The scene is about 22 minutes in from the start of the film. They are entering the city to pay the annual taxes to the English king 💔🥲🙏🏴👇👇

Braveheart: The Death of Robin Hood Outlaw King: Robin Hood's Rise A Knight's Tale: Robin Hood Learns to Joust

In the wide-ranging field of terrible accents, Jude Law in that submarine movie deserves mention for worst ever Scottish accent. An abomination *Chris Pine in Outlaw King gets pass marks so will not be shot

unlabelledView post →We watched Outlaw King last night. It was fine. What I’m excited for is Poolman. I feel like Chris Pine is going to have fun making his own movie.
unlabelledView post →Chris Pine I had this thought months ago, and I've not changed my mind. Mostly based on his performance in the D&D movie and "Outlaw King" (see gif below). Comedic, thoughtful/clever, heart, appropriately weather-beaten without being grim.
unlabelledView post →#NowWatching Outlaw King (2018) This is pretty good overall, 35-ish minutes in. But I am really impressed with the costuming / wardrobe and set work. Gorgeous, really #FilmSky 📽️
unlabelledView post →Seven years ago tonight I watched Outlaw King, a film which contains one of the greatest lines in cinematic history.
unlabelledView post →#NowWatching Outlaw King (2018 David Mackenzie) Brought up on stories of Robert the Bruce, there's definitely a great film to be made of his story, sticking it to the English. Chris Pine's Scottish accent actually passes muster. David Mackenzie is a very underrated director too.
unlabelledView post →In 2018 I watched a movie called Outlaw King where he played Robert the Bruce simply because like an hour and a half in there is one wide shot of him with full frontal nudity for a couple seconds and it’s the only thing I remember about the movie
unlabelledView post →kind of want to watch Outlaw King again, it's been a while and that film does medieval Scotland much better than basically any other I've seen even though it takes some liberties

unlabelledView post →The battle wasn't up the hill, it was beside it with bogs on either side. The tactic being so the English could be funneled through a narrow pathway, due to the hill & bogs, making their numbers less effective. The Movie The Outlaw King, does pretty good job of recreating it on film.

So much so, that I even dug my shorts out on Saturday. This week we have been mainly watching… Mars Attacks! Tim Burton’s homage to every cheap and schlocky science fiction film ever made, Mars Attacks! is a wonderfully, maliciously funny film that takes genuine delight in killing off a stellar cast. neutral · AI labelView post →#OutlawKing review: great if you are Scottish. Probably a bit uncomfortable if you like the idea of the UK. Oh! Didn’t know the Black Douglas & Robert the Bruce used guerilla tactics & psy op warfare to win warfare. Also Black Douglas was apparently even more radgey in real life.
unlabelledView post →A superior and realistic medieval film “Outlaw King” (2018) is the sequel to the events shown in “Braveheart” (1995). The story begins in 1304 during the last year of William Wallace’s life. After Wallace is drawn-and-quartered, Robert the Bruce (Chris Pine) takes up the torch for Scotland’s war of independence over England. Disregarding the excellent epilogue, the movie ends with the Battle of Loudoun Hill in 1307 where Robert the Bruce takes on a 3000-man English force with only 600 Scots.…
