5 of 5 · most liked firstyeah i was thinking of doing something less half-like and more grounded and immersive like a traditional survival horror, i figured the "aiming deadzone" some shooters like Insurgency, Squad, Arma 3 and Red Orchestra 2 (ESPECIALLY Red Orchestra 2, love that game) would be a good fit

unlabelledView post →The funny thing to me is I'm totally fine with getting one hit ko'd if it's in a game like Red Orchestra 2, Project Reality, or ARMA, ect but in comp oriented games it feels so much worse.
unlabelledView post →I got Red Orchestra 2 and Rising Storm when they were free, as a bundle, way after they removed the single player. This game is what got me reading and romanticizing World War 2. Dynasty Warriors is just fun. My dad was a huge 3 kingdoms nerd, which passed onto me and my brother a little.

Any game which doesn't work like let's say a Red Orchestra 2, and instead works with health-points and damage-point systems etc, assigns values on each thing which are so-chosen by a developer (team)
