33 of 33 · most liked firstSaGa Scarlet Grace (2018): $8.99. I’ll limit myself to posting one actual SaGa game but all of the franchise is on sale. The best RPG of the 2010s? Perhaps redundant to say but this game is obtuse and difficult (positives). store.steampowered.com/app/686720/S...

unlabelledView post →Finished Urpina's route in SaGa Scarlet Grace! What an incredible game with an incredible battle system. The beginning was rough af, both for learning the system and how difficult encounters were in the early-game, but once I got over that hurdle it finally cliked with me and now I'm a SaGa fan
unlabelledView post →Fourth and final route finished in SaGa Scarlet Grace! 🥳 It goes without saying that I've enjoyed this game immensely. The learning curve is a bit steep, but the combat system is simply incredible and I concur that it is one of the best ones out there.
unlabelledView post →I'm not going to be a sheep and say FF5 or Tactics despite really liking the game and instead urge people to play either SaGa Frontier or SaGa Scarlet Grace. Or any SaGa game in general. The entire series is fire.
unlabelledView post →#36 - SaGa: Scarlet Grace Ambitions. SaGa games are for freaks and I was exactly the freak for this game. You might be too, so give it a try!
unlabelledView post →Rolled credits on Urpina’s playthrough in SaGa Scarlet Grace Ambitions. The board game style regional maps with tons of triggers you can play with to advance not only the main quest and side quests but also change the state of the world makes it the quintessential tabletop jrpg. #ssgano
unlabelledView post →Now that I've learned a bit more of the game, I'm considering restarting my Urpina run in SaGa Scarlet Grace lol. For more complex games like these I sometimes do test runs (unintentionally) to learn the ropes, make mistakes/bad decisions and restart with better footing.
unlabelledView post →It has SaGa Scarlet Grace timeline manipulation this might be the best game ever
unlabelledView post →Yep. They've been doing remasters for a while now, and this is the first new game since SaGa Scarlet Grace.
unlabelledView post →I made my first speedrunning guide today :) Made a guide for the route I use in SaGa Scarlet Grace: Ambitions Leonard NG, and planning on adding Urpina NG in the near future. Never made a guide before, but I hope it helps people who want to get into the game! docs.google.com/document/d/1...

Can't get much more underrated than games no one's played so: Decidedly capital-P Problematic H-game Donha Donha, the OST of which is like 100% bangers. check out Breakthru >>> and Desastre. Runner up: SaGa Scarlet Grace (Scarlet Dark Star vocal edition, Demons)
unlabelledView post →I got my goal time and then some in SaGa Scarlet Grace! I wanted to get a sub 1:30, but ended up getting a sub 1:20! If the first phase of the final boss went perfect it would have been a new world record too! It's time to move on to the next SaGa game, which will be Final Fantasy Legend 1!
unlabelledView post →SaGa 3 < SaGa 1 < Romancing SaGa: MS < SaGa Frontier < SaGa Scarlet Grace < SaGa Emerald Beyond < SaGa 2 = Romancing SaGa 2: R (Depends on how long you want to play a game) Lower ranked games aren’t bad though. Except SaGa 3, that one is bad.
unlabelledView post →Having the urge to try playing SaGa: Scarlet Grace again. I like the game, but the battles constantly make me angry (haha). I feel like Emerald Beyond has a way more refined combat system (from what I've seen on the demo), but I don't have it yet.
unlabelledView post →FIY SaGa Scarlet Grace: Ambitions is currently $9/€9 on Steam and Nintendo eShop. Great price for a great game
unlabelledView post →I take the day off work, try to purchase SaGa Scarlet Grace: Ambitions on IndieGala, almost fuck up redeeming my key so I though I wasted $10 for a few minutes, get it installed, pair my Stadia controller for some reason, then start up this port of a Vita game and it's windowed by default. I'm home.
unlabelledView post →Playing SaGa Scarlet Grace again since I finally beat moments I was stuck on because that’s just what happens when you play SaGa. You get stuck, and then magically get unstuck. I can’t wait to see what the newest game has to offer when it takes the best elements of classic and modern SaGa…
unlabelledView post →which SaGa game should I play now that I finished Romancing SaGa 2: SaGa Scarlet Grace Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song SaGa Frontier Unlimited SaGa (aka going sicko mode)
unlabelledView post →Currently having a Wonderful Christmastime with SaGa Scarlet Grace: Ambitions. While the presentation is kind of minimal, the game is full of stuff to do and its battles—I mean, engagements—are incredibly fun and rewarding. I needed JRPGs like this one😌 (Bonus: a cute seal I found on the world map)

unlabelledView post →ideally damage reduction for guards will p. much suck unless you have the character having good innate auto block/dodge rate (based on weapon+stats like SaGa Scarlet Grace). in my mind if you actually break the game with QTEs you learned how to break SaGa-esque growth systems first and deserve it
unlabelledView post →I decided to dust off SaGa Scarlet Grace and I'm really not sure why I didn't get into when it dropped. It's a beautiful game and the music is peppy.
unlabelledView post →And with that I’ve finished my fourth and final playthrough with Leonard!! SaGa Scarlet Grace difficulty ended SMT with ease

unlabelledView post →Rolled credits #SaGaScarletGrace one of the best RPGs I've played in a long time. After 80 hours, I was still figuring out new stuff I could do with the combat system. I was going to move on to something else, but part of me wants to jump right into a NG+
unlabelledView post →Playing #SaGaScarletGrace and got to a part where one of my my most used characters was permanently forced out of my party. I checked an FAQ and this was basically unavoidable based on other decisions I had made. It wouldn't be a #SaGa game if it wasn't mean to the player sometimes, I guess.
unlabelledView post →@mrpablington @Azurakumo still playing #SaGaScarletGrace I can't seem to stop. Not sure how close I'm getting to the end either. It has a really addictive "just one more event" loop, but it helps that the gameplay itself is just so good and keeps throwing novel stuff at you.
unlabelledView post →SaGa Scarlet Grace absolutely has my favorite RPG combat system since FF XIII but I admit it's the out of combat stuff holding back my opinion of the game so far. That can change as I learn how it works, but I had to consult outside help to figure out how the fuck I learn spells.
