It has gone on sale almost every month since it's released, coincidentally aligning with other bundle game release dates. The price of the bundle then becomes lower than the price of the other game alone, so people buy the bundle instead of just the game they wanted, skimming a bit of money from those developers. With 74 bundles, one can only assume the sales add up. If you want to get this game, wait for a bundle. This game…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this isnt early access but more of a proof of concept or something. it is barely a game, not worth the money at the moment. come back in a year IF it is actually still worked on
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fresh Idea for an Oversaturated Genre There comes a game that defines a genre, and then countless other developers chase after it. There's a sea of cheap knockoffs and reskins, then there comes this game which decides to innovate on Survivors games like so many after Doom did: Fuse it with some other genre, never thought of before. The mechanics are incredibly fun and well done, a very different feel to the "walk around, kill things, try not to get stuck in terrain or get killed." You can…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is fun for a Survivor like with a twist. Level up with a Rouge lite style. get more balls, become stronger and dominate in the levels with your e621 harem account. So bullet hell with bouncy balls? got it right? Wrong! This Game, Has the single greatest Fourth wall breaking difficulty curve. When you face the first area boss everything becomes Chinese. The Main Menu, the UI the Character Dialog all of it becomes chinese. You Are skill checked IRL For not studying Mandarin in…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →"Vampire Survivors, but Pinball" is such a cool concept. Unfortunately, the developer forgot to make simple things like the "B" button backing you out of a menu work.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There are definitely some balance issues with the game. If you get a "split ball" power, you've got it made, if you don't, then a lot of runs are hopeless, or at least a LOT harder, but there are so many enemies that you literally can't keep them at bay and you WILL be overwhelmed without the split ball powers. I've tried going all in on any other power... poison, fire/explosion, coins, freeze and most are pretty useless without the split power. If they deal with the balance issues, the game…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is fine. its not great, its not bad. Its fine. I got it with a bundle and it was cheap enough that it was almost free vs buying the single game on its own. I found it boring at first, and then figured out the game and it was kind of fun for a bit. I am now at a point where I am struggling to finish a level and i dont want to grind this game. So i am basically done. So its fine. I would say not really worth grabbing. There are better versions of this game.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is and interesting game with both rougue-like and pinball elements. At first I found the different balls and powers confusing as it seems to do things differently than many games. Once you have unlocked a good number of upgrades it definitely has its moments and the snyergies can be rewarding. It does take a fair bit of repeating levels towards the latter game so you can upgrade and progress. There is an endless mode that is good to try out new builds although this does not help with…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unclear skills without visual indications, the game feels clunky and slow, and bad translations.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is just excruciating. So many incomprehensible and terrible design decisions.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Product switched to Chinese without me switching any settings - was unable to find how to switch it back because I can't read Chinese. Also what little I did get to play, the translations were absolutely awful.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Text reverted to Chinese after tutorial. This is such a basic thing to check, how did this get released?
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'd like to recommend this game. The pinball mechanic is its only real gimmick. Overall, this is a SLOWWWW vampire survivors-like.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Replayed because of the 1.0 release. So far, since I'm in the mid-part of the game, I haven't really experienced the new marbles and adhistanas. One thing is for sure is that I definitely can't recommend it right now for Steam Deck users. It used to be zoomed in so you can see your character quite a bit, but with the recent update it's now super zoomed out so your character is just like a crosshair. UI and text is noticeably smaller too, without any ways of zooming back in. Felt like a marble…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A decent survivors-like with a fun added element of pinball physics. Loaded with bugs and has crashed several times over the times I've played it. The roguelike aspect is pretty laughable in this game and it does not respect your time (to finish a board, most levels take 20 minutes and with the added bugs, I've had the game stutter to a game over in the last minute or so several times). There's also poor translation to a lot of the dialogue.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →At the current state, this game needs to cook as it's currently it's raw. Story and dialog barely make sense, upgrades and level ups barely do anything, gameplay is an absolute slog due to it, and items you get via gacha barely do a thing. Your typical run will be you slowly running around a level while enemy spawn and struggling since level ups give attack effects but barely any stats. Also, your tutorial is straight up WASD + mouse. Not only that, game randomly will change the language…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really wanted to like this, but it's just not there yet.. early game mechanics feel slow and tedious, and the English translations are weak at best, which made it really difficult for me to get into ..hopefully it gets better with a few more updates and I'll give another shot later.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good enough for 0,88€ The idea is interesting, but the overall implementation is questionable. The game feels slow and boring after a couple of hours. The progression does no motivate.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of those quiet games that just haven't been developed enough. Nothing has satisfying feedback, it feels like an alpha version
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pinball Storm Lokanta is a roguelite survivor style game in which you use pinball style marbles to clear waves. Not bad so far but early days. #roguelike #roguelite #indiegame
unlabelledView post →suffers from the usual chinese game problems: the writing is literally incoherent (i am fighting a "group". are they...criminals? the government? who knows), the art is cheap anime, there are swastikas (yes, it would still be weird if the guy were blowing stuff up with stars of david) got it for a dollar, got a dollar's worth of enjoyment out of it, but life's short and there are better takes on this concept
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PINBALL HEAVEN TLDR; if you're into bullet heaven/survivor-like games, and/or well implemented pinball mechanics in non-pinball games, this is an easy purchase I play a lot of demos, most I don't remember that well if at all, but I instantly remembered this one, having played it quite a bit as it kept me captivated for hours. The mechanics are solid, the upgrading (so far) is good enough but I hope it opens up and becomes more elaborate as the game progresses. For a $5 EA game (less if you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very rough with jarring dialouge and shallow game play
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I can't recommend this game as it is now. The character art is good, but everything else is pretty bland. Also, I try to go easy on translations, but the translation for this is ROUGH. It's barely comprehensible.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9CPt_Pu2wA Super Fun survivorslike game. It's different because you have to pay attention to your pinballs when you fire them rather than just fire and forget. You also need to pay attention to where you are on the board in order to maximize hits on the enemies.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wanted to like this game. It has a good idea at it's core: bullet heaven where your bullets are limited but where procs are how you do better. Sadly, there are just too many issues for me to recommend. The English translation is not good, which annoys me because from what I have seen, there is enough raw material to tell an interesting story with interesting characters... It's just completely ruined by the translation. The game feels under-tuned. Many encounters feel either way too…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is almost a decent game, but the upgrades and powerups - the main dopamine hit for survivor-likes, the very reason to even play games like this, are 100% HOT GARBAGE. The dodge is also super janky and feels like it only works whenever it feels like it. Sometimes I can dodge like 2-3 times in a row, other times I'm waiting like 5 minutes just to dodge once. Also when you upgrade your powerups you have to take the result no matter what. Why have me click on the confirm box at all if there's…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sadly I can't recommend it at this state. Only the tutorial is translated (original game is in simplified chinese), the gameplay is really clunky and it crashed only after a few minutes of gameplay.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Only the first stage's text was translated, and it crashed my computer upon closing the program.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pinball? PINBALL? pinball? The answer is yes. Aastral Dynamics' Pinball Storm: Lokanta is a bullet heaven game about PINBALL. Do you like pinball. That was a statement because the answer is yes. Dylan got to enjoy pinball in this slick preview, so read. Now: www.gamegrin.com/previews/pin...

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ok I get there is a language barrier but when it comes to video games the language isnt about who has wealth vs who doesn't. It's about "progressing the story" If you can't figure that out then it would be safer to not try to sell to overseas as a lot of the tone and expression will be lost. And no you have no excuse we all have translators.. lazy is lazy we don't need to know who is poor or well off by those who can speak better in the game.. keep it consistent or keep…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pinball Storm: Lokanta pros: //fast game with modern day graphics with easy controls that moves from location A to B to C and so on //good amount of action and special effects cons: //a lot of difficult battles //could use more powerups and loot //sometimes too many enemies constantly spawn //upgrades are a grindfest and require a lot of resources //your character is underpowered and getting a good combo is very slow if you get bad RNG //gets boring when RNG is bad, you don't get what you need,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →fun game. weird art and story, a bit cringy but whatever. i can overlook it for how much fun it is. The different adhistanas can be carved out a bit more so they're a little more unique rather than so many having the same triggers like hit self, hit enemies, hit walls, etc.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Needs translation. Good game but no idea what the perks actually do.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pinball Storm: Lokanta walked so ball x pit could run
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Each round starts a tad slow, but gets more hectic afterwards.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game in a combo deal with another game I had wanted. I had never heard of nor seen anything on it before this moment. I installed it while playing my other game, then decided to launch it first thing in the morning before work. Once I completed the tutorial it flipped from English, to I believe Chinese, but due to the UI being laid out like most other games, it was a fairly easy fix. I then proceeded to play this on stream with a couple of my viewers, and honestly.... I really…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →+Player choice +Pinball physics seem to work neatly; although there are certain skills that do not follow the physics (but for a good reason) -Translations / are wonky -Pointless "story" / characters with constant activity icons on them - even after chatting (and they repeat their stuff) -Technical issues - the game UX/UI draw a crafting window that I had previously used without any issues, as if it had taken an elevator out of the screen on the bottom -> freezing the game -Mouse is not…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pinball Storm: Lokanta is an inventive and energetic indie game developed and published by Aastral Dynamics that merges pinball physics with roguelike progression and arcade-style action. It’s an unusual combination that instantly sets it apart, blending the tactile satisfaction of bouncing projectiles with the upgrade loops of a modern survival roguelite. The game is set in the dystopian city of Lokanta, a futuristic sprawl consumed by greed and rebellion, where players fight back against an…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Poorly made in every respect. Not worth my time if it was free.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not complaining, because VS style games are fun when you're overpowered, but in endless mode I'm making god-like damage on enemies that scaled like I was playing story-mode. It is called Endless mode, so I guess I'll keep going, but it feels like it might actually be endless when I'm 4^15 and the enemies have like 15k health. It's not auto, so after 5 seconds of enemies create balls and I create balls when hit, screen gets filled and everyone is gone. This is a classic "once you figure out the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is a fun sounding concept that is hold back through terribly slow and boring combat. Their are no special effects for the bullets powerups, the music is bland, the design is okayish and the story nosensical. Maybe over the course of the early access phase they will make the game better.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty good at this point, definitely worth the price. Hopefully with some updates it could be great
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Skipped the story so I can't comment on the translations there, the upgrade translations aren't great but understandable. I picked the game up for $0.55 and it's absolutely worth it. Had a lot of fun with the different pinballs and upgrades, most of the achievements are pretty easy to get. yeah, nice game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the future of the pinball
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It feels fine as a game with pinball mechanics thanks to the roguelike/roguelite elements, but that's it. The story isn't that clear, honestly, and it feels like a lot of background information is missing about the world, the characters, and such. These things are important for giving a bit of context about the lore of the game, helping you understand the storytelling a bit more. Unless the story was never an important factor, but it's a shame anyway. Honestly, for the price, it's fair, but…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I came here for a quick game and somehow ended up playing way longer than I planned. The gameplay is simple to understand, but getting a really good score takes timing, practice and a little bit of luck. The table design is fun, the effects feel satisfying, and there’s always that “one more try” feeling. Not every game needs to be complicated to be fun. Pinball Storm: Lokanta does exactly what it needs to do: give you a fun arcade experience and make you want to beat your previous score.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →To be honest, I’d say this game is pretty average. It’s not bad, but it’s not great either. It’s good for killing time, but it’s not the kind of game that keeps you hooked enough to play run after run. Overall, it’s just okay.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's quite ugly. The English translation is horrible or the writing is horrible. The upgrades aren't interesting. It randomly switched to Japanese for no apparent reason. I got this because the bundle was somehow cheaper than the game it was attached to was solo, and I feel like they ripped me off by saving me 75 cents.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you liked swarm on league, this is itttttt
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's okay. The art is pretty cute. It feels a little slow. Translations are... not great. It doesn't really have much to do with pinball other than the fact that you shoot... pinballs. There aren't really any flashy bumper effects, satisfying sound effect, flippers. There's not much interesting geometry or ramps or anything for the balls to play with. It's mostly just large boxes/buildings so far from what I've seen. I wish the occasional large AOE effects wouldn't have swatzikas on them. I get…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is an excellent Survivor-like game where you use your multiple pinballs with different abilities to destroy the evil hordes with, on top of gaining new abilities from souls like most games in the genre and getting new pinballs, etc. It's a very fun take on the genre and a game Id highly recommend this game to any Survivor-like/Bullet Heaven fan all day, it's unique take is enough to make it a fresh and very enjoyable game.
