Unfortunately, there wasn't much difference. Sure the game looks marginally better. It looks crisp & clear, compared to the Quest version. Unfortunately, it's still a very much an outdated game and you can tell the bones of the game are from 2017 mobile VR. I gave up about…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is not a horror experience, but Death Horizon: Reloaded is quite exciting and intense, not because of the weapons, but because of the pressure that you regularly feel from the infecteds and there is also a solid arcade atmosphere during the gameplay, the weapons would also be very good and I didn't find anything to criticize about that, over time you will also unlock more upgrades for all weapons + you can smash zombies with melee weapons, but the melee weapons do break, but don't worry you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is fun, initially. Then I quickly realise this game just spawn enemies indefinitely. It just give a bad taste since fighting enemies basically means absolutely nothing. Might as well hold a deagle on left and card on right to speed through the game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I tried this game on the Oculus Quest about two years ago, and I loved it. The developers have made numerous updates and improvements since its initial release, introducing new content and enhancing the overall gameplay experience. While it may not be a brand-new game, it remains highly enjoyable. If you haven’t had the chance to try it on the Oculus Quest, I recommend giving it a go on Steam.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall, I enjoy the game. The graphics are not the best, especially for PC, but the game is still fun. I particularly like the variety of weapons available, including melee weapons. The climbing mechanics are also well done. The storyline is okay. If you're a fan of action games, I recommend giving it a try. I plan to try the co-op mode and challenges a little later on.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In my opinion, this is the best version of the game Death Horizon: Reloaded. I have been keeping track of this game almost since its release on Oculus Quest and for the latest years the game has been greatly developed toward the new content as well as the new mechanics. My favorite updates are co-op, melee weapon and manual reloading. In comparison with Quest version PC VR version features improved FX, at times the graphics, and the mechanics in the game have become smoother. Everything is…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Death Horizon: Reloaded provides a challenging and rewarding shooter experience. The difficulty curve is well-balanced, gradually ramping up as you progress through the game. The game's upgrade system adds depth, allowing you to enhance your weapons and abilities. While the locomotion system works well, it might take some time to adjust for those new to VR.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Complete garbage, screenshots make it look alright, you get it and it looks like ps1 graphics. Might be fun but compared to other games. It kinda sucks.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There is many things that makes this unfun to play from my time in the game. -Performance and bugs- The game will randomly crash when you start it if the steam overlay is open, having "OVR advanced settings" running breaks the game height so you're under the floor, and "fix floor height" doesn't work at all in this game for some reason. The audio breaks if you tab out and can only be fixed by restarting the game, from my experience The lack graphics settings is disappointing. There is no audio…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Death Horizon: Reloaded is a paid VR shooter game. It worked on my Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Has 95 steam achievements. Maybe buy this game, if you like shooter games. I got a free key for this from the Steam Curator program. [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/23133713-VIVE-VR/]ViVE VR curator group
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game does an excellent job of creating a sense of dread and tension, making it perfect for fans of the horror genre. Highly recommended for VR enthusiasts.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I didn't expect it, but this game is a lot of fun! I enjoy crushing zombies with melee weapons.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wouldn't buy this game for over $10. It's got a interesting story, good story progression, I like the upgrade mechanics for weapons. But lost interest after about an hour because of graphics/gameplay mechanics. Things I'd like to see fixed: __Aiming seems off to other games, but the bullet counts seem realistic based on the gun type. __Movement with joystick, is available in moving while climbing but not here. For instance I am grabbing a pipe. I can grab and move up down side to side but…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Surprisingly fun VR zombie shooter with a decent campaign The game is a little rough around the edges, but its a decent zombie shooter with about 3-4 hour campaign for the money. I will say though, this game has quite a banging soundtrack! Apart from the main campaign, there are a number of challenge modes that add modifyers to the main campaign like: complete the campaign in total darkness (you must use a flashlight to see), complete the campaign using only an AR-15 rifle, and zombies can…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A good VR experience, a good zombie shooter.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →after completing the game a few times and taking the top of the coop leaderboard for a while I have grown meh of the game. it's fun for a few hours and then it's just running the same buggy missions over and over to complete tasks for achievements just to not have unlock due to bugs. hands get stuck in the ground A LOT (Steam Index and Rift S). gun play is average at best and there isn't enough ammo types to support a same ammo build such as a pistol and an SMG which makes it so you pretty much…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Melee combat is awful. I think because it puts the weapon that's in your hand into your backpack if you raise your weapon head height. This means the weapon keeps disappearing everytime I try to swing at the zombie, leaving me weaponless. Won't seem to teleport when in combat, or when it does it comes after frantic button pushing and you're not expecting it so you randomly end up somewhere in the room. The minute a zombie gets close and touches you, you can't seem to get away, and by then…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Gameplay is fun, the graphics are okay. I like the different weapons and the possibility to upgrade them, as well as the various game modes and the overall game atmosphere. However, it could be even better if the game had more variety in level design.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an amazingly immersive 3D experience that will have you coming back for more. The fact that you have to make it to the next "checkpoint" before your game is saved makes it a truly harrowing experience.. much like real life. No easy saves here.. you have to EARN your way through this one! And MULTIPLAYER is AMAZING fun. Trust me.. you won't want to stop! One of my favorite goto games in VR.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've been a fan of zombie games for years, and Death Horizon truly exceeded my expectations. The variety of weapons and strategies you can employ to survive the zombie apocalypse adds depth to the game. The developers have done an excellent job of creating a tense and thrilling atmosphere, making every encounter with the undead an adrenaline-pumping experience. Death Horizon is a must-play for any zombie enthusiast out there. It's been a wild ride, and I can't wait to see what updates and…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As a fan of VR horror games, Death Horizon did not disappoint. The game's eerie atmosphere and well-executed jump scares had me on the edge of my seat.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game's atmosphere is dark and haunting, perfectly complemented by the eerie sound effects. Although the game offers an intense experience, I would have liked to see more variety in terms of enemy types. Nonetheless, this game delivers a solid VR shooter experience that is definitely worth playing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game offers an intense and thrilling virtual reality experience. The gameplay mechanics are smooth and responsive, and the graphics are at an acceptable level. The game's immersive environments and challenging missions kept me engaged. If you're a fan of VR shooters, I highly recommend giving it a try.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's definitely a fun game. I would describe it as a fast-paced shooter game with zombies. It may not be the best choice for beginners, but if you've played shooter games before, you should enjoy it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I would definitely check out this game, it's a very fun zombie shooter that can be played with friends and has a very good story. They have some amazing things in the game like manual reloading. I had lot's of fun playing the game when it was on quest and loved the PC version as well.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The next Classic Game Room ENGAGE DISCO will blow your mind on Friday. I took it to 11… ARE YOU PREPARED for the DEATH HORIZON????
unlabelledView post →Not a fan of this one, there are much better VR zombie games.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →While I recommend this game, I am a bit disappointed that the level design world interactivity is very low, which tbh in this kind of game, that experience is basically the "expected". Gunplay is satisfying, difficulty was OK and coop play is.. while rather simple, it works. The level design also acknowledge co-op gameplay, so it's a quite a plus. Fortunately, this game is not too pricey and occasionally goes into sale, so it's very good as VR collection.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like it. There’s a need to expand the game options by adding the possibility to change the angle of the gun while holding it, adding a sitting mode, and allowing players to start the game from any chapter in the campaign mode.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Death Horizon: Reloaded is a good addition to the VR library. The game offers a great mix of shooting and exploring, keeping you engaged throughout. The campaign is challenging but fair, and the multiplayer mode adds a whole new level of excitement. If you're a fan of intense VR shooters, this is definitely worth checking out.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game isn't bad, but just has really weird melee physics. And wished there was more modes like a zombie wave shooter, and better climbing and weapon handling. But overall, its a fun game with a ok story mode, and I lot the climbing sections and vent sections, as its really fun exploring the whole map.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game. Graphically, the game is satisfactory. The environments are adequately designed, and the zombies themselves have a decent level of detail. However, there is room for improvement in terms of overall visual polish and variety. The gameplay mechanics are functional, allowing for basic movement and aiming. The selection of weapons is passable. Also, the game has several game modes, including multiplayer. The most important thing is that I had fun playing the game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →had some fun with this zombie shooter. Support VR Indie Devs!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this first on the Quest 2 and enjoyed it. It's a fun and straight forward zombie shooter with some climbing and platforming sprinkled in. If you're used to shooting in VR then you'll adjust to the game play quickly. However the are no graphics settings, for some reason. I'm guessing it's because there isn't any difference between this and the standalone version. Got it again so I can do cross play co-op with my sister. My ONLY real complaint is the placement of the keycard on your…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Coop Coolness The game is really well made for the very fair $15 price tag. Better than I expected. Played in coop, which makes it way more fun. The gun sight attachment was broken, but it was still fun. Hope the dev fixes it and lets me know. positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game! The difficulty level is brilliant – it’s so addictive and worth every penny. I already own other zombie shooters, but this one is the best. Well done, guys!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is probably one of the best zombie shooters I have ever played, almost surpassing Resident Evil or The Walking Dead. However, there are still some issues. One of the problems is with the graphics – I wish the visuals were clearer, as that would enhance the game’s realism. Additionally, the multiplayer mode has some shortcomings. I just bought the game today and tried the multiplayer mode with my friend, but we couldn’t save our progress; we could only select the level. As a result, we…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's quite enjoyable, a simple concept executed exceptionally well. Playing with friends is a fantastic experience as well, especially in the darkness mode!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun and Not Too Stressful. After a long workweek, it was enjoyable to simply dive in and decapitate some zombie heads. I love discovering different ways to navigate through the environment. Reloading the weapons is easy, and the progression feels comfortable. I still experience those jump scares when zombies plummet from above.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game presents a few challenges while remaining enjoyable, which are the positive aspects of a zombie game: a compelling story and an effective narrative delivery. However, there are some uncertainties in the plot, such as the fate of a certain character - did she manage to escape? Additionally, it's unclear whether players switch to controlling another character or continue playing as her in order for her to reunite with him. Despite these ambiguities, my enjoyment of the game persists due…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The gameplay mechanics are solid, with intuitive controls. The storyline is minimal; the focus on action and suspense keeps players engaged. Some additional variety in enemy types and environments would enhance the overall experience.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game a lots of fun things to do plenty of playtime as well as a great story line.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game’s graphics and atmosphere are commendable, but its gameplay can become somewhat repetitive. You have the option to select from a variety of weapons, including melee options. Additionally, the game offers many distinct game modes. All things considered, I can certainly recommend this game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game provides an immersive VR zombie-shooting experience. The graphics and gameplay mechanics are good, delivering an exhilarating challenge. While the storyline could benefit from further development, the action-packed gameplay and cooperative mode make it a must-try for VR first-person shooter enthusiasts.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good graphics and intense gameplay. ✅ Felting genuine adrenaline and the unpredictability of every moment. ✅ A wide variety of weapons (firearms and melee) and enemies (zombie dogs are especially scary). ✅ 8 Different game modes and COOP. ✅ Secret rooms and achievements. ✅ I highly recommend this game to all virtual reality enthusiasts and shooter fans! Especially for this very good price. I feel that this game must cost more :).
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Excellent co-op experience. Grab a friend and dive into the thrilling world of zombie shooting together. The cooperative gameplay adds a whole new level of fun and excitement.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game offers a great balance of action, exploration, and puzzle-solving. If you're in search of a thrilling VR shooter that delivers both fun and excitement, this game is an excellent choice.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Death Horizon was my first zombie game on Quest. I've enjoyed this game as one of my go to zombie games actually. It was nice to see it venture out to other platforms. It's a simple zombie shooter game. But they added challenges for more replayability. You can play the campaign and challenges solo or with someone else. I haven't tried yet. But the Steam version and Quest version is also cross play meaning more people to play. The graphics for the PC version is slightly better then Quest. But I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun, needs more polishing and better graphics for a pcvr port though. it's quest game, not a pcvr game as of right now.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Death Horizon: Reloaded is a virtual reality first-person shooter developed and published by Horizon Lab LLP that leans hard into tactile immersion, claustrophobic tension, and the physicality that VR does best. Set inside a derelict sci-fi research station after a catastrophic outbreak, the game positions you as a lone survivor fighting through corridors filled with undead remnants of the facility’s former staff. Rather than focusing on elaborate lore or cinematic storytelling, Death Horizon:…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't like it, The graphics are just too bad.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →By 2025 vr standards it's really not much, but I had a good amount of fun with it
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the combat is great but the checkpoints suck the fattest ♥♥♥♥. the dogs are annoying and if you die at any point in a level you will be sent back to the start. how do you ♥♥♥♥ up checkpoints.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I dont think I've ever played a worse feeling VR game. The red dot sight on the ar15 is inches to the left, rounds dont remain in the chamber on a partial reload (you have to rack EVERY TIME). Zero options for controls or gameplay. Big no from me.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My most played Zombie shooter in VR on Quest and now replaying in Steam. The dev team have stuck with this through years of continued updates and expansion. The focus is on being a great Zombie shooter but it has everything VR players could want. Lots of VR mechanics with movement, climbing, evading, running, interaction, secret areas and collectibles. The setting and story is a great Sci-Fi horror premise that you might imagine from a movie. All of this combines to build up great tension and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game to play in VR. Especially if you like zombies and horror. Good story line. And neat hidden gems to achieve. It also has multiplayer so nice to play with a friend and catch up on the day. Nice replayability.
