It contains the 'Pocket Guide to the Empire', with 48 pages of Elder Scrolls lore & world-building. It's more talked about today than the game itself

Its creation was inspired by Bethesda listening to a Tom Jones CD to stay awake while making the game

The fact that the NPC spawned down here almost completely softlocked the series, since you can't talk WHILE swimming.
