This is a fun little game but it could use some major improvements. Dev(s), if you are reading this - please give us a summary of damage after every fight. It would be nice to know who is doing what damage, who is taking the most damage, and who did the most healing. If you want to know what to base it on, check out "Tales & Tactics". That game gives the best autobattle summary I've ever seen. The stats are a little confusing as well and some of the translations are not great. There are…

So this game is one of those games that has way too many translation issues. The dialogue, the descriptions, everything, some stuff you can figure out, but everything reads like they Google Translated it and just called it a day. Aside from this, there's also polish issues and laziness when it comes to graphical design. First, the buttons on the main menu aren't highlighted when being hovered over. Not the end of the world but definitely not a good first impression (outside of the translation…

I don't usually leave reviews, but I enjoy this game enough that I think sharing my experience with it is worth it. The gameplay is fun. Hell mode is challenging enough that you won't be beating it consistently until you reach a certain stage in meta progression. I like the design of most abilities though I'll admit that placing passives in the 3 slots given to you always seems like a waste. Classes are unique and varied and the way they are rewarded through progression feels rewarding.…

It's an okay auto battler roguelike. However, there are some issues. The translation: The English translation is sometimes difficult to understand and some parts aren't translated at all, overall I think the translation needs a total overhaul. Some things aren't explained/explained clearly so you need to figure them out by yourself (not very difficult). The UI: The ui is janky at times, for example the skill icon still being there even after you sell it in the shop (will disappear…

Time Walker: Dark World feels like it’s trying hard to be humorous, but unfortunately, its attempts often fall flat due to poor localization. The text contains numerous spelling errors, and the dialogue is forced upon the player in a way that detracts from the experience. It’s not only a missed opportunity for comedy but also makes reading item descriptions painful and sometimes incomprehensible. The writing can be best described as “aggressively stupid,” which only adds to the frustration. In…

My Biggest issue? I hate autobattlers that make it when you take a certain amount of time, (I think it was about a minute?) you just instantly lose. Instead of making it go into an overtime mode, where all sources of damage doubles - good and bad. Hell even just a "Enemies now hit harder" is better than just "Nope, you lose"

Single-player auto battlers are an interesting beast. Many try to be identical to their multiplayer brethren, but I don't think that works, generally. They're often left feeling empty and without personality. Time Walker feels like it's actually adapted to the format. Instead of an army of ten or so, here you have four characters on a team (outside of a specific mode), and three different items/skills that can be upgraded, combined, and tweaked. The smaller teams make the individual characters…

It's a decent buy if around $2 I guess. Feels like an itch.io unfinished project to be honest. The devs seem to be trying to fix stuff but not enough. It's been months and the game is in a similar state from back then. Good part: - Decent skills variety (you need metaprogression to unlock more skills) - Nice hero selection and merge system (also locked behind metaprogression) - Easy to understand the main game loop Bad part: - A lot of translation issues - Bad ui/ux - Bugs that may end up…

First things first: The game is playable It has a few typos, untranslated texts, skill tooltip inconsistencies, non-intuitive and/or improvable menu interactions, and the game crashed multiple times in my experience. Still, it's playable. These are not why I gave it a thumbs down. I gave it a thumbs down because the game doesn't really have much content, so it artificially creates replayability by gatekeeping progression behind highly repetitive gameplay to unlock the unlockables, then the…

Has way, way too many typos and nonsensical descriptions for me to place any sort of trust in the dev to make a coherent game. If you're unable to find someone to translate your garbled nonsense into English that I can understand, in order to play the game, in 2025, don't make a game.

Amusing auto-battler definitely worth the asking price. There are a lot of classes, unlocks, and meta progression to keep you going back, and a surprisingly good soundtrack to back it up. By far the biggest issue is the translation/writing, which looks like it was machine translated, then hand typed into the game. It's pretty awful and causes a lot of confusion, but should be easy to fix. Also, what's with the cover art? Those characters don't correspond to any classes in the game.

The game is pretty fun and its cheap highly recommend and it supports the indie dev team The bad part, the translation. This felt like a machine translation than a human translating each word. For the most part, the message still gets across, but the terms are just not unified like what's a shaman and lightinger? why are they two separate terms when they're actually the same thing. what's a spitfire and ragefire? are they different things? wait they're the same thing? but the description says…

Mixed Review! In the core its a solid fun but also simple autobattler. Simple is not always bad but here it is a bit too simple! Basic functions like a map or something that indicates where you are in a run (how much battles are left to the Boss etc.) are just not present. Many descriptions also put up more questions than answers.

So the game is great and relaxing, meta progress is very much needed to make any headway to complete the game for sure. And now for some reason, ton of bugs appeared. My achievements are gone, my saved settings reset on relaunch. But worst of all, I can't even start a new game/run. I can change difficulty and select contracts but that start button? Nah can't click it. Game just stopped working, no idea what is happening.

Currently the game hasn't got much variations to offer but it's already plenty fun. Said limitation was about the party comps and there is one particular setup in which you'll easily breeze through even the highest difficulty. That being said, you can also choose to avoid the aforementioned setup solely for winning. Lots of builds are viable and I hope there's better translation and more heroes/skills in the future. Game is worth the current price, giving it solid 8.5/10

After about 107 hours, I finally beat this on Hell Difficulty and opened Endless mode. Lots of luck involved due to the RNG, depending on what EX upgrades will be available near the end, and which kind of build you make. There's a fine balance between being too offensive (great early on but doomed near the later battles) or too defensive (where they cannot hurt you, but you cannot hurt them and time runs out). My best run was with an advanced fighter, a basic fighter, an advanced Idol, and…

Several questionable game design(s). However, will just list out the one that annoys the most. Boss spawn rotation - Not much info is included in-game but, I reckon 5 bosses completes one rotation. For my case, tried different comps/synergy and died on 5th boss, now I have to play through another 4 boss just to reach the 5th boss. Heck, I don't even know if it's correct, maybe it's rng even.

100% in 31 hours. All in all, decent game for what its worth. Meta progression goes along with game progress. Doesnt feel grindy at all. One thing that annoys me is that supporter pack unlock Templar character which is great early game but kinda annoying when you want to fuse either 3x healer or 3x tank because seems like the game prioritize it. Not a big deal though.

Needs a lot of improvement for this game to be recommended. First of all it is so RNG heavy it is borderline not fun. Way too many abilities and unable to reroll portals so it feels like youre never upgrading unless lucky. You always have to pick the purple portals because hero upgrades are so strong, but you better hope you get the class you want so you dont have 4x of the same class or have to wait 10 stages to sell and then still not have enough money to buy anything good. Definitely scratched my itch of auto battlers. It's easy to pick up, doesn't stray to far from the formula, and it keeps the team comp nice and tight. My only gripe is how they did the class system, it seems that adding the classes as a drop only delays the build you want to create, then again I'm no expert.

Don't read the story 'cuz the dev also didn't. Within booting the first 2 minutes I've found 3 typos. That's not mentioning the actually terrible contents of the dialogue. The combat "tutorial" suffers from the same illogical sentences, though it's simplistic enough to be figured out on its own. It's however repetetive enough to lose my interest after 2 hours. You can "place" your units, but they will walk aimlessly toward the enemy with no graspable priority. My archer just suddenly decides…
