positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →visuals are colorful and fun. good escape from gray military shooters.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was previously prepared to give this game a perfect rating of 10/10 stars, but unfortunately this modern masterpiece is too buggy to be rendered playable. Heart-wrenchingly enough, the game crashes within about a minute of introducing you to it's vast world and incredible life-like physics simulatory abilities, of which I'm sure the latter must be the cause; these advanced calculations are probably just over-taxing my pleb CPU. Unfortunately, turning down the graphics options does not affect…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Physics-based platform game where difficult jumps are more challenging than your opponents ✅27 levels ✅Excellent soundtrack matching the jungle atmosphere ✅Before entering the game, the game asks us what graphics we want and whether we want the game to be full screen ✅The challenges become more and more difficult from level to level ✅Nice graphics for a low-budget game ✅Good price for the game ❌No character development whatsoever, we just run, dodge and jump through 27 levels, there is no…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really wanted to like this game, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The first thing that annoyed me was the sound. Even when I turned all audio options off in the menu, the game still played sounds. That’s a basic setting that should work, and the fact that it doesn’t is just frustrating. The game is marketed as something new that should feel like a 90s game, but I honestly didn’t feel that vibe at all. It doesn’t have the charm, atmosphere, or gameplay depth of classic games…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game has some intense crackhouse vibes that your crack parents had back in 2004 and you are also addicted to crack. giving this away for free is like giving crack to everyone you know
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This was the greatest game I've ever played. This cured my stage five testicular cancer
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In all of my life, from the moment I was born, nay, CONCEIVED, all the way to my Post-Mortem examination, no form of media in any level of capacity will ever come anywhere close to the levels of euphoria, climax, and exhilarating action-packed persistent tension, that this holy grail has delivered to my very front doorstep, with loving arms and graceful welcoming, like I was the baby Jesus to the glorious Virgin Mary that is Unga Boonga himself. At such a low price of a merciful £1.69, this…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Following Unga's quest to return to his family sparks the player's connection to their own family. It seeks to establish the core message of connection in a discrete way without being convoluted. This is where Caveman World: Mountains of Unga Boonga shines; audiences are hooked with lifelike graphics and seamless gameplay mechanics (and maybe a low price tag), and return to the real world with a newfound purpose. No longer do I rot in my dark and lonesome house. No longer am I lost in the grand…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The current date is December 26th, 2025. It is 1:42 AM. I have played this game for 20 minutes and I can honestly say anyone who plays this game will be changed forever. I am so blessed to have been given the grace of getting this wonderful $2 game for absolutely free. Honestly this game should be worth more. I would sell a kidney for this game. Hell, I'd sell my kid for this game. It is so beautiful. I can only hope that one day I can be as awesome as the caveman I play as in this beautiful…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i can't be compelled to believe this game was made for money meaning the only other reason this could possibly exist is because of hatred and malicious intent
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →best game i ever played Caveman World: Mountains of Unga Boonga feels like stumbling into a fever dream carved into stone and lit by firelight. Every level pulses with horny prehistoric energy — roaring creatures, great compliments and the constant farting sounds. And somehow, that’s exactly what makes it so delightful. There’s a beautiful simplicity to the torture. No logic tutorials, no systems — just instinct, momentum, and the joyful rhythm of running barefoot into animals excrement. It…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What I expected: Based on all the sarcastic reviews, I expected a janky piece of sh*t game that might be fun for a few minutes and an easy 100% achievements. What I got: A surprisingly well designed platformer with excellent level design, challenging physics puzzles, and a charming set of characters and enemies that provided engaging fun and a good level of challenge. It was also a janky piece of sh*t too but what can you expect for the pricetag/free offer? Also those snakes can go to…

It brought light to my life while my wife was getting boned up the wazoo by Jared The Boss. My ♥♥♥♥ has soon grown and I've become a teacher of Proctology at a University. Thank you Grab The Games. 1.3/7.4

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simply the best game I have ever played. 10/10. From the gameplay mechanics to the graphics, every aspect of this game screams perfection. The plot of the game is very full and descriptive, giving the players a very well-done and thought out storyline. The true emotion you feel playing this game is substantial, with the main contribution being Unga Boonga's ultimate goal to provide supplies for his family that are necessary for survival. His goal truly emphasizes the games primary theme and…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A surprisingly fun game that reminds me of the good old Prehistoric. I don't regret the 0 money I invested in it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun at the beginning, frustrating at the end. The final levels in the game are so unfair that they feel almost impossible to beat. The game is filled with ridiculously hard to avoid traps and enemies, turning what started as an enjoyable experience into a tedious and frustrating one.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is not just a game. this is an experience. I would get a lobotomy if it meant i could experience this for the first time. This game is like an oasis in a desrt of souless games, like a pond to clentch your thirst from all the mega corporation late stage captalist slop that is force fed to the masses on a daily basis. This game is made with soul. like a jazz band moving to every beat of a note improvising among every step until a beautiful orchestra of sound and rhythm is created. I have…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This video game has an absolute banging soundtrack and sound effects. I really like when the caveman (which I called Jimothy) shouted Unga boonga, this game has 27 levels of pure fun. This was worth the 51p I spent to play this adequately enjoyable game. I liked that the collectables changed every level from fruit to even SHELLS. When I came across the creatures they scared me terribly :( , I hated how high quality the textures were on the creatures. My favourite creature was the bear (who I…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Let me give you a REAL review for this masterful piece of media. Caveman World: Mountains of Unga Boonga is not just some video game. This game will push your mind, body, and soul to their absolute limits. Elden Ring? Child's play. Sekiro? A simpleton's challenge compared to this. I'd sooner work 15 years in the coal mines than attempt a hitless run of this game. Similarly, you can forget any other platformer's you may have found difficult. Hollow Knight or Celeste could be completed with a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not a bad game. It should have been better though. Pros: - fun 2D arcade style - caveman themed including a lot of fitting sounds - not too easy - achievements are doable but not too easy - features a lot of different animals that can hurt you - the game gets more fun and a little easier once you get a little more lives later on - if youre idle you get silly puns which are okay and unexpected - collection based game, you have to collect a lot of food/shells to score points/stars Cons: -…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hurts my eyes and ears. The Dark-Souls of platformers, potentially lost IQ points playing this. I could see this being used as CIA torture method. A solid 9/11, not a game for Giga-Chuds

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Admittedly only played for a short while, but even if this is someone's first game they put a lot of effort in to making a simple platformer look good and work smoothly, I like it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unga boonga made me reconsider my life choices as it made me think about all the people i have wronged 10/10 would recommend
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Now this is peak
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For free not a bad 2D platformer, however be aware there are some glitches and bugs. Check other reviews and comments to see where exactly in the game can bug out (that it may cost you). But overall, decent graphics, OK gameplay, funny game. You're a caveman trying to get back to your family.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is bugged once it's level 8. Animal Hitboxes are all over the place, spikes are brutal and if you fail a level like level 8, there's a chance you will always fail that level even if you beat it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very simple platformer 9/10 highly recommend
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the worst cave man games I've played for sure. Very ugly (can be fixed with DLSS5) and unsettling to behold and filled with evil beetles. Basic game mechanics don't work and it chooses to rely on physics puzzles knowing that said physics are unreliable at best and malicious at worst. I see no reason oonga cavemen needed to eat hundreds of sea shells while his family starved.
