negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →just lost all my progress cause I decided to play on my laptop since im away from my desktop atm. even though the game says it has synced with the cloud and that it is safe to open the app, none of my progress was on here, and when i returned to my desktop it was also gone there. pissed is an understatement
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just because of the fact that there are achievements you only can get if u buy the 10$ DLC for the Rogue Class this game deserves a negative review imo
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Yeah, when I watch people playing Hytale, it just makes me think I should go back and play Portal Knights

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →DO NOT BUY THIS GAME After more than 17 hours of gameplay I have to admit: I hate this game with a burning passion. I feel like wiping your ass with your money and flushing it down the toilet would be a better investment than buying this game. here are some of the reasons why this disappointment of a game is not worth your attention. 1. Manual saving DOES NOT EXIST, Autosaving DOESN'T WORK When playing this game on multiplayer I lost HOURS or progress, because the game simply didn't feel…

Now I have started No Man's Sky and I like it so much I fear I may soon be living in the game. It was nice knowing you but I must go to a totally isolated planet and scan all the rocks, it is my only want and my purpose
unlabelledView post →enjoyed for a bit with my fiance, until buying DLC was forced upon us after getting through a challenging dungeon just to open a chest with an item locked and completely useless unless we purchase the DLC. immediately uninstalled and wont be playing again.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I found this game when I a kid and I still play now. I am not the biggest gamer, but if I want something more cozy, this game is at the top of my list. The music is one of my favourite parts of the game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →P.S. The new game I'm playing is Portal Knights. So far I really dig it (pun intended) but I've just started. It's much better to me than 'My Time at Portia' which put me to sleep immediately lmao

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a lot of fun. I've played for almost 3,000 hours and I'll probably get another 3,000 before I get tired of it (IF that ever happens).
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Rating: 4/10 -Disappointing TLDR: A generic action adventure RPG that lacks spice and unique gameplay. I had this game on my mind for quite some time. I remember when it first came out in 2017. It looked interesting back then and I managed to play it on the PS4 in 2019 when it came to PS plus. I didn’t play much but I had fun. Much later in 2024, I bought the game on Steam and let it rot in my library. It’s 2026 and now is finally the time where I play the game. after nearly 9 years, I’m…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I recommend this game it's basically Terraria But 3D
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an absolute gem of a fun adventure. If you like minecraft, and minecraft dungeons, you'll love this.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a game I want to enjoy but the inventory management is just awful for me. I had hoped now that the game is this old that it'd have some QoL update but you can't stack to nearby chests, the first type of chest you use has a small inventory size, the workshop tables don't use resources from nearby chests so you'd have to have any item in your inventory and there is just so many items. In a game where building, crafting, and exploration are it's advertising features you would think there…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i played when i was younger with my older brother it was very fun so i bought it on my pc and it was even better 100% would recommend
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Extreme violent politics by the developer. Avoid.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this game on ps4 with ps+, I enjoyed it, so when I found out its on steam, I had to buy it on a steam sale.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Basic stats, bad controls, and terrible camera angles completely ruin this game. Playing as an archer or mage requires no aiming; it's just brain dead single button gameplay. Add in a skill system that makes no sense with frustratingly boring maps and missions, It's an easy pass. Not recommended. 3/10.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i like the Character options, creativity of bases, combat is a little repetitive, progression is good, aesthetic is fun, i wish level cap was higher than 30 (I haven't got to level 30 yet but want the level cap to be 100 or 200,
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i will always maintain that a game 20 dollars or over should not have dlc over 5 dollars this game has 10 its alright and kinda fun but it also feels super lonely compared to other sandbox games. I don't know how to describe it, it feels like you're playing on a long abandoned server. Like you're playing a game from the early 2000s and know all the devs have moved on with their lives like you're playing a ghost. Its alright tho
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Play Minecraft is the best.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Incredibly boring and repetitive
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really tried to enjoy this game but whether you discuss how this game has no offline singleplayer or how the enemy ramp up doesn't feel natural to how progress feel so pointless I really disliked this game... Also not even discussing how half of achievements are DLC blocked so not even trying to complete it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love cozy-like games. Just whittled away my evening playing a fresh character in Portal Knights. Haven't picked up that game in a long while, it was nice. 😌
unlabelledView post →I mean it's not a bad game, but there's ZERO push back in the game whatsoever which makes it not for me. Younger children and folks that don't do much gaming will likely have a blast. Limited choices for RPG elements, and crafting isn't complicated at all. Combat is about as simple as possible AND has a lock on system to make it even easier. I would give this a neutral rating if possible, but thumbs up as I didn't find any true issues with the product.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly, this game sucks. Enemies do WAY too much damage, even if they're 10 levels below you. Wearing armor seems to do absolutely nothing to negate damage. Leveling up my strength a ton has done nothing to increase the damage I deal, which is very little even with a type advantage. There's no sprint mechanic in the game, instead the button I normally press to sprint(L3) opens an annoying emote wheel. The fighting mechanics in this game are somewhat poorly done as well, though in terms of…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its a very good game. The only issue that stops us from playing is all the little extra wait times and unnecessary clics that the crafting systems make us do. Its full of small sticks in your wheel that breaks your flow and make you tired of playing very quickly. Also this game is really not the first one in the genre so you can't say the devs didn't know. In fact, this games shows you what not to do in a game if you value your player's time. The rest of the game is amazing, they just loose me…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game has a surprising amount of depth. I have had an absolute blast playing with my 5 year old (who much of the time I had to carry). The game allows you to mix and match armor and spells from different classes giving a bit of build variety. Late game you can use this to open up some cool movement options not expected for what looks on the surface to be a Minecraft clone. If you are able to make sure to craft Wings and use it alongside the Warriors Leap skill to fly across the map. The…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →honestly used to love this game but looking back no not that great as i remember.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I always wished Minecraft had a lore, a quest, or a more linear styled gameplay. I never really enjoyed mindlessly mining in hopes of fighting the Enderdragon, only to not find any diamonds or enough enderpearls to make it. Portal Knights was the answer to what I wished Minecraft was. You start off in a tutorial forest (like a floating island) and taught that to explore, you have to craft portals. Much like the ender portals. Combat is extremely simple, kinda like Lego games or Zelda if you…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Portal Knights is a charming and addictive adventure that blends action RPG gameplay with creative sandbox building in a really satisfying way. Exploring its colourful, procedurally generated islands never gets old—each world feels fresh, full of secrets, dungeons, and fun challenges. The combat is simple to learn but still engaging, especially as you level up, unlock new abilities, and experiment with different classes like Warrior, Ranger, or Mage. One of the game’s biggest strengths is…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I would highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys a Minecraft type game with a more animated graphics setting. Plenty of exploration, multiplayer compatibility, and affordable prices. Frequently goes on sale as well. Plenty of hours of enjoyment to be had if you enjoy the genre.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've owned the game since it went into early access in 2016. The graphics are nice to look at and there are (were?) quests available every day. If you're expecting a sophisticated game with class systems and intense battles, you're completely wrong. This game is relaxing and, to be honest, I think it's actually a great game for children aged eight and up. In principle, everything is more cute than scary in any way. Theoretically, there is a lot to do, but it quickly becomes monotonous when…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Replaying Dragon Quest Builders and forgot how much fun it is to play a Minecraft with at least some narrative (2 was stronger here) Did anyone else ever make a decent voxel block game with plot and characters and such? Closest I cam think of is Portal Knights

As a fresh Portal Knight you travel to different worlds via the titular portals, where you fight enemies, mine ores, and do little quests for the NPCs - 'Portal Knights' is divided into 3 zones with different biomes and a boss at the end of each. Nevertheless, 'Portal Knights', although promising at first, can quickly become repetitive and shallow - combat is straightforward, the same enemies reappear at later worlds in…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →great game, just relies too much on DLC if you want to get the most out of it. i'd reccomend waiting for a sale first, otherwise it's not worth it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun Game, especially with friends!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Boring, repetitive gameplay, trace amounts of interesting content, zero engaging mechanics, biomes that are just reskins with no clear overarching theme, recycled mobs in every biome where the only difference is their color, character progression that feels forced (no real build variety, very few stats — it’s obvious that as a mage you’ll just invest in wisdom/intelligence and nothing else) — on top of that, ITEMS that require a certain level to equip, which is utterly pointless and forces the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game feels finished yet unfinished at the same time. There certain bugs and things that make no sense, like why do enemies drop red portal shards in the last levels when green ones are needed to progress ? Why do quests tracking resets in the portal knights sanctuary level ? I would understand if the game allowed us to redo the quests infinitely, but it just forgets the quest was accepted every time i enter the level again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hytale for real gangsters🥶
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is surprisingly addictive. I bought this to play with family members who enjoy Minecraft but wanted RPG elements. It did not disappoint. My only complaint is that there won't be any new DLC since the developers have moved on to other games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Portal Knights presents itself as a colorful blend of action-RPG combat, sandbox crafting, and lighthearted exploration, and from the very beginning it embraces that hybrid identity with confidence. Instead of offering a single cohesive world, the game scatters its adventure across a chain of floating islands, each with its own biome, resources, enemy types, and secrets. You begin by choosing a class — Warrior, Ranger, or Mage — which subtly shapes your combat style and progression path. From…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is very interesting, would be better if I have friend to play with :((, looking for a friend
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's like a 3D, third-person Terraria. I never realized just how good this game was. I bought it on a whim because it was so cheap, and I can already say I got my money's worth. Basically, it was free! Only rated it negatively for the developers allegedly grotesque and despicable political stances. I deleted the unwanted trash that is "CS2" from my library and sold a few skins. Not only did I make back what I originally spent on CS:GO, but I also ended up with enough cold, hard cash to buy a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm into survival games, and sometimes ARPG.. and this game ticked both boxes.. really enjoyed my 90 hours. Few tips: o I didn't like the expansion content much (Rifts/Defence) but they are cheap and the character races are cute. imo just stick with the standard world you zone in on. o The Warrior is x5 stronger than any other class if you want to be overpowered. o Craft the Archer station and make pants with 'Double Jump' for any class you play.. just makes exploring so fun. o Make your base…

unlabelledView post →I remember my aunt tried convincing my mom into getting this game for me so we could play it together, it worked and we haven't played since, super fun though.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Portal Knights is a difficult game to review because it’s a decent game at its core, but it’s really easy to tell that they planned for it to be much more than it is. Further, I suspect the team could have elevated it into a truly great game if they continued to support it. Unfortunately, my understanding is that the publisher effectively has full control at this point, and the original team has moved on to their next project. As it stands, PK is an interesting blend of genres that mostly adds…
