positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Newly Updated Review. update-update: The game is still good, even better after the updates. No crashes, no performance issues and a good time burner. One tiny little problem is where some delivery deals have such a very short time limit that you're often forced to divert them. I mean unless you have a vehicle that can travel at the speed of sound...forget it. Sometimes better to divert than risk losing a star or two. Maybe add a new minimum universal time limit for all deals, so that at…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a decent game, but... It quickly becomes boring and the biggest negative point for me is the free mode (Sandbox). It's absolutely not a sandbox mode by video game standards. There are three big irritants that bother me a lot 1- You can't define a starting budget yourself 2- We do not have access to all cars at the same time (I didn't manage to buy myself a moped and/or a motorcycle in 7 days ingame because there were never any offers) 3- The game quickly becomes boring after a few…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Delivery Inc. is a prime example for what happens when a game development team creates a game about something in real life which it did not unterstand / research properly: So in this game we are in charge of a mix/mash up between: Uber, Fast Food delivery, parcel service / truck company and air taxi. And - similar to 112 Operator - we have transport tasks popping up randomly over some piece of "real" map the player selected. The task is to collect the people/fast food/cargo popping up and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is very "meh".. It's become clear that the developers aren't interested in making good games, they are just interested in making money.. Game is way overpriced, have tons of DLSs that really don't offer anything new. We also saw it with 911/112 operator - fix an old game? Nooo, we'll just copy paste everything into a new game and sell even more copies!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you ever wanted to experience what it's like to be a dispatcher, this is it. It's pretty fun and it keeps you on the edge of your seat. I'm not sure how other reviews say it's not what they expected. It's exactly as I expected. Then again, I have worked in transportation and logistics for 10+ years so...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A disappointing showing for a game that should've been an easy win. Needs work. Requires an excessive amount of patience and grind. If you're a fan of 911/112 Operator as I am and you may see this game and think "hey, a version that doesn't involve the ever-present risk of horrible outcomes!" I know I did, and for good reason: the graphical presentation, mechanics, and everything on the surface appears to be 112 Operator with less on the line, a more - if not relaxing - lower-stakes game to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ultimately this game lacks much content and is highly repetitive. If you like sending things from place to place, with a few considerations to keep in mind like what combinations of passengers and luggage can go in each vehicle, this is worth getting on sale (like I did). Otherwise, after about three hours of playtime I felt like I'd already done everything here.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After playing the first campaign (New York), I can say that this game is quite similar to other operator games (such as 911 or 112). It is not exactly what I expected from the trailer, but it's fun and can be challenging from time to time. Btw... f**k off D.i.c.k ಠ_ಠ
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →911 Operator format, but worse click on the thing and send the closest vehicle, repeat 120+ times to beat one level 3.5/10 all the same problems and more when 2 cars cross paths you dont know whos going where when they leave paths all the same color paths - cant click on a thing cause a car is in the way - cant tell whos driving what car unless you click on it. this person wont pick up food and this person wont pick up people..... - scatter brained makes your driver just give up what they are…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Driving around to deliver things is its own fun, just like their previous game. But it also has the same issues that made it kinda boring with low replayability. This game is a bit more replayable, but still lacks polish. Theres an incredibly fun game in here somewhere, but right now its just a lot of point and click. I don't feel they've found the game in here and delivered it yet (no pun intended lol). This game is kind of a mashup betwen Overcooked and any transportation game you've…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As an ex-Uber Eat delivery partner with 97% positive stats, I really enjoy this game. I can't wait to see more DLC on this. There is this sense "accomplishment" buy delivering something or someone in time. Gj on this game ^^ ps: Special request to add the "Bat Mobile" as a "cosplay" luxury car, a TRON motorocycle, a Akira Motorcycle and of course the famous "Bumble Bee" car. Thanks.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very good game, even contains my home city that's only 345,000 population, not only the huge metropolises of the world! Kind of neat that my delivery drivers drive down the highways I try to avoid in RL traffic!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Maybe I'll come back to this sometime. I like the premise, but actually playing it is more frustrating than fun. The biggest issue I'm noticing in the first couple levels is that the UI isn't streamlined. Pickup icons and driver icons don't change enough. At best you get some Zzz stuff on drivers who are sitting still. But when you pause the game to assess who you're going to send where, you can't easily tell if you've already assigned someone to an order. Do I send this driver to also pick up…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a reskin of 112 Operator, which itself was a reskin of 911 Operator. Except 112 Operator actually improved on every aspect of the game, whereas this one... Doesn't. It's less realistic, has an uglier color scheme and UI, and is full of cringe story and dialogue writing for the campaigns. The gameplay loop is repetitive and quite boring after just a couple in-game days, and the whole shtick of "play anywhere in the world!!!" is not the gimmick it used to be. This studio/publisher is getting…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I come to Delivery INC from three jumping off points. The first is prior experience of its older sibling, Transport INC, a game I don't remember disliking per se but can't remember too much about either, notwithstanding a bizarre plot into which I was railroaded (no pun intended) unwittingly and unwillingly into handling the proceeds of crime. It's been a while, and my memory of the exact specifics are sketchier than whatever business deal was afoot. The second is the Operator series (911 and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really wanted to like this, but I found the UI annoyingly small and there's no scaling for that. It completely ruins the game for me. I feel like I'm constantly leaning in to try to figure out what some special need says, only to find out I can't fulfill it anyway. This is one of my favorite zone-out genres of games. I expected to get past it's faults, but it just doesn't work for me.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm normally a sucker for these types of games, but after an hour of game play I feel like I've already completed the game and I'm just on the rinse and repeat gameplay cycle. The game's pretty shallow once you get 4-5 upgrades - it's like you've seen it all. There's no progression system other then trying to find a better driver or better vehicle to carry more, then you just match the cars empty slots to the amount of things you need to pick up.. do that a dozen times to complete the day…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The idea is great, but it's performed poorly. + Good campaigns and interesting situations, dialogues. - Discord is dead. - Most of the maps in Free play are unplayable for some unknown reason. No fix will be expected in future, game is ditched by it's developers. Worth buying only with discount and if campaigns will be enough for you (it's around 10-15h if you try to get 5 stars in each)
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Way too grindy to the point it's not that fun. It's ok if you get the game for half the price or in a bundle.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →They advertise that it is chaos, and it is, but not my type of chaos. It is not intuitive when you are too easily able to grab the wrong vehicle for jobs, or when an "intuitive driver" charges from the other side of the city to do a pickup when there is a car sitting close to the pickup. It's not fun when the chaos involves cleaning up obvious errors in judgement.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really, REALLY wanted to like this game and leave a positive review, but I just can't. The gameplay eventually devolves into endless clicking and artificial stress, with almost zero automation even late into the game—aside from a few drivers with "initiative." The most frustrating part? The "items locked behind campaign progress" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Seriously? In 2023, you thought gating basic content in such a simple game was a way to be "creative"? The worst part is that the game actually has…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →craaazy boring, coming from 911 operator to this is just a sad experience
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Gets boring after 4 hours.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →gets grindy really fast, and the gameplay loop is too simple, so it gets boring
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don't expect this to be like 112 or 911.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the best management games on the market. It has free play mode but also campaign mode with interesting stories. Quite addictive.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →not a ton of time in but i can already tell where this game is at and going. its a lot like 911 and 112, and plays almost just like them. and everything seems to work. that is a good thing! free mode is more fun for me than career mode for me cause i like using a custom city. def going to be putting a few hours of casual fun into this game. good job!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →honestly... i dont know. its ok... definitely not what i expected. it feels a bit too challenging, but maybe thats because i havent played it enough? i dont know. definitely has potential!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's fun directing drivers to pickups, hiring drivers, buying vehicles and getting deliveries made on time in "ANY" city in the "WORLD" complete with the correct names of streets in great detail. I have some experience with delivery companies as a driver working on commission in my own vehicle, driving company vehicles by the hour, working in management and in dispatching. The game does a reasonable job except of course in that it gives you a visual view of where the drivers always are which…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty fun so far. Challenging but not too much. If you like 911 Operator you'll like this. It's different but same concept.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Been playing through the campaign and it's been a lot of fun so far. Very easy to learn and catch on. *EDIT* I just realized that you can pick custom cities in the free play section! This is AMAZING! I'm running a delivery company in the 70K population city I went to uni in. Absolutely 14/10 feature!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't get some of the negative reviews, the game is good for what it tries to do. If all vehicles were unlocked from the start with unlimited cash, it wouldn't really be much of a game, it would be a click and wait simulator.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun, but major bugs exist that prevent gameplay once Day 4 is reached. Cannot recommend purchasing at this time until these bugs are fixed. Have reported bugs in-game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Still has bugs... game crashes if you go too fast through the really non existent tutorial. Its too fast even on normal speed. The game should ease you into it. I thought I would enjoy this especially loving 911 Operator. I do not recommend this game!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good game, but not full price worth
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is really not that fun compared to the other entries from this franchise. A real shame
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →great game! same gameplay as 112 operator/911 operator but deliveries. So far campaign is pretty short. Looking forward to seeing them add workshop capability.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a edited review, the old part is on the lower section. New Part: I have to say, that I am very happy with the updates, and how much work has been invested into this Game. All the negative feedback about the motor-less vehicles or the events have been heard and it was improved/fixed. New and additional requested features found their way into the game, and now upcoming DLC. Please continue to improve and extend this game. Maybe add a workshop for people to add their own vehicles and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Full long playthrough here: https://youtu.be/tlN5clY4tsM Overall dope game do wish there was some kind of cumulative growth throughout the campaign instead of every area being completely separate, but the references were cool and the game play gets pretty fun when you get used to it. Luckily the game is about the perfect length for the play style as it was starting to get stale the game was over so that was nice timing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hey we have a user on the @giantbomb.bsky.social forums sharing that they really enjoyed the dispatching part of the game and want recommendations of games like that! positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its a fun game if ur into this management style of stuff. At one point there is a cap of 'new' scenarios and what not. I still keep going cause i like the rush of managing all this stuff. I was surprised that the helicopter isnt a luxury vehicle but that might just be me.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun time management game. The developers are still active, which is always appreciated by the player base. The game can be very easy, or extremely challenging, and it's fairly comprehensive. Buy (or lease, or take out a loan) on various vehicles. Hire drivers. Hope like crazy that no one gets robbed and no cars get stolen. Try to speed through deliveries without getting caught by the po-po. Recent updates to the game allow you to level up your drivers, which can help with the above situations.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I hate the Moscow mission. A ridiculous number of urgent deliveries that force your drivers to attract police attention and get your vehicles impounded if caught by police, while avoiding police is impossible due to a counterintuitive map layout. Not fun.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very Good, especially where you can load and play around your local area maps, makes it more personal.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is overall pretty fun. The campaign stages are pretty well designed, fun and engaging. Free play though is gonna require some more work - things like generating the maps for non-standard cities. Game has issues with things like underpasses, so my town is split in half - most of the crossings between the north-west and south-east go below the rail line. But overall with a few patches it's gonna be decent.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's kind of boring for real
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't think Uber is constantly micromanaging their drivers by having actual employed humans make silly little decisions. Silly decisions like telling driver Patrick that he should be picking up the food because his car has heated seats and it'll help keep the food warm. Should Patrick just be using an insulated bag for his food deliveries perhaps? I refunded this game because the premise wasn't fun for me, but I think some would enjoy it and it's worth taking a chance on at this price point.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I only planned on testing this out to see what it was about and ended up getting sucked in for 3 hours. Very enjoyable management simulator that progresses at a good pace to keep adding new and interesting elements. The random encounters and problems that pop up in any given day add an extra element of fun and excitement. Nothing like trying to manage a work day and one of your drivers gets carjacked. The GPS element of being able to play in any city you want is also very cool. Very engaging…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →even though I'm a fps player the game looks excellent to me and funny so would recommend this game to everyone at least to try it
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Quite a fun game, didn't think it would be that fun. Appreciate the multiple languages.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Curse you, ♥♥♥♥!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Keeps you on-game for every minute, you can focus if you want on only one category and specialize your fleet onto that,as for the vehicle market,in my opinion it was far better a selective market where you can buy used/salvaged/new cars of different models you need, not only to wait everyday as for RNG to say "this time i'll give you what you want" . Per general this is a very funny game, just like their previous games 112/911 operator and it deserves every buck.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dude, especially the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ campaigns, can't unlock ♥♥♥♥ without putting up with the stupid ass ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ objectives forcing you to go bankrupt or some other stupid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mechanic forcing you to loose there's no way to win, and if you do win you only barely do it and it's a pain in the ass the entire ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time and absolutely no fun, you just spend the entire ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game scrounging just to make ends barely meet only to have it mean nothing in the end.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good fun, just gets a bit repetitive after a while. Better in smaller doses.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game. A bit of a boring grind but its still fun. Still working to make things automated.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Delivery INC, developed by DIGIFOX and published by Games Operators, is a dynamic and engaging time management simulation game that places players in the driver’s seat of a burgeoning delivery company. Set against the backdrop of bustling real-world cities, the game offers a blend of strategy, quick thinking, and resource management that demands both foresight and adaptability. From managing a growing fleet of vehicles to optimizing delivery routes and handling an array of customer demands,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is a lot more fun than i thought it would be. it functions cleanly and without lag or bugs. the game is simple in its own right, and doesnt try to be anything more than what it is. a few minor cons i have experienced so far is the really bad priority system that driver "initiative" uses. pretty much garuntees that the computer will take the furthest away driver every time and the inability to advertise for drivers with specific traits. Fun none the less. GGs! happy driving!
