Am I almost 40? Yes Am I totally enjoying myself more than I should be at my age? Yes. Been playing it a bit. I'm still stuck at the first level though, I couldn’t decide what color panties to wear! You laugh but I honestly think this looks beautiful and I am a man. This and my little pony are the games that make us masculine in…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →*** Proud to be providing the first 'purchased' review of this first 'Barbie' game on Steam! *** The controls work great both with a controller and a mouse & keyboard. The graphics are not the best graphics out there, but they are certainly good enough to impress any young lady who loves Barbie. The sound effects are well done, and the voice acting, while not great to me as an adult, are just fine considering the target audience. https://youtu.be/v1eQ1ri3sf4 There is plenty of story and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I always had a soft spot for Barbie, I unironically enjoy some of her older movies and I have fond memories of playing her games with my sister when we were young. But even that isn't enough to make me think for a fraction of a second that I am having fun in here, Project Friendship is one of the most dreadful games I've ever played in my life. To sum it up, the whole thing is a fetch quest simulator and it goes like this: Go from point A to point B -> Now you need to go to point C which is…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wouldn't recommend this game for most people, even for most kids. If I had a niece or nephew who was into Barbie, I wouldn't buy them this game at full price, maybe not even half price. The controls are fine, and I like that you can make them easier in the options menu. I also like that you can turn on Auto-Win for minigames. This does make it an easier game to let kids play by themselves. But yall, be honest. It's pretty boring. Walking from place to place takes forever. Sometimes…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a lot of just walking around doing mundane jobs for some rich old lady who clearly takes advantage of your goodwill and the fact that neither Malibu or Brooklyn are that bright. It does have a few mini games here and there, but they are mostly uninteresting and get recycled a lot. The game really had my hopes up though when I had to assemble a skateboard for some girl. I was imagining some cool mini game about doing tricks on a halfpipe or something, but then she just gives it to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Barbie's return to videogame has been a succes. The game is great, fun and perfectly adapted to its audience, the mini games are often easy QTE's but main ones are defferents and realy fun. Gameplay: The view is very special and shocking at the start of the game, a trigonometric view that we can't move around, but it's adapted to the map and doesn't bother play. We gradually discover the world and our friends, and can change Barbie at any time by selecting the other one. This game is…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →not as bad as i thought it would be im still giving it a negetive based on price though luckily i got it through a humble bundle with like 10 other games for 20$ great soundtrack imo {basicly animal crossing/hyperpop vibes} gameplay is more or less a walking sim scavenger hunt with overcooked and generic rhythm games as minigames setting is great imo about 7 hours long
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →as someone who grew up on barbie, i was excited for the release of this game, though quickly disappointed. it follows new-gen barbie (and barbie. call that barbie²) and definitely more so for young kids rather than me, a young adult. soundtrack was good, and im a sucker for community restoration (shoutout stardew) though it was very repetitive, and follows the classic kids quest game of "oh i'll go and make this for you!" except you are the one making it rather than the other characters.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game includes, at its core, two surprisingly accurate reflections on life. •Cleaning anywhere is a Sisyphean task where no matter how thorough your work, there will always be more. •Journalism is dying
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First of all, it is nice to see a new Barbie game on the market! We can dress up our barbies and decorate our office. Be prepared to do some fetch quests though. If a game is pretty, I’m happy to run around collecting random stuff. And Project Friendship is cute, I’ll give it that. But with all the tech we have nowadays, I was expecting something a little more…innovative? Instead, the gameplay feels kinda basic, and honestly, even the older Barbie games had more to do. There are a total of six…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Perfect, relaxing, fun. I wish there were more quests.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →got it from a hamble bamble with a bunch of other games. that website is falling apart fast. thought why not play it like barbie on cocane and ran the game at 5 times the speed 3/10 + voice acting + game can handle speed hacking, had to slow down to 3 times speed for the minigames so they were actually playable - local co-op is only minigames sooo thats like 2/3% of the game + works on windows 7 - 40$ price tag for a game im told has around 7 8 hours of gameplay

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First off, the game is EXTREMELY boring after the first 15 minutes (but I WAS determined to finish it). The entire game is just fetching/ looking for items like a dog with a small hint of repetitive mini games. The game glitches out a lot. I am now unable to finish the game due to the most recent glitch I've found. I am able to press continue and open my loaded game. I am probably 75% through the game and it's now frozen. There's no barbie on screen and I can't move or pause the game when it…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →100%'d it but it was a bit of a slog getting through some of the minigames, especially as a single-player. The Overcooked/Plate-Up! clone minigame especially did not lend well to swapping between the two Barbies during it with lag-time, and the final 'musical'/rhythm minigame had me grasping the controller awkwardly in hand to hit notes at the same time. I dreaded having to do the tech lab minigame every time it came across.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Waaay overpriced with bare-bones gameplay and falsely advertised as co-op (reality, a handful of mini-games are "co-op" and barely so.) Limited customisation. Clean-up/repairs are restricted to one of the two main protagonists, which you cannot switch them on the fly, nor can be played side-by-side. No, you must run back to the office and switch out there, and run all the way back. I've seen indies with limited budgets do better and charge less. There's a mini-game for each zone and it's…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It might be the worst Barbie game ever made, something that feels completely careless. You play as a social center designed terribly by your character’s mother, who is supposedly a designer, yet the building is unbelievably impractical and ugly. There are very few clothes, this is a Barbie game, yet there’s no real sense of fashion, no furniture variety, and no design depth. Also, in an attempt to avoid being racist, you can choose a Black Barbie alongside the original Barbie, but you can’t…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Finished the game in 8 hours. Pros: reminds me of early 2000s game aesthetics, lots of minigames (workshop-tennis-theatre are the best offering different upbeat songs - overall the most enjoyable minigames), vibrant world, lots of pink decor for your office space (which is the cutest cosmetics imo), cutest outfits - ice cream & popstar, autosaving feature, can switch between two barbies that allow different functions in the game, collectibles very easy to find/collect Cons: x3 minigames that…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Barbie Project Friendship is an awesome game! It does gets bit frustrating at times for my 7 yr old daughter, but overall she loves it!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game for our 4 and 6 year old girls, the quests are simple but linear. They get rewards (map unlocks and clothes) for finishing quests , some mini games are harder for the 4 year old. It’s also great that text in game are in Swedish so I can just read for them instead of having to translate. As a parent I also like the calmness of the game, it’s not that hectic, which is great as everything today (tv shows) are usually too hyped. The girls love to play the game using Xbox controller,…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Why did I, a 21 year old male, like this game? WHY DID I LIKE THIS GAME xD Graphics: B+ Fun as an adult: C+ Fun if I was a kid: B+, maybe A Voice acting: A Story: B-
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Gameplay: As other reviewers have stated, this game mostly is running around doing various fetch quests. Lots of them. There's several main areas that each have their own minigame. The minigames really are the highlight - half of these are rhythm based. The other half involving putting bits and pieces together to form things (electronics or ice cream cones, for example). These minigames would certainly benefit from having a second player join in. Fast travel gets unlocked as you complete…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was debating on leaving a positive or negative review... But ultimately i 100% the game in 12 hours straight and loved every bit of it ♥ The map is huge, there are many places to explore !! Sadly that also means lots of walking around which can get a bit tiring in the long run. However we can earn coins by fixing things on the way so that's quite fun :3 I loved customizing the office and changing outfits, which we could change hairstyles as well. On the negative aspects, i wish we could…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What a GREAT, kid friendly game. Wasn’t too short, and was lots to do! Really enjoyed it. Edit: I bought this game while it was on sale, that’s when I would buy it!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →okay so this is probably my first game review but oh wowser i'm really in love with this game, it's a modern Barbie game, i grew up with classic Barbie but her modern era 2018-2025 is what i love about Barbie even MORE, mini games have alot of my favorite songs from Barbie: Big City & Big Dreams and Barbie: It Takes Two(which making me hyped as hell), yes the game is really simple but the story telling is what making me hooked, like all Barbie movies and shows that i've watched before, my…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wish it were 1400h instead of only 14h
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you love Barbie and enjoy things like: mini games that are connected to story, sorta open worldish and fun dialogue to listen to, then this game might interest you. As for me, I enjoyed the game and even got 100% achievements.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game really needed a faster movement option, and maybe a jump button. Other than that, it is a really good game for 8 year olds
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game says it is coop but it is only for the minigames and not for the main game, i got this to play together with my niece, not happy with the purchase
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game its so calming and relaxing i love all the outfits you can get for barbie and barbie there so cute i like how all there friends come and help fix up malibu waves and the minigames are fun especially if you have a friend cause there all 2 player tennis and ice cream making were my favorite the decorations you can get for the office are really cute to i liked rearranging the office every now and again when id unlock new decor i really liked how each barbie had something to do…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought this in the sale for £12 not £35 and I still feel like it wasn't worth the price point. I finished the game purely to get all of the achievements but my god this game is dull. Every task is so monotonous and having to play the same style of mini game over and over was genuinely draining, it felt like a chore rather than a game. £35 is ridiculous for what the game is, do not recommend.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I couldn't get through a door. Something about some bells i had to make, i don't know why i needed a bell, so i gave up. But if you can make an bell then it might be a great game for you.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Barbie Project Friendship™ is a bright, upbeat adventure designed first and foremost as a welcoming space for young players, and it embraces that mission with sincerity. Developed by Xaloc Studios and Casual Brothers Ltd. and published by Outright Games Ltd., the game centers on helping Barbie and her friends revitalize the Malibu Waves Community Center. Instead of chasing high-stakes drama or complicated mechanics, it focuses on positivity, teamwork, and creativity—values that shape not only…

Did you put channel points towards this stream and miss it or did you just want to watch a cynical 40 year old bloke moan at a barbie game for 2 hours? Well here: . youtu.be/1vY0KKli6ME?... #youtube #sprambles ##barbieprojectfriendship
unlabelledView post →Loved it!!! Easy, fun, and a challenging in my opinion. Definitely recommend!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I will give this a positive review as its one of the better games from Outright Games Ltd , It's essentially fetch quest walking simulator , Go here and fetch me this item, Walk back and give them the item. I would say it's kind of like Disney Dreamlight Valley but not as in depth or good , If they put some more work into this game to be more like animal crossing it would probably be quiet good and popular with the barbie IP . Voice acting and Graphics are fine.
