60 of 201 · most liked firstBugs make this game unplayable. My robots will go to the warehouse to resupply and never come out so the game can't progress, ever. It always happens when my contract is 96% complete, meaning reloading older saves doesn't do anything to help. I tried to fix it for around 45 minutes but gave up after finding an steam thread about it from 2023 that was never resolved. A couple other bugs I've encountered include robots randomly freezing in place and robots beginning a task but never finishing it.…

You are essentially a toy factory, and you make production areas and robots to help you build and deliver the toys. There is progression to the game, as you can slowly unlock more buildings, technologies, and other things to help streamline the process. However, really soon you realize everything is basically the same thing over and over and over. The actual production process is also extremely…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is overly complex and VERY SLOW, even when I put it to 10X. To give an example, I was waiting around for about 5-7 mins for a 9k order, each day took around 700 of that, It was about 3-4 days to make the whole order with 3 robots. So in the end only made around 4-5k. So now I am in the business of sitting around doing nothing and repeating the order over and over to make some money to expand. I would not recommend.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Although I generally enjoy games of this type, this game screams "I'm a bad game" from the very first minute. Luckily, I got it for free. I don't recommend it; despite being free, it's a mediocre game.

unlabelledView post →This is like a clone of [url=https://store.steampowered.com/app/574720/Little_Big_Workshop/]Little Big Workshop. Like ... 1:1, never saw such a direct copy before. Little Big Workshop is better, because it is more fun to play. This game is theoretically better than Little Big Workshop because of some changes which really should make it better to play. But .. fact for me is, Little Big Workshop was just more fun. A lot more fun. Perhaps the robots instead of the little men who need their…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've been playing Smart Factory Tycoon for a while now, and honestly, it’s a great time killer for fans of the genre. At first glance, the graphics might remind you of a mobile game, but once you dive in, you realize there’s a pretty solid logistics and management system under the hood. It’s the classic "start in a garage, end up with a giant factory" story, but this time you’re managing robots instead of human workers. The main hook is that you’re focused on robot and energy management.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a fun game which is missing a lot of QoL stuff. You can't give robots certain tasks (like just move things and don't assemble) at least while you only have one builduing. You can't see what an upgrade will give you (like look what tree nr.5 does for example) and you can not change anything once you planned a production (which can be part of the gameplay so maybe ignore this one). But i got 2 cheap robots in my crew who are only fast and beeing able to make them not use a station and only…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A somewhat mediocre factory management game where you battle the markets, awkward game design limitations, and your own patience in the quest to get rich AF before operating costs make you broke AF. Bad News Is: - Arguably a lesser version of Little Big Factory. - Missing several somewhat basic QoL aspects to a factory management game. - Has a handful of bugs that range from nuisances to playthrough crippling issues. - Doesn't appear to have gotten any meaningful updates or fixes since…

unlabelledView post →it's a small factory management game with robots. For the price, it worth it. I recommend it! 💗
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not really any fun, I was playing for 30 minutes and turns out you can't even tell robots to use two of the same machines to make stuff faster. I spent like 5 minutes fast forwarding to just finish the starting task. I should be paid to play this again. Also careful with this game considering most of GrabTheGames upcoming games are featuring what are likely AI game covers, would not be shocked if any of these games are also vibecoded (AI code) with AI artworks.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →At first, the game feels genuinely interesting. You begin by designing your factory layout — production rooms, robot rooms, and various zones — while purchasing robots and machinery (which can be upgraded once). You also choose which toys you want to manufacture. Outside the factory, you manage the garden area, which includes power production and tree planting. There is a kind of technology tree where you unlock mainly discounts and new delivery methods (by boat, train, or helicopter).…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's fun. It's not complicated. It's also fairly basic and gets rather grindy to 100%. There's a lot of complaints in the reviews that this is a "Little Big Workshop ripoff." I don't see it that way. It IS similar, and you can certainly see why the developer said it's inspired by Little Big, but I don't think that detracts from it. For example, if you've tried Little Big Workshop and thought it was just bordering on too big or complex, this might be for you. On the other hand, if you love…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game's free to keep before January 20, 2026 so grab it as I wouldn't spend money on it. You need to be an engineer to understand this. 5/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So this game is pretty much Identical to another game that came out in 2019 called Little Big Workshop, graphics have changed a bit and you are robots instead of Elves but yeah, no wonder it's free. I don't recommend it at all and suggest if people want a better game, check out Little Big Workshop, same vibe.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Smart Factory Tycoon is a sleek management sim where robots, pipelines, and automation turn your factory into a thriving 3D production empire.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really wish there was a neutral option to rate games, because this game is really inoffensive but not good enough for me to recommend. It's just a very basic management sim, which attempts to strike a balance between a fully automated system and actively managing. But the active management nine times out of ten comes down to setting up new contracts. It comes too close to an automated system, whilst still constantly (in-between long periods) requiring you to set up contracts just so you don't…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It was free vor a limited time and I grabbed it. Interesting concept at first, nothing unusual - thought this would be a nice and chill basic automation game. Unfortunately a lot of the selling is manual as you must time the market manually. After failing for two times, because I tried to expand too fast and went bancrupt I managed to beat the game slow and steady. But grindy. At same point I just did not enjoy the game anymore. It was the same over and over again. There was no goal.…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Smart Factory Tycoon offers a satisfying blend of automation and factory management, with sleek 3D visuals and a deep, engaging progression system. While it shares some DNA with Theme Hospital in its strategic layering, it truly shines in its focus on workflow optimization and robotic efficiency - ideal for fans of tycoon and simulation games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Plan, automate, and upgrade your dream robot factory - Smart Factory Tycoon turns production pipelines into a fun, strategic management playground.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A polished 3D tycoon that blends Theme Hospital-style management with deep pipeline, workflow, and automation mechanics, Smart Factory Tycoon lets you design, optimize, and grow a fully robotic factory from the ground up. 🏭🤖
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this for free today. Got extremely bored after 30 minutes. On a technical level the game is fine, seems to be mostly bug-free, but it just feels very derivative of nearly every other game in the genre. This is one instance where I can honestly say I feel like anyone who got this for free should be compensated for the time they spent playing this. I could've been dying in Fear & Hunger instead of staring at robots made of freshly cured resin for 30 minutes.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →installed the game played the game got bored in the very first minute uninstalled the game couldnt believe this game is actually 14 euros wrote this review 0/10 the most boring game i have ever played
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overall: It just doesn't FEEL good. --- More detailed: The art is servicable. But it also doesn't really fit "serious sleek", or "casual soft" vibes. Seems more placeholder overall. The audio is slightly grating to my oversensitive ears. But nothing too bad. The controls are weirdly "spongy" (both holding middle mouse, and right click). And there's no way to change the view turn or pan speeds. Also no way to rebind "space" to 'pause' (which is default in most games with a timer).…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is a bit rough around the edges, lacking a few somewhat crucial features to make it more player friendly, but otherwise is a decent experience, when it's free. The gameplay loop, at least from what I've experienced, is repetitive, but addictive if you lean into the stock market aspect a bit. However, the inability to: A.) Move machines after you initially place them, B.) Sell machines without there being any tasks in the queue [which almost never happens, unless you want your robots…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The store page states 'we took inspiration from Little Big Workshop and updated it for modern audience'. I fail to see which aspect they updated, this is more like regression just like 2024 guy compared to 2019. Recipes are needlessly complex for the sake of being complex, and idiotic choice to limit items to their rooms certainly counts as upgrade. The designers never been to a real factory and it shows in the choices like before and some other baffling nonsense like each plot is considered…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Janky controls and the tutorial robots I bought froze nowhere near my building. Got it for free except it wasted 15 minutes of my life.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ok I understand the negative reviews now. I don't want to play anymore, but from what happened so far. The tutorial is fine. It's short and simple. Points to what you need to do and quickly explains things in very small steps. You figure out what almost everything is and what you need to do when you finish. The technical gameplay is fine. There weren't any blatant errors or bugs. The experience is so boring. You can do up to 10x speed. The first thing you can make is a rubber duck. Btw, you…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really couldn't get into it, wasn't for me. I think some people will like this if they like meticulous building and have patience. I bought it on sale for really cheap and glad I did. Something about the layout and controls just bugged me. The aesthetic was blah. I wish the tutorial was a guided run through instead of a 15-page prompt. I do appreciate the steam cards though.

The gameplay loop feels rewarding and kept me engaged throughout my session. I’d like to sincerely thank the developer for giving us such a fun and well-crafted experience. I also created a gameplay video on YouTube while playing the game, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. I’m looking forward to spending more time with…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Uninspired and largely generic
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cool game and cool concept, but it got stale quite quick. The art and music is nice and the learning curve is good. Progressing becomes slower and slower over time. After an hour I stopped thinking.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One time, I bought a plot of land ever though I didn't have enough money. I thought it would just decline and say something like "You don't have enough money!" but it didn't and instead I was in a major dept of $56,000! Its more realistic than any other game I've played!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pros: Accessible Management: Unlike more "hardcore" factory sims, the learning curve here is gentle. You aren't going to spend three hours calculating belt ratios. Robot Customization: Leveling up your robots’ speed and capacity adds a nice RPG-lite layer to the gameplay. Visual Feedback: Watching your factory go from a single room to a multi-product powerhouse powered by wind turbines and solar panels is genuinely satisfying. Relaxing Pacing: It’s a great "second monitor" game. You…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Instantly forgettable. Feels like it was made with no intent to have fun. The design is of very poor quality.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's OK… --- I hesitate to give this a thumbs up, It's doing the bare minimum to qualify as not terrible. But I'm also not jumping out of my seat to praise it or be excited about it. Even attempting to write a review about it feels a lot like what you're doing in game: going through the motions of a tycoon management sim of intentionally meeting minimum standards to qualify as "not the worst thing I've played this week." There's no story, so you can forget any expectations there. There's no…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →game forces everything you produce to crash on market makeing the early game impossible had 3 attempts 2 on normal one on easy could barely even start the RnD for the market tracker to midigate the economy
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game, with little more graphics that would be even better.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sim factory games are all the rage or were they? There seems to be a lot of sim factory games out there and this one is not bad but it's not the best of the bunch either. You purchase machines for the limited space you have and purchase robots to work the machines (I guess the developer didn't realize robotic machines are a thing in real life) to make stuff. I think they missed out on a more creative approach here. I didn't bother with the Master products/orders because it was overwhelming not…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Seems to be a bad clone of Little Big Workshop. I'd skip this and just get that one instead.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a bad game, but it gets boring fast. The leaderboard has no real players.

unlabelledView post →Little Big Factory clone that's worse in terms of everything.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For the record it is possible to manufacture different parts of the product in different buildings. The restriction to one building seems to be arbitrary, likewise the factory door should prevent the whole building from being used as a single large room. Those 2 things combined with the small size of the buildings means you have to arbitrarily move machines just to manufacture a specific product when there is no reason to do so. Nor is it realistic, setting up the machine in another building…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So the game isnt that bad but nothing special its a decent game but i think there might be a minning going on with this game i had all my settings set down to low capped fps to 60 and my graphics card (3060) was working at 80%+ nothing open behind just the game... i think its a minning but because i am not a specialist on this i cant say for sure if anyone else knows more about this please review it and maybe even report it .
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nothing smart here. Shallow gameplay loop. One background song loop. Very ugly interfaces and art direction. Some QoL missing. Bug, where workers stop working on timed quests. Welp. Good basic ideas that never came to fruition. Had me question whether it was made by AI solely. It's sad because there is actually something here, that could have become, if it wasn't abandoned such early. Feels more like a functionality test rather than a game.
