positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Introduction Drizzlepath: Glass is the third (and so far, latest) title in Tonguç Bodur’s Drizzle series. It is my favorite especially since it features darker and more mature themes than the previous two iterations. Throughout the relatively brief gameplay, even the developer acknowledges the long journey he undertook before reaching the current skill and experience in his storytelling and if you aren’t familiar with his fascinating walking simulators, then please get acquainted with his first…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Drizzlepath: Glass is the third and latest installment of the Drizzlepath series. While the differences between the first game in the series (the original Drizzlepath) and Drizzlepath: Genie (the second game from the series) are quite noticeable, Drizzlepath: Glass closely follows in the footsteps of its predecessor, raising the quality bar by a notch. While Drizzlepath: Genie remains my all time favorite of the three games, I vastly enjoyed discovering the new world created for Drizzlepath:…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Although Glass is the 3rd entry in the Drizzlepath series this was the first (and so far the only one) purchased by myself. The story revolves around a widow who sets out to visit her husband's grave. She narrates the story and along the way remembers the time they spent together. It is a walking simulator so you can expect gorgeus scenery, great music and atmospheric gameplay from Glass similarly to the previous entries made by Tonguç Bodur. Such games are typically short and for some leave a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Drizzlepath saga continues with Drizzlepath: Glass. Right at the top, I'd like to say that this game is much more enjoyable than Drizzlepath: Genie, but not nearly as enjoyable as the original Drizzlepath. Now let's take a look at why. The basic structure of this game is very similar to the other two entries in the series. You walk along a path (don't let the "I swear it's open world this time" in the store page fool you), occasionally a woman's voice speaks, and you climb a mountain at…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Drizzlepath: Glass Drizzzlepath Glass is another lovely adventure/casual, walking style simulater & a sequel from Drizzlepath series. The game is very relaxing & was a joy to play. The developer added more animals, & some surprise horror & puzzle elements to the game. The lovely voice of the narrator is a pleasure to listen to as well. The game is rather short, took me only 3hours to complete, I honestly would have liked to have seen more, & with more than 1 achievement to earn as well.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Note: I am translator and beta tester, so my point of view may be a little biased; still, I will try to write responsibly. You already know the "Drizzlepath" series? Possibly even "Bottle"? Then you will know what to expect. More or less. In "Drizzlepath: Glass" your expectations may be excelled even, having more story, more interaction, so much – it had to be spread across several chapters this time. If not, why should you be curious about it? ... Well, calling this game "just another…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I ended my review of developer Tonguc Bodur's third game, Bottle, with an unfortunate declaration that it was my least favourite game of his that I've played thus far. I'm pleased to say that his fourth game, Drizzlepath: Glass, is by far my favourite, and easily his most accomplished work up to this point (though I still have two more games to go after this). So what's improved? In a word: virtually everything. Wait, that's two words. Okay, I'm probably happy to change it to "everything",…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Drizzlepath: GlassYou need to go after a red rose to take it to the tomb of the character's husband, who died... on the way you find incredible nature, and even caves. animals like foxes, birds, horses etc... At times the game is scary, yes, I said SCARY. Well, I won't give spoilers. But that part surprised me too. Of the Drizzlepath I've played, this is my favorite so far. It is a fact that the game is basically a walk yes, but with a unique atmosphere, a cool story and beautiful graphics!…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Omg this game lol. I started the game with a really positive mindset, but the beginning was just badly thought of. You have the ability to jump (spacebar), BUT DON'T USE IT! First of all, it's completely useless throughout the game and secondly, you can get stuck! I jumped accross the table in the house to wash the windows (one of the things the character asks you to do) AND I GOT STUCK T_T She's then like "let me go around one last time to make sure I didn't forget anythign", or something…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →She says, I cannot run in these heels....(thats the dev steam using their character to explain why you cannot run in their beauitful yet bland game) But you can walk through a foot of grass, and up down cobble stone paths, dirt, rock etc in your heels? Avoid guys, buy a #1 at mcdonalds, donate a dollar to the Ronald McDonald fund. You get to increase your waist line and help a child out.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I want to start this off by saying that I am REALLY into "walking simulators". I do not mind the lack of gameplay if it delivers in the story department or offers a unique viewpoint at least. well, this game did nothing. it is mind boggling to me how this is a game you have to pay for. it seems more like something a philosophy major would do in his free time to show his friends how "deep" he is. no. just no. save your hard earned money on this series of games and get "Everybody's Gone To The…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You know, every so often a game or series of games by an indie developer crosses your path and you really just have to dive in and see what there is to see. With Tonguc's games, my fascination is also filled with admiration, and as I play my way through his catalog of games, I find the quality of craftsmanship to be elevated with each new entry. Drizzlepath was a cool experience, Drizzlepath: Genie built upon that experience while becoming more focused. Bottle was a master class in taking a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well... this was not quite what I expected. The scenery is generally beautiful. The music is great. The plot... My observation on the plot: Whoever wrote this needs to have their medications adjusted. They should not sniff glue, then drop a tabl of acid just before sitting down at the keyboard. Oh, and wandering around at night in a dark forest or in a dark house is about as entertaining as sitting in the doctor's office reading 3 year old Time magazines. It stressed my computer and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is a really beautiful game. Story could be better. For the price I say it worth the buy.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good walking simulator, the story is sad with good settings and soundtracks. If it's on offer, take it
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Drizzlepath: Glass is the most refined and polished addition to the series to date. The story is interesting and was enjoyable to play and free of the complexities of previous titles. The developer has improved so much since the first entry and look forward to what is yet to come.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Of the Drizzle Path series, this is surely the most pretty, scenic walk. It is a shame it is the shortest walk, Drizzle Genie had two paths that would make Glass a longer and more enjoyable experience, love the way the light plays with the flora and camera. The part I did not like was that it was beauty masking darkness, the part inside the house of the burning village was unnecessary, a scary image of shaking mad person, I enjoyed the walk up to this point, and after. I want serenity not fear.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In my opninion this is the best drizzlepath game so far. I love games like this, when its all about the surroundings an the atmosphere. But I would wished for the game to be longer. Graphics are amazing and the story isnt bad either. 10/10 would play again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →boring as hell. nothing but walk around in the woods.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hey @polykillpodcast.bsky.social I #justbeatit Drizzlepath. This walking sim is a glorified screensaver. I mostly pressed W and moved my mouse a little bit. Not a great game but it was pretty to look at and allowed me to get in a few matches in Pokemon Pocket. Finally completed my Potomax square!
unlabelledView post →I've played all the drizzlepath games and watching Tonguç Bodur's skill grow with every one has been a wonderful experience. And as I walk through it all my first thought is that all of this was done mostly by a single person. I love that Tonguç's added some interactive elements and even animals to his worlds now. I'll admit I kind of got lost for a little bit because I was too busy chasting a wild fox around... The plot is as the game description states, but it's a lot more than that as…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For a walking simulator, it was really boring.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice little walking simulator. There is a bug when you want to explore the boats you get stuck and have to replay the whole chapter. But easy achievement and trading cards, so it's good for me :3
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Drizzlepath: Glass is a semi-beautiful short walking simulator with an eerie theme. I've played the 2 other Drizzlepath games and I like this one the most, it feels like a real step-up from the other ones. The voice acting is great but sometimes felt a bit weird, it felt as if the voice actor was disconnected from the situation, from what you were experiencing in the game. Great soundtrack but quite repetitive. Graphics are nothing to write home about. Performance wise, compared to the past…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it took me 4 hours to complete, so that's kind of short. the theme was a bit...dark. i didn't expect it to end when it did, but i liked the way it ended, as it explained a lot with few words. scenery was good but very repetitive. very little interaction with the character and the world. cons: a lot of wandering around with very few clues as to whether you are going in the right direction. not many things to discover. my biggest con is that the game only saves at each chapter (as you…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Almost immediately knew the twist. Also, while it was fun to explore a bit of a horror flavour and what felt like a smidge of mental illness, what was not fun was listening to her whine about being in heels when first off, she literally had running shoes right next to the only pair we had the option to take. Like what the ♥♥♥♥, man? Second, when we see our protagonist on the boat posed all Vogue magazine-style, THE HEELS AREN'T EVEN THAT HEELY! Lara Croft adventure boots. BRO! AND the sail…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →[url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/9686972/]Follow "First Person Exploration and Puzzle Games" for more games like this! If you've played the previous Drizzlepath games (or any of Tonguc's other games), you know what to expect. You walk through some pretty environments while good music plays, and a well-voiced narrator reads from a terrible and pointless script.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wanted to like this game but I found it to be very boring. There are very long stretches of walking with nothing happening and nothing to find, and unfortunately the graphics aren't all that wonderful. I kept going hoping something would happen.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This one was ok. Got an eerie feel to it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I currently have 7 of Mr Bodur's titles in my library and, although I am often critical of his work, there is obviously something about them I find enjoyable. Drizzlepath: Glass is ultimately a pleasant enough experience but I found myself constantly thinking "he has enough talent that he should make something better than this stuff." Here's the thing about Tonguc's walking sims--they are generally very beautiful, often with really nice soundtracks, and just horrible, wretched dialogue/plots.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the third Drizzelpath game I played and I have to say the artist's evolution shows nicely. Many issues reported by previous games are now improved upon. The quality of the engine, variation & level design all improve. The narration and story is a little more fleshed out, but you do still need to pay attention to find the letters etc. The most surprising thing for me in this game was the twist in the end, I didn't see that coming. I have the next few mini-games by this developer in my…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There is not enough story or gameplay for me to recommend this game, and I think I will forever be grumpy about her "choice" of footwear...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Drizzlepath: Glass is the 4th Tonguc Bodur game I've played (after Drizzlepath, Drizzlepath: Genie and Bottle) and I can see the improvement, in my opinion this is his best game so far. There is more gameplay here, simple tasks and easy puzzles but this interactivity makes it really enjoyable. The graphics are nice, dreamy and realistic at the same time. The story is quite captivating with a twist. There were some interesting new elements such as the modern environment, the hallucination or…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I enjoyed this game and I think it is the best one out of the three. The music is good the graphics and gameplay are good and sometimes it can be creepy.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →even the bgm are not good as BOTTLE, it is still a perfect game of the whole series
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've played both of the previous Drizzlepath games and Bottle. Drizzlepath: Glass is the best one in the series so far, but nothing has been improved upon, or changed up enough to win over people who didn't like the previous games. Don't be fooled by the open world claim on the store page. This game is linear like the previous entries in the series. The only difference is the areas have been enlarged enough that you can get lost in them now and the path isn't always clear. The narrator is…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i love games like this, when its all about the surroundings an the atmosphere but...i found myself wondering off to the edge of the map several times becuase there is no real clear path to follow, i got as far as the #rd chapter an ended up quitting because i was going in circles tryn to find where the next check point was....so maybe thats something to work on, still hopeing to finish it to find out the stories end.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This guy must have an obsession with death and ♥♥♥♥. Nothing makes sense from the get-go. I know games aren't realistic but c'mon man. There should be some cohesive story. Just random events and dialogue occur all game. Honestly, was this made by AI? The voice actor should have picked up on the bad google translate level of writing and corrected them at the very least. Probably was AI too. At the end some of the the reasons for the random scenery make a little sense but not really.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i love how the graphics feels so realistic focused only on the nature i really did enjoy my eyes , the music background so soft ad kind but i feel the game miss something really big who would think that her husband cheated on her ? and from hat i get from the game explains she is the one who killed her husband !? i would love if the explained a bit more or make DLC file as a side story before and after the death of her husband
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game takes about an hour to play and maybe a bit more than that to earn all the card drops. As usual, the world is beautiful and the music is fantastic. Another game with interesting twists and turns and an excellent story. Worth a play for sure.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Am I Losing It? If you're the protagonist in a walking simulator, nine times outta ten the answer is a resounding: Yepper depper! Drizzlepath: Glass is Tonguç Bodur's 4th walking simulator released on Steam and 3rd in the Drizzlepath series. But don't let that fool you: there is no drizzlin' and absolutely zero paths in this one. Bit of a letdown that. The beautifully voice-acted protagonist wanders through lush valleys and along treacherous cliffs to reach the most out-of-the-way and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly... i'm not sure if i didn't go the mainpoint of the game or it is realy not that good. I realy like to go on adventures and explore everything. But THIS isn't any fun. The only funny thing in this whole thing was the dancing corpse. To it looks like someone found a programm where he can make landscapes, made a bunch of them and was like: "I want to show the people. I put a little string of story in there so i can get even money for that!" Nothing in this game makes sense and as…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really only bought this because it was on sale at a deep discount, and played it because there's only one achievement. The environmental graphics are very gorgeous, but the rest of the game is fairly lackluster. The language used is strange, bad attempts at poetry. The story is vague and too disjointed to really be coherent at all. There was an attempt at a "twist" at the end, but otherwise the rest of it was just... odd.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is by far the best one until now. Very well optimized and beautiful environments. I made use of F12 a lot in this one.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I went into this as a "I got this game ages ago and I can't remember what it's about - maybe I can kill some time on my day off." So honestly I didn't have any expectations going into this game beyond knowing that it had sparked my interest at some point in the past. Couldn't remember what it was about beyond something about a widow going to her husband's grave. The graphics were honestly lovely, though I had to severely adjust the video settings to keep it from looking almost like stop…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I thought the first Drizzlepath was pleasant enough. The sequel was terrible. Seriously, do yourself a favor and skip that one. This one may be the best of the trio... which still doesn't mean it's good. (Why do I keep playing these? Sigh.) The developer seems to finally have found a way to balance design, pacing, and length. It's not tediously long. The Unreal Engine is finally well calibrated and looks very, very good. The narrative is a bit more solid than in the previous two games, but…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Boring.. You just walk around..
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →While I enjoyed this to an extent I'm going to downvote it for the following reasons: 1. The plot isn't as interesting as Genie 2. The path is difficult to ascertain at times and you spend roughly half the game not having a clue where you're going 3. The ending is a let down and the tree section is annoying. It's not a bad game, I just hoped for a little more.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I tend to be a quitter of games I don't like... I quit this one. Couldn't get out of the house, didn't feel like researching how to, so I quit.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Random comments and random ghosts in random fields trapped in a valley. A sea side view but invisible fence blocks any and all open world exploration. Open & unscripted exploration is an expectation for every game after Elder Scrolls... Here you can wander a set path, visit locked buildings you can't get in, find scraps of paper on the ground, and randomly experience a need for medicine. Also - she forgets to feed the cats before she leaves. This is completely inexcusable. Graphics…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wow, when did this series start getting good? I may not have liked the first Drizzlepath and Genie was good despite sharing a few of the first's flaws, but this game is the first in the series to be really great. It's an art game done so very, very right.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →even the bgm are not good as BOTTLE, it is still a perfect game of the whole series
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I liked the atmosphere and voiceover but I didn’t really feel the emotion with that game. The voiceover lady did a great job, her voice was good to listen to. i had to restart chapter 3 after getting stuck in the environment at the houses. I thought it was easy to go off course or end up going backwards for a long time without realising it. I went backwards accidentally for a few minutes until i watched my recording and went back to the game and went the right way. There is no invisible…

unlabelledView post →It runs way better than the other Drizzlepath games, and it's a lot less pretentious and much more relatable. It's short and sweet. There is some really random stuff and dialogue that doesn't seem to fit with the game, but I think it's because you're looking through the eyes of a lady with some kind of mental illness? Or just the developer being quirky? It's not really explained, but that's okay, it's leaves the player some room to interpret it on their own.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you want to walk around taking screenshots whilst having some sort of video game based mental breakdown, then this is a pretty decent vehicle for that.
