60 of 91 · most liked firstThis game falls a bit short of greatness. Instead of the promised 6 trams, there are just 3, with variations in length. The developers boasted about a fully interactive dashboard, but reality check: only one tram lives up to the hype. Tram number two? Get ready for 31 non-responsive buttons lol. Tram number three has a few interactive switches, but the speedometer is just for show. Now, the elephant in the room – where are the trams from big-name companies like Pesa, Newag, or Solaris? Instead,…

Refunded it F I S H E R - P R I C E MY FIRST TRAM **************************************** How not to tram : * no derailments * same souuds across all trams * questionable physics * same control system across all trams * pathetic bell, same for all trams even the pcc Bad colours on route map Light blue, white and yellow No tram only signals mixed with traffic lights Insane amount of rails junctions and manual route selection.. might as well be a bus I…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Why wasn't this game integrated with Bus Simulator 21? This game looks almost identical to the Tram DLC for Bus Simulator 21. Just a few textures have been swapped and a few vehicles added.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →just... no. instead of the promised 6 trams, we get 3 with 2 variants each the driving physics are the most unrealistic ive ever seen, with trams being able to easily go around stupidly sharp turns theyre also ridiculously fast, effortlessly hitting 50 mph in a matter of seconds the map is taken straight from bus sim 21, the only difference is the extra tram tracks not to mention half the controls do nothing, even the speedo doesnt work on one of the trams also theres no catenary, so how the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Note: This review has been rewritten in it's entirety after 5 hours of gameplay. In my previous review after just 30 mins of gameplay, I praised the improvements compared to BS21's tram DLC. I maintain that praise, but have gone into more detail about some issues I have with this release, and am left wondering if the developers seriously believe they will sell standalone copies of this game - though I don't think they do. Summary: Much improved in comparison to the BS21 tram DLC with many…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Literally like bus sim, same map and same mechanics. Don't givd your money to these thieves.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This should be a DLC for Bus Simulator 21, not a separate game. Especially since there are 2 (really one with different lengths) trams available in BS21 as paid DLC! Despite all the bugs and imperfections of Bus Simulator 21, I think the game is good and a lot of fun. Trams were supposed to enrich it with new possibilities. Unfortunately We got this thing. A bugged 'simulator' that doesn't give you any fun driving trams
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This should be dlc for Bus Sim 21... Oh wait it is. Seriously you should buy Bus Sim 21 with the tram DLC you'll get more for your money. All you're missing here is a few extra trams, not worth the money.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What made the devs think they could release it in the state it's currently in? Pros: - More Trams than in BS21 Cons: - The Trams look like free models downloaded from sketchfab or something like that - Why the hell are there screens with "Cam 1" or "Cam 2" on them??? Just copy the system from the mirrors and do the same for the screens! - Why is the front destination text of that "futuristic" tram just floating around?? - Why are the turns so sharp? Thats not how that works in real life! -…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is a quick money grab from Stillalive Studios. It has the same bugs as Bus Simulator 18 did and still Bus Simulator 21 does. The game does not recognize any axis inputs from a G29 or Thrustmaster Throttle lever. You have to use buttons to accelerate, very sad... The game also promises 6 unique trams, but in the game, there are only 3 available. End of the day, no effort from devs again.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →DO NOT BUY THIS The map is the American one from Bus Sim 21 but they got rid of the buses. There are 3, highly unrealistic, just fake looking trams. The driving physics feel like I am playing Mario Kart. They just left the European map out because it doesn't have a central tram stop. I Genuinely wouldn't be surprised if most of the code is copy pasted. Around the map there are still bus stops The map just doesn't work with trams. A 90 degree turn is basically unheard of in trams and trams…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you grabbed hold of a previous games assets and programming code, clumped them altogether in your hands, threw them up in the air and sold the jumble that landed on the floor as a game - this is it. Well done.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun for like the first few minutes, instead of fixing bugs the devs made it possible to play on the steam deck. I didn't play the story the whole way because it didn't catch me that much and it's just a copy of BS21 just without busses.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Why this game exists I don't know. It's the extension from BusSim21: Next Stop, with some small added features which makes the developers think they can rebrand it as a new game. Honestly, if you want a tram game, get TramSim. If you like trams but also want to drive buses, get BusSim21 and the Season Pass. You'll save a lot of money

unlabelledView post →Tram Simulator Urban Transit is yet another poor release from StillAlive Studios. As it is a copy-paste of Bus Sim 21, any issue from that game (for example, the poor performance, glitches in the customisation menu, and banal, repetitive conversations between passengers) apply to this one. As it is given for free to anyone who has purchased the Season Pass or Tram DLC, it's fine. But I cannot recommend anyone buy the game, much less for full price (au$30 at the time of writing). In terms of…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If what you're looking for is a realistic simulator, look elsewhere. Other games have unfortunately done it better and it doesn't seem like this game will ever get any decent support. Look at what they've done to the Bus Sim games lol.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very disappointed . I have Bus Simulator 21 next stop . this was a addon dlc . My Steering wheel and joy sticks keybind to Bus Sim no problem at all . Same with their other game Construction Simulator . Yet this game will NOT allow me to keybind at all in the area made for keybinding many types of controllers . Also Police Simulator has ZERO controller / Steering wheel support . I own every single game of theirs and now starting to see a few of them are SUPER rushed and lacking extremly .…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →awful. buggy, not optimised, rushed, and just not great. stick to the buses.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So i will go straight to the point. the first question which you want to know is this game worht it? NO it is not even if you want to buy it when they are -50% discounts. Only time this game is worth it may be is when you buy Bus simulator 21 season pass with tram expansion and this game for free. Overall you are getting Angels Chores but Trams only and only 3 variants and 3 same variats but longer or double. So dont believe that in the game are 6 types of trams. Graphics is identical as BS…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The tram models are ugly and it's a copy of bus simulator 21 with only trams and a more limited map. I'm not a person that writes reviews (I think this is only my second one) but I wouldn't recommend anyone buying this game. Couldn't you just bring the tram models to the main game? The main game without buses looks boring.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is a quick money grab from Stillalive Studios. It has the same bugs as Bus Simulator 18 did and still Bus Simulator 21 does. The game also promises 6 unique trams, but in the game, there are only 3 available in 2 different configurations. End of the day, no effort from devs again.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Models - 5/10 - I knew this game would be bad the second I saw the tram models. Unrealistic trams lacking detail and working functions; the old tram doesn't even have a working speedometer (it looks goodish though). The most modern tram in the game looks (sorry to say this) awful and doesn't even have wipers. The developers promised 6 UNIQUE tram models, while they only made 3 and then just made 3 longer versions of the same trams. Performance - 3/10 - The performance is terrible. I lag when I…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →April 28th 2026 Edit, still the same, the devs gave up on the game, don't buy it, it's not worth your money. Honestly i enjoyed playing for the first few hours, but the game only have 3 Trams, and since it's a year and a half since last update and the game still have several bugs i feel it's pretty safe to say that this was a project that sadly died before the full potential was shown. 3 trams, one map, way to few missions. The game controls well both with keybord and controller, i found the…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Tram simulator: Urban transit is pretty much a joke, and it should just be the Tram DLC for Bus sim 21. Honestly, while this is pretty much Bus sim 21, it does add a little bit more. - The tram functions more like a tram, opposed to Bus sim 21, which acted more like a bus - The sounds on the trams sound rather realistic - Adds 2 extra trams But, there is also a lot of negatives - Shortfall of the promised 6 trams - No wire for the trolley wire or pantograph to connect to. (cable cars??) -…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very fun game i love the players talking while your driving its very fun and relaxing
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Feels like they wanted to release a game that's unifinished, has a lot of bugs and no actually interesting gameplay, just the same map and assets from the Bus Simulator 21 game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game. All six trams are playable. No bugs yet. One of the funnest games I have played. Definitely worth buying only if you like trams.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What will you get? -Same map like Bus sim 21 next stop -3 different trams and their dual Version -hella lot of bugs -No Mod support -No Updates -Mid Gameplay -Story is fine i guess Thats it
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you wish to buy tram simulators don't buy this it's so buggy and keeps crashing so better try something else.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its a pretty good simulator but only worth it if u get it from the season pass. Also i would put overhead wires bc the trams aren`t that realistic. And there are too little trams that u can choose from. (srry for bad grammar english is not my first language)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's good for Kids, since it can be setup to simplified controls. My 6 Year old is an absolute Train Nerd and while Simulations like Train SIM World are to complex he can play this and also BS21 without help. Even creating his own routes he is able to, without the ability to read. But for Adults this BS21 Tram DLC disguised as a stand alone game is ridiculous unrealistic.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An excellent game, with awesome graphics, realistic physics, and a realistic city, I highly recommend it to anyone who likes trams
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good thing i got this game for free with the bus sim 21 season pass, It worst tram sim i have ever played. you only have 3 trams not 6. don't waste your money.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →HORRIBLE GAME! Promises 6 trams, only has three with different lengths. Literally BS21's map and some stops that have no rails have NOT been removed. It doesn't even have the map extension. Countless bugs, horribly made, DO. NOT. BUY.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ive put many hours into this game. as a community beta tester, ive had to. As a transit fan and gamer, ive put many more into this and this is honestly a step up from the Tram DLC in Bus Sim 21. Is it a 1 to 1 creation of -insert local network here-? no. thats the start of the fun. Its still, like in BS21, "your city", and you now have an expanded rail network with 6 trams across three classes. Each one moves different. Thats what I like the most about it! Think of it like a spin-off of the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don't know why the bad reviews of the game, it's fun, you can plot your own routes as you like, more than enough selection of tram models, passenger chatter is actually funny at times....it's really an okay little relaxing driving game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In my personal opinion, Tram Simulator: Urban Transit was a waste of money. One of the biggest issues is the lack of meaningful support. There hasn’t been a proper update since 2024, and there’s been no clear communication from the developers about any planned future updates. Because of this, the game feels abandoned rather than actively developed, which makes it very hard to recommend. From a gameplay perspective, the experience is also held back by buggy and sometimes awkward controls. Even…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an excellent game to play if you want to chill and drive a tram. Much recommended!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →TL;DR Get it for <=$10 and you'll be OK but check the full Bus Simulator Next Stop 21 and the Tram DLC price, because then you get these maps plus more map plus the MUCH greater replayability of buses. Me I don't think this is a convincing tram simulator, I don't really feel the immersion. ---- Long version: Disclaimer I own the Bus sim game and Tram DLC. If someone wants to comment with some amazing feature the standalone game has that the bus DLC doesn't I might amend my review. If I…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its fun , but it is tough to due to a lack of instructions. Im stuck because i didnt get 4 star rating on a job.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like it better then bus simutalor 2023 it doesn't need imporvement
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good game but needs more trams and more maps :)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love this game, very fun, especially as someone who LOVES trains. I love how they added more tram tracks to extend the network from the Bus sim 21 tram DLC, and also more trams.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For The Tram Sim fans this is a must have game. You can never have enough Tram Sims in your collection. As a retired Bus / Tram Driver I love their Bus Simulator 21 game and also love this game. It gives you control of making your own routes through the city and manage your Trams. You can change how they look although I do think it can use some more love with new Wraps and Interiors but hopefully they will make DLC and do updates adding more Wraps and Interiors to choose from. Trams in this…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great tram game, u should check it out and if u don't like it, get it refunded under steam's refund policy
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Game Is Okay At Best But It Is Good So You Can Get It For FREE When You Get The Tram DLC In (Bus Simulator 21 Next Stop) But The Only Bad Thing Is There’s On Seaside Valley Only Angel Shores So It Feels A Bit Rushed To Only Have Angel Shores In The Map Selection.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →fun to play and makes you think a lot
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is really laid back and chill
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →DISCLAIMER: This is a first impressions review, and NOT a full review PLEASE NOTE: I recommended this game with some exceptions, overall if the game did not live up to just a tiny expectation, I would not have recommended it at all, so please read the review carefully if you are thinking of buying/playing this game Tram Simulator Urban Transit is a game developed by stillalive studios and published by astragon Entertainment The game offers some nice-ish graphics, although some ugly…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is interesting to drive a tram across the city which is a new experience for me. It is harder than I thought but it's still fun to drive. But the game need more polish here and there IMO.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For one thing the driving scenario does not have save option. The freaking game starts from the very beginning in getting driving lessons. On top of that it keeps misbehaving in the menu.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is not really a simulator, its more of a game play engine. There are significant things missing such as how are the trams powered? No overhead wires. The trams follow impossible curves and somehow stay on the track. The physics is tolerable. Sound is tolerable. The game play in story mode is fun and not difficult to find your way through, the only significant negative for story mode is you cannot have other trams running. In company mode I find that its a bit of a grinder but at least…
