track of both at the same time. If you fail, the goats fall...Talk about extreme multitasking. It would be fun if you really enjoy runner type games and want to try your hand at controlling 2…
