Repo Men
In the future, medical technology has advanced to the point where people can buy artificial organs to extend their lives. But if they default on payments, an organization known as the Union sends agents to repossess the organs. Remy is one of the best agents in the business, but when he becomes the recipient of an artificial heart, he finds himself in the same dire straits as his many victims. From TMDB

unlabelledView post →Repo Men (2010) is a movie about repositions of body parts. The movie is set in 2025. So that’s another sci-fi prediction that more or less checks out
unlabelledView post →There was also another movie about organ repo men called Repo Men starring Jude Law
unlabelledView post →I saw this movie. Repo Men starring Forest Whitaker and Jude Law. The price of organs were exorbitant and if you failed to pay, they came to collect. Scary af movie. Great movie but premise too heavy for me to watch more than once.
unlabelledView post →Turns out the movie Repo Men was prescient.
unlabelledView post →Then they would say "Oh you mean Repo Men, the Forest Whitaker movie where they repo organs? that movie sucks." and I would say "No, I mean the 1984 Alex Cox movie Repo Man" and they would say they haven't heard of it. I have had this exact conversation twice I am not making this up.
unlabelledView post →I watched Repo Men yesterday for the first time and man That was a good ass movie
unlabelledView post →Tonight’s other SHOCK & SCHLOCK horror film is REPO MAN. No, not REPO! The Genetic Opera (though I may have to watch that this year — I’ve been to enough shadowcasts), and not REPO MEN with Jude Law. This REPO MAN stars Emilio Estevez as a young punk who gets caught up in the repo business,
unlabelledView post →That Jude Law Repo Men movie is going to end up being a documentary, isn’t it.
unlabelledView post →the only film I know that made surgery look more erotic was Repo Men (2012) & outside the "shoving your arm and a device deep inside your partner's torso cavity after you just sliced them open" sex scene at the climax, that film was trash Crimes of the Future is the ideal version of that scene x10
unlabelledView post →The Russian in the Punisher movie (he got his haircut for that one) and one of the two Repo Men in Grandma's Boy
unlabelledView post →or I guess the significantly less fun but identically premised Repo Men, which I'm pretty sure nobody watched except professional film critics
unlabelledView post →Lol yep My favorite spot the canadian location film is the film Repo Men with Jude Law The amount of attempting to paint over locations with Matte paintings is fucking hilarious.

unlabelledView post →You’d think after a high profile assassination of a health insurance CEO, other health insurance companies would cool it on repossessing people’s body parts like in the 2010 sci-fi dystopian film Repo Men… But nah.
unlabelledView post →Day 10's prompt for #SciFiMonth2024 is "Book to Screen" 2009's Repossession Mambo was made into the movie Repo Men in 2010 starring Jude Law and Forest Whitaker. The book was evidently renamed to Repo Men following the movie. I haven't read it yet, but I didn't entirely care for the movie.
unlabelledView post →I'd add to this list the novel The Repossession Mambo (basis of the film 'Repo Men.') If curious, my review of the book: itinerantlibrarian.blogspot.com/2010/07/book... #books #reading #ScienceFiction 💙📚
unlabelledView post →notoriously awful movie Repo Men(no, not Repo Man, equally awful but in a different way) features two people fucking while pulling organs out of eachother and diligently scanning and sorting them into bins
unlabelledView post →Watching REPO MEN (2010), and I now believe I know why we went to see this film...it was shot in Toronto! Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre figure heavily as backgrounds in these early scenes, and they do some digital work to BLADE RUNNER it up a bit.
unlabelledView post →xD they cant harm the goods! now thinking about Jude Law in Repo Men gosh.. that was also a good film
unlabelledView post →I haven't seen people mention it really, so I gotta say... this guy reminds me of something from the 2010 movie "Repo Men". Might I just say, that's really bad. "Oh, you can sell your organs... someone out there wants to buy." I mean, aside from sounding like a straight up Ferengi from Star Trek.
unlabelledView post →New Repo Men movie gonna be lit.
unlabelledView post →And the Fed government sent a team to “hijack” the plane because they’re actually reprocessing government property. The film is a mix of Air Force 1 and Repo Men
unlabelledView post →Repo Men (2010) By no means is it a 10/10 but I genuinely like it and it's not a "so bad it's good" it's just a good film.
unlabelledView post →That's basically the plot to the movie Repo Men.
unlabelledView post →Movie of the night: Repo Men (2010). I need my tactile sight fixed before I can start training properly. A bolt for the foot locators vanished so they were out too. Landed 10/24 at 30m. New limbs/arrows + new distance + no adaptive gear = not bad, but frustrating AF. #archery
unlabelledView post →They literally made a movie about "collections agencies" who forcibly repo synthetic organs and prosthetics when the users can't pay, Repo Men
unlabelledView post →Meanwhile, in the #BadEconomy. A bit of reverse, but this suddenly reminded me of the novel The Repossession Mambo (basis of the film Repo Men). #ThisIsAmerica #capitalism
unlabelledView post →"Do you want [2010 sci-fi film Repo Men]? This is how we get [2010 sci-fi film Repo Men]"
unlabelledView post →It's not explained in the movie, but the logo of the company is a circle, FOR A REASON. It'll be explained in the sequel Repo Men, the Briss Brigade.
unlabelledView post →...and I've really come around on Jude Law, who I find charming and capable, and I think I might appreciate him trying to stretch and play a grimy, morally grey, action hero this time around. From what I recall, REPO MEN is a particularly GRIMY film, and I fee like I'll appreciate it more now...
unlabelledView post →Repo Men from that Jude Law movie but for PS1 games
unlabelledView post →"Repo Men" - the first movie I've seen do the "it was a dream all along" bit and blew my mind that it was real
unlabelledView post →If you've never seen this movie, you should watch it. Love interest gets a bit sappy, but it is the future of health care. Repo Men share.google/RTo71JOvo5JZ...
unlabelledView post →What's the movie where there are bounty hunters for organ transplants? (I googled. It's Repo Men.)
unlabelledView post →Reminds me of the movie Repo Men, where corporate goons were hired to 'repossess' (a.k.a. kill) owners of artificial organs who got behind on their payments, and one of them (Jude Law) ends up with an artificial heart himself.
unlabelledView post →In 2010 the Jude Law film "Repo Men" predicted that at some point American health care providers would send bailiffs to repossess prosthetics, pacemakers and even artificial organs for lack of payment. The film was set in 2025. Could never happen.... oh #trump #health #USA
unlabelledView post →Strikingly familiar. There's a 2010 movie called Repo Men where people repossess organs.
unlabelledView post →Repo Men wasn’t a great movie, but it was incredibly prescient. Also has the hottest non-sex sex scene this side of Alien:Resurrection
unlabelledView post →Repo Men was supposed to be a cautionary/satire movie, not a business plan.
unlabelledView post →How come I have never heard of the movie Repo Men? Not the one from the 80s that we remember but a totally different story about organ repossession set in a dystopian future with Jude Law, Forrest Whittaker and Liev Schreiber. On Tubi now.
unlabelledView post →Repo Men? I don't think that's a good movie. REPO! is fun and has catchy songs.
unlabelledView post →Coming soon to the #TimeShiftersPodcast... Repo Men (2010) www.youtube.com/watch?v=2yL2... "Set in the near future when artificial organs can be bought on credit. unlabelledView post →it's the second most literally VISCERAL film I've ever scene the first being sci-fi action horror Repo Men - it is BAD but the climactic organ scanner fuck scene is the most insanely fucky surgical sex scene I've ever witnessed CotF is the better film, though, by MILES and Cronenberg still has it

unlabelledView post →Sometimes I think about the fact that possibly the most intelligent and well executed cinematic twist I've ever seen was in the Jude Law/Forrest Whitaker dumb action movie Repo Men, and I wonder what that means about the movie industry
unlabelledView post →that picture reminds me of the pink room hallway in the movie Repo Men with Jude Law. 🤣
unlabelledView post →I'm back! I passed out and missed a bunch of the film, so I came back to it today. :P Having rewatched the entire film...my reaction to it 16 years was a sign of my immaturity. REPO MEN FUCKS. : |

unlabelledView post →Probably the movie Repo Men because it's got a ton of surgical gore and I didn't really like it otherwise A lot of responses are stuff like Grave of the Fireflies and I get it but like I could see myself watching that again because it's heavy but a great film so it's a worthwhile experience
unlabelledView post →Coming late to Freaky Tales, but that is a very stylish, very fuck Nazis movie steeped in late-'80s punk and RAP lore and in love with its setting. Also love the Repo Men and Sid & Nancy visual callouts. Could have done without the fridgings driving two of its segments. But definitely worth a watch.
