unlabelledView post →Champions Tactics ... did Square named this game? That's some Various Daylife kinda shit.
unlabelledView post →Wait Square Enix seriously released a game called Various Daylife
unlabelledView post →For the record: I have almost every game here. Just bought the Voice of Cards trilogy, but if anyone wants to help me not have to buy Various Daylife, Valkyrie Elysium, or The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story I would greatly appreciate the assistance!
unlabelledView post →sure do love reading and/or saying 'Metaphor: ReFantazio.' that's how you name a game. that's 'Various Daylife' good
unlabelledView post →Various Daylife has been vindicated in my eyes after the second complete (now third - still incomplete - thanks to this file) playthrough. Going in expecting a simple and cute (mostly) menu-clicker side-game-tier game made me appreciate it more as its own thing with its own merits.
unlabelledView post →If you really want an example of a Square Enix game with absolutely no marketing, just look at all their C-tier games they've been releasing Remember Various Daylife?
unlabelledView post →Well now that it's over, I think "2XKO" is the worst video game title there's ever been, IMO. A very high bar to achieve ever since Square won the record with "Various Daylife."
unlabelledView post →At 9PM, I will randomly draw an applicable Square Enix game that released between January 1st 2022, and December 31st 2022, that weren't ports of existing releases (remasters do count, and will be played). There will be 3 exceptions: 1. Babylon's Fall 2. Various Daylife 3. Voice of Cards
unlabelledView post →"Adventures of Elliot" is somehow an even worse game than Octopatu Traveler or Triangle Strategy or Various Daylife
unlabelledView post →My fave will always be Various Daylife 😂💀 Fortunately a game can be good and fun in spite of a tacky or weird title…plenty of those around these days so I’ve kinda gotten used to them 😅
unlabelledView post →Every time i think about the game title “Various Daylife” i start feeling detached from my body. It’s such a powerful name that it makes me feel like I’ve forgotten how language works. It makes my brain and body fight eachother
unlabelledView post →To me it comes off as a form of malicious compliance on Team Asano’s part for people slamming Octopath Traveler, Various Daylife & Triangle Strategy as game titles “Oh you guys want us to make a *normal* title? Well here, fuck you”
unlabelledView post →My favorite from recent years is "Various Daylife", it has such a good ring to it A shame the game itself is not very good :V
unlabelledView post →Can anyone give some insight into Various Daylife? I believe it's the only Asano game I haven't tried
unlabelledView post →My favourite Japanese videogame name is Various Daylife because it summons such a vivid picture in my mind. Not of anything about the game world but of just what the brainstorming and feedback sessions between all the creative and management stakeholders in Square Enix were like.
unlabelledView post →I have decided that after we have beaten The Order 1886 on Monday, we are going to rotate between Elden Ring (this will include Shadow of the Erdtree DLC) and Various Daylife. Nice double palate cleanser of an RPG and an Action Adventure game seems exactly what the doctor ordered.
unlabelledView post →Various Daylife is still the funniest possible title to give a game without its own identity
unlabelledView post →this is the worst game title I've seen since Various Daylife
unlabelledView post →I think I might be one of the few people who not only played Various Daylife, but actually got to the true ending of the game. This is definitely one of the games of all time. #variousdaylife #squareenix
unlabelledView post →For a game all about making choices, Various Daylife has failed to give me a single one so far. Had to be a dude. Had to be a warrior. Had to join somebody's guild. Had to go to this place and that place. Had to slap this quest. Had to use these abilities in combat...
unlabelledView post →Various Daylife hate is so forced, I swear. It's not that bad and has some very fun characters in it. My main issue with the game, is the fact they didn't make a female protagonist, especially when it was rereleased on the Switch. Lack of customization is also a downside, but it's still fun.
unlabelledView post →Inspired by @piikeisandaa.bsky.social's horny art of Various Daylife, I picked up the game on sale. It's actually fun so long as you go into it not expecting a regular RPG since it's about 80% navigating menus. Also I want to see what happens if I max out my affinity with the guys.
unlabelledView post →The game that has been chosen for me to play is "Various Daylife". I grabbed this title during a sale a couple of years ago on the PS4 as it looked like a fun JRPG, so we shall see where it takes us. It'll probably be tomorrow evening we start this as I have to be up early in the morning.
unlabelledView post →I think its a problem of that logo style tbh. Id imagine most unfamiliar players can get a lot of info on some of those titles' gameplay from its logo compared to "Various Daylife." I truly cannot guess what that game is about by itself (Farm sim?) Armoured core is def part of the guilty party tho
unlabelledView post →I just recently watched a two hour breakdown of Radiata Stories that was pretty decent: www.youtube.com/watch?v=vr7H... (massive spoilers for the game, naturally) Another one I recall being quality was this one hour breakdown of Various Daylife: www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEIB...
unlabelledView post →Finally, people that aren't just shitting on Various Daylife. That was a fun game. also had some amazing and sometimes hilarious artwork for jobs.
unlabelledView post →If you told me this was XB1, I’d say your lying; that’s clearly Various Daylife, the Square Enix game.
unlabelledView post →Didn't really end up hating VARIOUS DAYLIFE. I understand its negative reception giving its price and its basically a dull spreadsheet game, but we've played far, FAR worse for Bad Games Block. Honestly it's a fine $5 second screen mobile game and that's about it.
unlabelledView post →We're live in 10 minutes with VARIOUS DAYLIFE, our 45th Bad Games Block stream. If this is your favorite game, I'm sorry. Link: www.youtube.com/live/cFTcmLK...
unlabelledView post →All of the Team Asano games are slow as balls and take dozens of hours to really hit their stride but I have enjoyed ALL OF THE ONES I'VE PLAYED even fucking VARIOUS DAYLIFE I wanna do Final Fantasy: 4 Heroes of Light and even The Nameless Game one day but I need a flashcart for the latter
unlabelledView post →As a game, Various Daylife is comedically janky. As an excuse for character/costume design though, It's pretty good. Efil May: Server outfit & Beast Tamer oufit
unlabelledView post →Fucking love how Square just went fuck it and named a game Various Daylife.
unlabelledView post →#31: Various Daylife. There's something honestly kind of charming about this RPG life sim thing, but it's just too shallow of an experience in the end. It started as a mobile game and that's very clear when you play it - definitely meant for very brief spurts. And yet, I still kinda like it. 6/10.
unlabelledView post →[Major Various Daylife spoilers!] This is one of my fav twists in Various Daylife. You can play the game at your own pace with no consequences, only to discover that the villain's been tracking you all along and that the gameplay has Lore! 🤣 #ceruplaysvd
unlabelledView post →Keep thinking about how SE really just named a game "Various Daylife"
unlabelledView post →there is something hilarious now that i have 50 hours in the infamously shitty squareenix life sim rpg game that vaguely exists Various Daylife because of htis
unlabelledView post →Honestly, I'm enjoying Various Daylife! Its not a typical JRPG that people expected. It plays more like Princess Maker. Loving the characters. But you can also tell that it's a phone game. Not made to play for a long time in one burst.
unlabelledView post →Remember when Squeenix was like “here’s a game called Various Daylife” 🤣
unlabelledView post →Various Daylife could’ve been fun for people who like grindy games like me if only its combat system didn’t make me want to cry. Its recommended levels are a joke, too. You need to be very over-leveled, exponentially so as the game progresses. But the characters are so cute and the story is good
unlabelledView post →Fine, 3 it is lol, this is getting harder since I don't really avoid playing games I buy, it's usually unintentional. Various Daylife was the other game that came in the bundle and I kinda wanna play it but at the same time not really? It's a weird thing, the title is off putting lol
unlabelledView post →Various Daylife is not a good game…. So why am I addicted to it ;_;
