Overall Rating - Average ★★★☆☆ First Impressions Local coop titles can be hard to come by, which was part of my reason for taking a review key of Tools Up! Ultimate Edition (TU). I'm aware there's another version on Steam, that has the DLC separate from the game, and doesn't…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →“Friendship tester disguised as a renovation game.” As a teacher, I’ve been on the lookout for a fun, local 4-player game that’s perfect for playing with my students—and Tools Up! is exactly what I needed! It's like Overcooked, but instead of cooking, you’re renovating apartments. You and your friends (or students) will demolish walls, lay tiles, and paint rooms, but everything goes wrong in the best, most chaotic way. The game supports up to 4 players on a single screen, which is ideal for…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game has good Art, especially the animations and music. But the many different character models do not solve the multitude of gameplay issues and bad User experience. This game is buggy and softlocked several times, the Controls feel unresponsive, the UI is occasionally infuriating, it was hard to differentiate between different tools due to similar item appearances, and some levels's design was underwhelming at best and felt amateur at worst. Many levels feel difficult because of the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Before you get this game, you should definitely know that Party mode is VERY difficult to complete due to the save file constantly forgetting all progress. There is an achievement for completing party mode. So although I thoroughly enjoyed the campaign mode, I'm not sure it's worth the heartache of constantly losing save data. I can only post a review if I answer the "Do you recommend this game?" question so I guess I will have to say No.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →obessed! even more obsessed than overcooked. I wish you have Tools Up 3
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →one of the best co op games out there, with a new concept as well.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Had fun playing this with friends through steam. This is not an online multiplayer game but you can use steam remote play to sort of turn it into one. can also play local co op and against. You are going around cleaning and fixing up the places in a limited time amount. We streamed this live with 2 other friends online and really enjoyed it. We did go a little off course a few times and kept picking each other up and throwing each other or blocking doors ;-). Standard game price seems…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Tools Up! Ultimate Edition, developed by The Knights of Unity and published by Untold Tales and Gamersky Games, takes a simple premise—renovating apartments—and turns it into a fast-paced cooperative challenge built around coordination, communication, and controlled chaos. At first glance, it appears to be a lighthearted party game, but once the gameplay begins, it quickly reveals how demanding it can be when multiple players are juggling tasks under pressure. The Ultimate Edition packages the…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i love this game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is very fun and amusing, especially if you are able to use steam's features to play with friends.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Disclaimer: I have received this game for free through a LurkIt campaign for streamers. Leaving a review was not part of the campaign and I do it out of my free choice to share my thoughts. It's basically Overcooked but You flip them houses. Pretty fun party game to play with friends. Unfortunately there's no online co-op, only local - but on Steam You have Remote Play Together. Nothing super crazy about this game, but it works fine, no bugs experianced, I had fun, if You like party games,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have played before and did all the achievements before with 4 different friends :) Now I am playing for the 5th time! Cant get enough of this game! Too addictive!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun and entertaining party game for some simple enjoyment. Did not find the timed section appealing at all as it turns a casual fun enjoyable game that should not be taken seriously into a timed competitive challenge.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Decent party game for casual players and kids.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →We have a lot of work coming up & absolutely NO DRAWING on the walls!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So-so game. Like Moving out and similar, but with much less good humor, and worse gameplay. It starts somewhat fun, like all such games. We played it split coop (remote play) and it even allows up to 4 people to play on one keyboard, unlike games like Moving out. But there's almost no good humor in it, the music tends to get abnoxtious as it's repetitive, and the game itself is very repetitive. It starts quite hard - the timer is tight even for the first level, which is not something you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is so fun!! I played this with a friend and we had a blast. The art is nice and the levels are fun to play. I love garden mode also its so different from the house mode. It was cute seeing all the different characters you can unlock too. There were a lot of controls so it was a bit hard to remember sometimes, but still such a fun game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →overall though quite hard with two players i find this game a decent challenge and fun for many peeps even the hardcore 3 leaves/star players like myself lol XD hints why we struggle XD. but it's a fun and engaging game to really test your task management skills as well teamwork
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this through with my wife and she is absolutely hooked! It’s such a fun, chaotic, and engaging co-op experience. We’ve already cleared everything, including the Garden Party DLCs, and we’re craving more. The gameplay is simple but the teamwork required is a great challenge. We really hope the developers add more DLCs or a sequel soon so we can take on some new challenges together. 10/10 for couples!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really wanted to like this game, since the GFX and sounds are so cute, but: -The controls are cumbersome -The gameplay is repetitive - It gets boring quickly. #ToolsUpUltimateEdition
unlabelledView post →I had a lot of fun playing this game. I like the DLC even more than the base game. I wish there was online co-op too
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its pretty good, sometimes frustrating but at least 8/10 overall. played it in 2, dunno if 4 players would be more fun or more chaotic but definately worth a try.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A very fun game to play with friends! The graphics are cute and it's so satisfying in renovating a house with bright colors!
