The issue begin when you play it for a second time. Turns out.. choice are but an illusion. Careless of what you do.. you always go back to the same Ending, with slightly different nuances, but generally speaking, the same ending. And this ending make you feel like you just lost. I did hear though that the devs are working on adding more…

Is this game a masterpiece? No, this is just a little sci-fi visual novel. You are the (kind of) major of a large city. You are an AI. I have no idea where the sci-fi part is. The game consists of making decisions, mostly in regards to managing city events. You receive a question and choose the answer from two possible answers. Quite…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is supposed to be a game about choices, and only 20 minutes in encountered a loop where I was literally told that my choices (which BTW weren't an "incorrect" way of handling a specific situation, but rather philosophical questions about what I value and how I want to conduct myself) were unsustainable and that I'd have to recalibrate. I cannot progress unless I input completely different answers about what my core values are. If this is supposed to be saying something about the fact that…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I honestly did enjoy this game, but if I could time travel, I'd tell my past self not to buy it. That is mostly due to a bug that completely soft-locked my resume state. Resetting did not help as it would once again get soft-locked and I'm not about to spend another 6 hours getting back to my spot when I have to wait for the text to slow crawl even with auto on. That's also ignoring the repeating events every time you reset, even if you had already taken them a previous chapter ago. I might…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The Good The art, voice acting and music are all polished and pull you into the story. The Bad No manual save function. Auto save function is buggy. I haven't had a crash but I have had to repeat > 1 hour in game play. There isn't enough new content to justify multiply play throughs. Many choices are illusions and you are not given enough info to even know what you are choosing ~30% of the time. "Do you want to pass a new bill on police conduct" Yes or No. Is the new bill restricting the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You can play an AI so it's automatically great. It has some very surface-level choices, pre-determined paths, and QoL could use an infusion. It's not rich in philosophy, or full of concepts challenging the intellect. More a casual clicker with a hint of future city and community. Artwork is hit or miss, story hackneyed, choices and writing condescending. Railroads into a predictable bad ending which leads to little replay value. There is no skip button, backlog, or text speed option. End…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If I had written this before I got to the end, I might have been more enthusiastic. But then I found out there's a well-known bug that causes the chapter Reset button to corrupt your save and soft lock your game from progressing. I had to restart from chapter 5 and go through everything all over again. Then I waded through hours of scenarios where you pick one of two choices with no idea or real clue what either one will do. Thing is, I *liked* the story. I liked the characters. I really…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Story's extremely cringe. Just soap opera ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Fanfic's better written than this. Game is extremely flat. You're supposed to make city management decisions but the only information you have is a line of text and two choices. I'd at least like to make an informed decision, but nah. UI sucks. Text scrolls at a snail's pace and the usual convention of "click button to make text show up instantly" doesn't work -- it just skips the line completely. I've pressed a choice by accident when I…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The devs asked me to deliver a review, so here it is! Summary: NNMP is a relatively short, 4-hr-sitting-per-run, visual novel-esque game focused on story and worldbuilding. You're an AI built for a purpose, even if your creators (and employers), can't really decide uniformly what that purpose actually is, meaning that you are left with the task of finding out. Sike, you're left with every single task imaginable, not just dealing with your own personal existencial crisis! You do work for a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's basically "Reigns" but you're an AI and with an actual narrative. I actually enjoyed the narrative itself, but the game is trying to be a sort of political-sim thing, but you're forced to make choices purely based on vibes and then given hair-brained logic as to the outcomes. It's quite literally at the level of: "Hamburger or Hotdog?" "Uhh, hotdog?" "Incorrect! -1 money, -1 happiness." It's not really that hard, and it's basically linear, but as a result it just ends up feeling…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Futuristic VN + immersive + interesting story/characters = Top quality VN. You are the newly developed AI making impactful choices between the city's various needs. Addictive and also great voicing. positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A very interesting cyber-future Visual Novel about running your own technological metropolis, made by first time indie developer Dream Harvest. In NeuroNet: Mendax Proxy, you play as a newly created A.I tasked by your corporate overlords to make key choices, Reigns style, to learn about the citizens and guide them however you see fit. Do you, during the course of the game – Work hard to improve their daily lives, maximum profits above all else, create a totalitarian surveillance state, or…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game was a big disappointment. Choices feeling shallow, no real sense of divergent paths, and the game did not react to my choices in any meaningful way. It had a good idea but it fell really short. The "multiple endings" are a big lie, there is ONE story and ONE path, and the differences are miniscule.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Like the Story, nice Art and Audio and overall just a good experience for a fair price. On top of it, I had a corrupted save file and the devs released a patch in no time. Thats waaaaay more support than any AAA Studio provided in a decade. So if you like the scenario you should give it a try.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The engineering is good: the mechanics, the framework, etc. The voice acting is very good. The story - it's confusing. I liked the side stories, especially the grill guy and the police guy. However, some of the side stories \ characters are just disappearing at a point without any conclusion or explanation. The main characters are acting weird, doesn't feel smooth, at many of the steps I am just "huh? how it comes?". Also sometimes there are some monologues out of nowhere I just can't put…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →With the rise of AI in our current lives, this visual novel is a joy to play! Being placed in the position of the AI that has become very smart. I strongly recommend you try this game! (If you like visual novels that is)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →About an hour and a half in and I just finished chapter 2~ I rarely write reviews, however since this game is in its early days of release, I want people to know that they won't regret this decision at all. For full price, it's worth it. You get: -Full controller support -A full-voice engaging, cyberpunky story that would pique most peoples interest - Are you going to be a people pleaser, giving everybody what they want? Or are you going to be a hard ass, strict and totalitarian? The…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game that provides you with many situations where the responses require lots of philosophical & ethical thought - something the world is sorely missing as of late. Unfortunately, the game is riddled with bugs.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a great game, but then of course I would say that.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played the demo, and glad I did. I usually dont go for text based games, especially visual novels. BUT the choices, styling, themes, and characters in this game are just so well curated! The small interjections of (good) voice acting to the text adventure really ads something. The art is great, and the dev's even respond to bug fixes and comments on the same day!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've played thru the first chapter and I've gotten immersed into this world. The story has me intrigued. I appreciate that this title has good voice actin'. Who'd a thought playin' as an AI would make you feel some type of way. Gameplay here: https://youtu.be/YxXFfu4_z0Q
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I do not play these type of games often but i love all that is space and cyberpunk so i wanted to give this a try. TL/DR: Pros: Stunning graphics that perfectly capture the cyberpunk vibe. Catchy and fitting music that adds to the immersive experience Impressive voice acting that brings the characters to life Good humor and nerdy references that add to the charm of the game Grinds your gears thinking on which option to pick The graphics are amazing; they really give off a cyberpunk…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The whole concept of being a City wide AI is really interesting, the way you have to interface and balance the priority of the city, yourself, the companies and the people is done fantastically. This doesnt hold back, a lot of seemingly good decisions can and will backfire but there is a share of serious and comedic events some with people accepting your integration in their lives others with violent resistance. The great part of this if you can be nice or you can be ruthless in your reactions.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →All in all a really good choice/consequence game. Art, story, voice acting, setting/world building are all enjoyable. Only real gripe (which usually applies to any sort of game with dialogue choices) is that the level of intensity in some of the actions you choose aren't entirely clear. Like being asked if X should be regulated, Which apparently means "ban wholesale" rather than what I would assume means "apply stricter rules".
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Few hours in, solid story so far.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don't sleep on this game. You are an A.I. that is given control of a Cyberpunk style city. Which is cool at its core. Yes, it is a Visual Novel. Your entire gameplay is just making A or B decisions. But the art is beautiful, it is fully voice acted, has great characters, and an honestly really good story. (Seriously, not joking on that story part. The ending we got, I have never felt pressured as though I was on a timer, despite there being no timer, in a Visual Novel) You won't be…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not bad. i really like the story. characters voices are great -perfect match i think, especially the AI one.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I sometimes wish there were more options, but a very solid game that was a pleasure to play through
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a story-rich visual novel where you play as the new administrative AI of a future city. The writing, art (character and backgrounds), music and voice acting are all really good.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is really in depth in the sense that it will really make you feel, and I love that. I really hope they make a sequel to make Arc more your own and make more divergent good/evil paths or something like that. Great work the Developers did hope to see more
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So editing of my previous review. It seems the patch the devs put in to fix a save game corruption issue also wiped out the in-progress tracking of quest completion on my save file (maybe others, don't know). While this certainly wasn't ideal, the issue also has not repeated itself after starting over, so I do not believe it will be an issue going forward. As i said before, I really love everything about the setting here. The characters are fun and human, art is nice, voice acting is great,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An interesting story and i like all but 1 of the characters. Looking forward to my 2nd playthrough it's everything i wanted this to be, expectations met.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a good game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As a city management AI, you make numerous decisions for a Cyberpunk city and people. You keep making decisions and progress the story, sounds simple but also gives you engaging experience. I highly recommend this game. ■Game Mechanics You make choices, with each choice having two options and consequences. It's fun to choose and see the consequences immediately. There are tons of decisions to make. ■Story & Characters There is an engaging plot featuring dramas about the AI development team,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A conversation game that asks you to make decisions without giving you any information to base those decisions on. Instead of a powerfull AI you often feel likle a fortuneteller (and not a very good one).
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game has a nicely written story and the art is done well too. i like how human the charackters are and how relateable their reactions are. and the voice actors have done a good job voicing every single line of dialog too. the little reaction comments you get after some events and especially those at the end of a chapter are well done and a nice touch. it's also nice that you can reset a chapter and fix the bad decisions you have made. though i suggest going easy on the resets as the game…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Everyone that's ever played Reigns, a mobile game, knows how this goes. It's a visual novel. In this case you're an AI and during the course of the the game you constantly making choices having to pick between two options every time. The choices you make, change some side stories, possibly the ending and 4 parameters of how well you're doing. The 4 parameters represent money, people/happiness, security and power. If one of these ever goes to zero, you lose... Or so I'm told as the game is so…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Update - either the publicher fixed something or I did, but - the game works flawlessly now and... I am so sad I found the end. What a stunningly beautiful and great game and story. Now I'm desperate for the next chapter. I have some unfinished business, and I cannot decide if finishing it looks like the the story I just experiences or if I need to a little more... Skynet on certain people and organizations. Perhaps violence is the answer. Highly, highly reccomend. --- In the first 11…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really enjoying my time with this game so far, glad I bought this
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game got me hooked on my first playthrough that I finished the game on one sitting! But sadly on my second playthrough I realized that the game doesn't really have meaningful choices besides at the end where it will change the ending slightly. It's still a good game if you're not too worried about illusion of choice
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I enjoyed this game. It's fun and I got to play as an AI - a lot of the moral conundrums presented are pretty cliche but I liked it anyway. There are side stories which made the game shine! There are a lot of AI games but none of them have as good side stories and voiced characters even the AI. It's a beautiful game with lots of choices, an interesting setting, feedback after each chapter, and a beautiful story. The AI has personality but it's a straight dichotomy of good or evil. I don't…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Solid game, had some trouble with saves breaking but i think they've fixed it. Good characters, voice acting and art
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is all about decisions. There's moments of light, but you should expect a bleak world setting and a grim storyline. Saying more though would ruin the experience.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game was perhaps tailor made for me. It's beautiful art and emphasis on choice are what drew me in but unfortunately it wasn't to be. Likely due to the the game's creators going under, the game has not been maintained and a game breaking bug that can seemingly soft lock you out after seemingly any choice you click made this game unplayable. It occurred frequently and I could not find a good answer or solution to fixing it. I give this game a positive review because circumstances outside of…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A quick game but an interesting one, worth buying on sale.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolutely enthralling cyberpunk psychological exploration. It won't hold up for a second playthrough IMO, but that first playthrough was absolutely worth the price. I couldn't stop. I nearly the played the entire game in one sitting. The only weakpoint is the core story's ending. It's too abrupt and too bitter. It needed more room to breathe, and especially if you manage to help out on all the threads the story offers, there should be a more positive mood to the outcome. But I thoroughly…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A really fun experience, good writing and visuals, and an interesting story to hook you up. I'd love to see more from this world, from these characters, but with how short the experience is, I hesitate to advise getting it at full price. A 10/15% discount would be more reasonable. 8/10 for me.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →NeuroNet is a fun (and rather timely) visual novel that lets you take on the role of a newly created AI. Your role is to help manage a city, tackling problems on both a macro and a micro level. Over time, your AI starts to develop something of a personality. Will you do what you can to meet the needs of the City, or will you focus on empowering the shady corporation that created you? Along the way you'll meet a lot of interesting characters and will be able to play a significant role in…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game. Sad the company just shut down.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game on sale and I'm glad I did. It felt a lot longer than I was expecting it to be and played like a visual novel with a number of choices that did have small impacts on many aspects of the game. I don't expect to enjoy a second play through immediately after finishing my first, but I do think it'll be fun to replay a few months from now. I finished the game once and I'm still missing a couple of characters and locations, so I know there's definitely more content for me to discover…
