This game manipulates me. I'm a very messy person by nature. My desk is my dumping zone for "Idk where to put this yet, I will put this here for now." I have plenty of games on steam. Ones that I enjoy, but i can't really use a mouse or keyboard if they are blocked by random trinkets I find on my worldly adventures in life. But I have to say it. Fish to Dish: Idle Sushi... Has tricked me into being cleaner, it has brought order to my desk life. I can just turn on the game while I'm cleaning my…

A really good idle game if you like the theme of “sushi.” If you’re not in the mood to actively play which is the case for me about 80% of the time you can just let this game run perfectly in the background.

Why you should or should not play Fish to Dish: Idle Sushi Before You Read Every review on my profile is based on my own personal experience with a game. My opinions aren't facts, and you're not expected to agree with them-and that's perfectly okay. My goal isn't to tell you whether you should like a game. Instead, I try to explain what worked for me, what didn't, and who I think the game might appeal to. Constructive discussion is always welcome, but please remember there's a real…

Fish to Dish: Idle Sushi 100-200+ hours to complete, Fish to Dish: Idle Sushi is a desktop idling game that sits in the bottom of your screen and doesn’t demand too much of your time and attention. There are five tabs that lead to five locations, your fisher that collects fish, a restaurant that turns the fish to sushi for customers and cats that you can decorate, a hatchery where you can breed fish if you need a lot of a specific type, an aquarium for your favorite fishies, and a shopping…

It’s a great idle game that you can easily keep running on the side of your screen while doing office work. Relaxing, visually appealing, and low-maintenance. It’s perfect for quick check-ins between tasks or short breaks, adding a bit of fun to your workday without being distracting.

I'm honestly not sure why this game has such high reviews. I've played a lot of idle and incremental games in my time. I know what to expect going in. But this game runs out of stuff to do extremely early. The fishing itself never changes or gets to the point where you feel like you made massive progress. Even after you have all the rods and all the rod upgrades. My biggest problem with the game is what you see at hour 1, is the same you see at hour 50. The amount of fish you can collect is…

Great idle game. I bought it tonight, played over 4 hours and had to force myself to leave it and go to sleep. Relaxing game, but you always have something to do. Upgrading your tools, breeding fish, selling sushi, always earning money. Highly recommend! It took 305 hours to finish the achievements. I left it running instead of turning it off.

I highly recommend this game to any casual gamer who just wants a cute little chill game running on the side, which is the main point of this game so it has undoubtedly met and surpassed my expectations. So I cannot in good conscience give this a thumbs down. However, a word of caution to those who want to 100% the game. The game has a flaw in terms of its achievements, specifically the Hatchery Master and Multi-Millionaire Mogul achievements, that to me soured what could have been an…

More often than not, I think idle games just aren't for me. I’ve tried quite a selection over the past year, and they’ve usually been more disappointing than great. Until Fish to Dish came along. (And no, I am absolutely *not* biased just because sushi happens to be my favorite food...) To give some context: I wasn't feeling great when I booted this up for the first time. I’m a night-shift nurse, so getting solid rest at home is critical. Unfortunately, thanks to some incredibly loud…

Fish to Dish: Idle Sushi is a very good game where you have to catch some fishes to resell them with your sushi store. You just have to let the game running in background while you're doing other stuff and checking from times to times to manage your sushi bar and upgrade your equipments. The pixels designs are nice too. It's the perfect game to chill. I highly recommend it! 🐟💗

Pretty good idle game. It is a good balance of idle where no interaction is required, and clicking. There is not too much clicking required. Some idle games need you to interact more frequently and that takes away the purpose of being an idle game. Fish to Dish: Idle Sushi is a fun balance of idle and interactive. The art work of the fish is fun and sometimes realistic to silly and fantasy. There are real world fish variety, but there are also fish that look like some fruits. You can customize…

I have ADHD and need something to do in the background of other tasks. This is the coolest little idle clicker game. You just set it and forget it a lot of the time. It sits in the lower part of the screen so you can keep an eye on it if you want. I just stock up on sushi and bait periodically when they run out.

A fun idle fishing game, with an awesome Dave the Diver collaboration. Fish to Dish Isle Sushi is a great idler with fun graphics, multiple mechanics and a a great atmosphere, it can be a bit grindy waiting to get some of the achievements (10,000 fish feed, looking at you!) but other than that it's pretty solid and straightforward! Definitely worth picking up! :)

Great idle game. I had a good time. Progression is steady, and I never once felt like it was slowing down. Finishing the collection book was fun; I liked the art style for all the fish. The cats were an amazing touch as little workers. I loved the pairings with other games, like Ropuka, which was in the game as a character skin you could set as. A fair few other really good games paired with it. All the achievements are fair and easy to get just by doing everything in the game. It's not that…

weird to have an idler that doesn't respect your time. it's sole function is to be open all the time and be there doing things, but there are *two* achievements for actively having the game open & doing NOTHING AT ALL. the art is wonderful & there are things about the game I really like, but having an idler that wants players to open it and then effectively turn it off makes me wonder if I'm secretly mining bitcoin or some ♥♥♥♥. why? is this AN achievement, let alone TWO? the dave the diver…

Have had this idler open in the new year as I do paperwork and send emails, and it's so freaking adorable. Super cozy and the chievo progression is very nice as well. Does involve certain strategy when it comes to how you want to go about filling up the beastiary for each location and deciding where to put your effort into. Would recommend for cozy gamers who want something that can run on its own for a bit, but also needs basic interaction to keep progression moving. Recommended for fans of…

I really enjoyed this game! It's cute and simple, my favorite thing was probably how the fishing sped up when you did things like type and click outside of the game. I had a few tasks I needed to do that involved a lot of typing, so it was nice to feel like genuinely being productive was also helping me in my little idle game.

I love this game. It's perfect for when I'm doing my college essays. Not only does the fast typing speed up fishing a ton, I keep it in the background so it doesn't distract me and when I'm done I can collect all the fish I caught while working. Super rewarding and it's exactly what its advertised to be. Love it!

Fish to Dish is a very fun and chill idle game, it has plenty of content and I love the Dave the Diver collab too, this idle game is great because you can keep it running in the background and every keystroke and click you do will contribute to the game even if the game is minimized, I recommend this game for anyone into idle games and especially fishing related games, hope this continues to get more updates or they make another game similar to this.

This game is nice to have while i'm doing other things! My only 2 peeves are that the cuttlefish looks more like a mini octopus and that the fish don't actually 'move' their bodies around... their just static. Either way they look very cute and it is understandable that it is just an idle game! :)

IT'S SIMPLE. YOU CATCH FISH, BREED FISH, COLLECT FISH, AND MAKE SUSHI. Looks great at the bottom of my vertical monitors. The Steam overlay sometimes glitches out when I have multiple games running requiring this particular game to be restarted from time to time, but that's just a small fish in the sea.

Foreword: Fish to Dish: Idle Sushi was another one of those games I discovered by randomly doing my discovery queue. In a sea of low-effort products, it was a breath of fresh air. Aesthetics: The premise is simple: you are a lowly fisherman trying to stock a sushi store to make money. The visuals are OK for an idle game, the music did not disturb me, and the sound effects are good enough. The customization options were there for the character, ship, and sushi restaurant, I bought one of each…

It honestly needs more content. Don't be confused with the amount of hours I "played" of the game since this is an idle game. I've left it running for about a day and a half. I've seen just about all the game has to offer. It is cute at first, but every level is the same. There are far better idle games out there at half the price. If more gets added later I'm going to change my opinion, but now I wouldn't fully recommend it. I got it on sale so I'll give it a thumbs up, I'd advise…

Honestly, not thrilled. It's cute, but it's frustratingly empty. There's a bare loop of get fish, upgrade meals, sell meals, get money and buy better rods to repeat the loop. It checks the boxes but it's not that fun even when it's all running smoothly. The upgrades are not exciting, the shop is not exciting, it doesn't even satisfy being really cute on the bottom of the screen enough. I've played a fair chunk of idlers at this point, and I say pass on this unless the theme is absolutely…

238 hours of passively playing to get 100%. Pretty good for a $6 game. Keep in mind that this is an idler game, and is intended to sit on the bottom of your screen and check on it once in a while, or once a day or so for a few minutes, with the scroll wheel enlarging or shrinking the game size. The early part of the game has a slightly more hands-on loop of catching, harvesting, making sushi and then using funds to upgrade equipment. I do wish they'd explain stuff even with a quick pop-up window the first time you check something out, because it's not very intuitive. But that's okay; there's no real consequence for not realizing something, just a little annoying because of it.
