60 of 73 · most liked firstI know this game from its previous releases - if you like The Looney Tunes Show and "bad" games as entertainment, it would be perfect for you. HOWEVER. The Steam release of the game has removed ALL the cutscenes. They are replaced with a very minimized slideshow version of the original scenes. Inbetween those you are merely collecting coins quite blandly. This game would have been durable for the TLTS fan with the original story and cutscenes - but not this version. And it's definitely not…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Quite enjoyable game but only took 3 hours to complete and I think you cant die. No challenge. If it ever goes on sale for under 4 pounds then it would be worth the money.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Too expensive. Wait on a sale. Its ok. 6.5/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game okay. Funny and entertaining. But wait until this game goes on sale. Not really worth the $19.99.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this for my granddaughter and she loves it, been playing it for a few years now, and next, my grandson, he's already trying and he's four. Actually, he's caught on faster than I thought he would, needs almost no help now. I would recommend for children, more than enough levels to keep them involved.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As an avid Scooby Doo fan with the lowest of bars for expectation... this ain't it. Avoid this, I'd say getting this free would be a waste of money, it's a shame this is the only scooby doo game on the platform.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I hate to give the game a negative review, but since it keeps crashing on me and it won't load my save files and continues to make me start at the beginning I can't recommend this one. It does look like some mindless fun but there is no point in keeping a game that won't allow me to save. Plus, the other versions of this game on iPhone/ipad/3ds have the full cut-scenes and appears to be the full game so this seems like a rip off. I have no idea why the steam version is so horrible.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very basic top down platformer. Hit things, collect coins and use them to buy gear for your avatar (which is not Scooby or a Looney Tunes character - They are only in the game in cut scenes) For very young kids, this would be a good place to start gaming (but the jumping mechanic is a little suspect at times) but for anyone over the age of 10, I would avoid it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Boring, uninspired, repetitive, and buggy. You don't play as a Scooby Doo or Looney Tunes character, you play as a generic cat/dog/whatever. Gameplay is walking around boring levels collecting coins and smashing things. There is zero creativity in this "game". The "story" is told through two static images of Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck impersonators talking about their "new friend" (you) but it has zero bearing on the gameplay, such as it is, itself. Maybe a five year old can get some…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game feels VERY low budget and I don't understand why Scooby's name is first in the title when this game is 90% Looney Tunes with only 10% being Scooby-Doo and that 10% only lasting four levels that only made up about 28 minutes of my 2 hour runtime. Gameplay grows boring fast, level design feels uninspired, replacement voices for some of the Looney Tunes either sound bad or are very obviously not the same as the show, and in general the game just isn't worth the $20 asking price. The…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I spent half of the game wondering where Scooby Doo was before realizing that , in this case, Scooby Doo! & Looney Tunes doesnt refer to a crossover, but simply two ''different'' games. Game mechanics are quite simple and the gameplay is easy. The story felt very rushed, probably what I disliked the most from this game. Overall it's an OK game, it got redudant towards the end, but I can see how this would be great to play with a kid!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like horrendously boring ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you'll love this game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Scooby Doo & Looney Tunes Cartoon Universe: Adventure is the gaming equivalent of soggy bread—technically edible, but no one with self-respect should consume it. Booting it up is already a crime against humanity — the title screen blasts at what feels like 10,000% volume, like the devs wanted to rupture your eardrums before you even hit “Start.” Forget jump scares; this is straight-up auditory assault. Every single level feels like déjà vu on repeat. Enter room. Mash buttons. Watch identical…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Scooby Doo! & Looney Tunes Cartoon Universe: Adventure is the most generic game you could ever expect. Almost all levels play out the exact same: follow the direct path to the exit. The difficulty doesn't matter because once you get low on health, every enemy seems to drop full heals. It doesn't matter what weapon you use, the default slap is as good as almost all of them. The most insulting thing about this game aside from its repetitive gameplay, ugly graphics, and most of the time lame…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Turn the music off and it becomes one of the scariest games ever
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You can finish this game in 3 hours maybe even less. You don't play as Scooby or any Looney Tunes characters, The lack of a camera following your character around does make the game difficult at times especially when jumping from platform to platform. The Scooby-Doo part is just a tacked on part of the Looney Tunes game as credits roll upon completion of all the Looney Tunes levels.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My kid hated me before, then I bought him this game. After playing he said he loved me. This game saved my marriage!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game sucks. Not enough Scooby Doo. Playtime is inaccurate, more like 2 hours at most. I was high and I couldn't care enough to close it while I was doing other things. I completed it to the end though so positive review I guess.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Police Officer grabbed and bagged me. 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →ive thrown my money to the wind on this title, u cant even play as any of the looney toon characters or scooby gang , u play as a made up character which u dress up. the title realy excited me to only be let down....shame shame shame
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not bad, but it's lamer than it looks. Not nearly as good as the classic cartoon games from the early 2000's.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Got a bit excited for this game thinking it would be a cool cross over. I was wrong. You play as a generic character, not any of the beloved characters we know. Major let down, really repetitive too. Stay away. Save your money.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Clearing out my Steam Library and noticed I got this gem when it was on sale for $2. Yeah... not sure how this at all released in the year 2014 and how it had this many people supposedly working on it. Most slop platformer I've ever played. The whole thing is 'Scooby-Doo and Looney Toons!' and you'd figure with being able to use that IP, they'd make fun move sets or just unique little things for the characters, but no, you don't even get to play as any of the characters. Instead you play some…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Horrendous WB game bought this game for my nephew he didn't like it saying it was trash.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A simple but fun 3D platformer, where you play as an unnamed avatar you create and go through 4 levels based off of Looney Tunes and Scooby Doo Themes. Why we don't play as any of the actual Characters, the world may never know.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I didnt know i had this.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I do not like it. Half as many levels as Super Mario Bros, and the game can be beat in less than an hour. The game itself has little to nothing to do about Scooby-Doo or Looney Tunes, they just added that as a weak story line between every two levels, and those character's aren't even animated. Collecing coins is only used to buy wardrobe apparel. The game feels laregely unfinished.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's been a long time since I played that game. But now, I do a quick review. One word, BAD.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →3/5 Nothing bad, but nothing great or unique about it. This is a top down platformer aimed at children 5-10 years old. It's difficulty level is around Kirby (excluding bosses), Drawn to Life, or the Lego games. Experienced players won't have problems and will probably find it boring. Get it only during a good sale. There are 16 stages that can be completed in about 10 minutes each. There are several hidden bonus rooms if the player searches or deviates from the main path. There are 3 weapons:…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →10/10 no joke one of the best games i have played in a while. on sale for only $4.99 this game is a steal they should have not had it on sale for this much considering how much you get out of it. The graphics are just like the cartoons "Just Mindblowing". the sound track of this game is fanomonal and makes every room feal different from the other because there is just so many songs in this game. Dont even get me started on the level design in this game i wouldnt even be able to stop telling you…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played an obscure game known as "Scooby Doo & Looney Tunes Cartoon Universe: Adventure" which is a 2014 steam shovelware game that is quite interesting. Come take a look! www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7H7...
unlabelledView post →Just another proof, that making a good license game (at least was) an (almost) impossible task, even for a good developer like WayFoward.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really wanted to like this game a lot but the fact it seems like cut scenes were removed and heck the entire ending of the game was removed makes it totally unworth the 20 dollar price tag. Even worse there doesn't seem to be any kind of connection between the stories.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I thought I'd be controlling Scooby-Doo but instead, I’m controlling an unknown dog through maps, with some ghost elements like flying skulls and evil pirates etc., it’s essentially a running and jumping game where you follow an arrow to the destination. Along the way you can either fight enemies or just avoid them as they don’t chase, about 90% of the gameplay is focused on free running, and the rest 10% is easy boss fights. Adults might get bored quickly but children may find it enjoyable. I…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →bro. what HAPPENED HERE???? YOU DONT MIX LOONEY TUNES AND SCOOBY DOO!!!!!!!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →English: I loved it! The game is a classic 3D platformer that gathers your favorite Looney Tunes characters in something that resembles an episode. The story is fun as is the show and the gameplay, enjoyable. The mechanics remind me of early LEGO games and the collecting of coins to exchange them for items such as special abilities and outfits reaffirm it. The game is not very long but it is perfect for children. I, 30 years myself, enjoyed it a lot and it got me thinking back when I used to go…

On the other hand, inside the stripped-down, budget environment, Eli opens the door.] Kleiner: [Holding a copy of a game wrapped in a red bow] Well, Eli, I made it, despite your optimization issues. Eli: Ah, Isaac Kleiner, welcome! I hope you're prepared for an unforgettable single-player licensing masterpiece! Kleiner: Eh... [Kleiner enters the featureless room. He sits…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i played this game for 47 minutes i got it because it was like 94 cents on sale and i was sleep deprived and alfred e neuman showed up and said "it's scoobing time" and then i went to bed
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very dull game, level design is bland and the player character is barely even acknowledged in either the Looney Tunes or Scooby-Doo stories (the game also never explains how your custom Looney Tunes character got into the Scooby-Doo universe), not that either story is anything memorable to begin with The Scooby-Doo part is also basically just a glorified DLC expansion pack since the credits play after you beat all the Looney Tunes-centric levels and it only takes up a quarter of the game, this…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Scooby & Looney Tunes Universe game isnt as bad but its kinda only feels more like a proof of concept somehow than a good 3D platformer: Pros: + asthetics in suburbia, mall, cheese mine and Test lap are actually good + if you dont mind the graphics that much then it feels like a ps2 era game + high score system is there for coins and time maybe its worth a shot to improve it + story is short but alright (the only game that use the Looney Tunes Show universe) + level design is soild Cons: -…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →for what it is a lisenced game that to me seems to be some kind of ds or maybe 3ds game its like fine. very simple 3d platfromer where you go from point a to b and sometimes hit attqack to kill an enemy. the customizable chacrter was cool. Probably a pretty good game for a very young person. babys first game type.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I finished the game :3
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game reminds me of the games i used to play as a kid on the gamecube and I freaking love it but their are some annoying issues first the soundtrack is annoying it plays over and over and there no way to stop playing the music seconds the controls is sloggesh it feels like the character is on the moon and thirdly it feel repetitive but forthly i love the game it reminds me of my childhood playing video games on the nintendo gamecube

unlabelledView post →If you want something easy, a bit cheesy, and pretty much mindless I'd reccomend getting this !ON SALE!. It usually goes down to $5, and it's definitely not worth the full-price. Honestly, I bought it more as a joke and have referred to it, with friends, as the "Scooby Doo/Looney Tunes Furry Simulator" due to the fact that you can create your own anthropomorthic character, which you can dress up as ridiculous as you'd like. It's geared towards a younger audience, obviously, but even as an…
