The deap and emotional story of Pep loosing all of Putt-Putt's balloons, and then being thrown into the room to save them is a heartwreching tale that can make you cry. Surely that was his first mistake. It's quite a cruel punishment of Putt-Putt to hurl Pep off of his car to collect them all only to land back down onto a presumably METAL frame or the road. These games get rather difficult, at least when omitting the junior helper from your playthrough, but the difficulty rarely stem from a fun challenge and more so from RNG and a lot of patience.
