The game was removed from Steam and that weird item remained in my wishlist unable to be purchased. So as time went by I started to feel very curious about it. I immediately bought it when I heard it was available again. And turns out it's not very good haha. Actually, it's not a bad game either. What I like about it is its visuals, music and humor and this…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a pretty rough port of an already mediocre stealth adventure game. Refining the mechanics and fixing port related issues could have gone far with this one. The controls are messed up, the options don't work right, and the game has a habit of freezing at what seems like complete random. :-(
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I’m only on level 2 and have already experienced some frustrating glitches that made me want to stop playing. Even though it shouldn’t be an issue I thought maybe running it in a window was causing the issues but it’s the same full screen. Also I noticed that many others are having issues and nothing has been done. · 2-2 The game would not let me click in the staff room to access the safe. I had to quit out several times, try and try again then after wildly clicking an unnatural amount of…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You know how ridiculous it was when Solid Snake hid inside a cardboard box? That's what this game feels like all the time. This is a rare case for me, an Indie game that isn't terrible but is actually pretty damn fun. (Seriously, look at my other reviews, this doesn't happen much). I can honestly say I really enjoy this game despite its issues. Highly recommended (for me anyway). Price point may be a bit high for some though since I'm not sure if there's much replay value, a community level…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My Atlyss character, currently. Level 22. Almost 23. I did all possible things in the game, currently (I think?). I'm unsure what else to be doing aside from making a new character. Too scared to join public lobbies. I rather play this game with friends, cause yknow. I know my friends. But, yeah.

unlabelledView post →Well, the game has no language setting, ignores both Windows and Steam settings, and decides to guess on its own. And it got it wrong. I thought about whether I should drop this silently or write a "review", and decided that this kind of know-it-all behavior in software is unacceptable.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice polished little game, seems like the jokes are quite clever, mature, clean, fun. (like how one guy notices another guy was in primary school until age 14) The control scheme is awful. veiwport is too small, can't use WASD movement... if you COULD it might have fixed the game. Not to mention the shocking behaviour of the Devs in removing the game from steam, updating/patching it and rereleasing it as a new game, making people who purchased it in 2016 rebuy the new version wtih bugfixes.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really boring game. It's an exercise in trial and error, and with the controls the way they are, it's not enjoyable in the slightest. The game is not friendly to keyboard and mouse, and is designed for a controller. Even with a controller unplugged, the game still displays all it's button prompts in the xbox controller style. That's really sloppy. The game's options menu is really lacking as well. I didn't see resolution, windowed/fullscreen, vsync, or anything of the sort. It has 1 volume…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →April 2016 Update: I now recommend this game fully. After 2 months of not responding to original supporters asking if we can get this patched but same game they had a change of heart and started communicating. On April 1st they granted all original owners this patched version. This is a great game. I was thinking “Level 22: Gary's Misadventure” was a sequel or expansion to “LEVEL 22” in my library, which I already own and enjoy. Sadly, I was quickly disappointed to find this is exactly the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Level 22 Gary’s Misadventures is an overhead stealth game, where you’re sneaking your way through an office building to work. Even if its Gary’s birthday, he has been late to work for the last time, so if he’s spotted sneaking into work he’s fired. Think of the game as Die Hard without the guns or explosions. To sneak your way in, you’ll be dodging the view cone of fellow employees, dumping coffee on electronics, pouring laxative in coffee, hiding in a box, crawling through vents and using…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Level 22: Gary’s Misadventure is a stealth action game with some puzzle aspects. Gary is late for work so he decides to try to sneak to his office on level 22. Sneaking around, hiding in cabinets and cars, hiding behind newspapers, and under boxes he makes his way to his office. He finds donuts to trick security guards, sometimes putting laxatives or radioactive waste in the donut to get rid of them. He also puts laxatives into unsuspecting co-workers coffee, sending them running to the…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Gamers level, how old are you? Level 22, just graduated college in May with a Bachelor of Science in English. I studied video game narrative since that's kinda what I wanna do. I'm a certified unapologetic Dr Pepper addict and elf lover. I like creating stuff because my mind can't hold it all

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game as a free upgrade from the previous version (everyone got it if they owned the game before). It's a lot better, with controller support, achievements and trading cards. The game is basically the same, but I loved being able to play it with a controller without having to use a third-party application. Pros: - Original idea - Funny situations - Good stealth mechanics - Good lenght Cons: - Trial and error can annoy you a bit - Soundtrack is annoying and repetitive, so I…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You are a worker and you are too late for work. To prevent getting fired you sneak around and try to get to your work place at level 22. I recommend this game, but the game is solved in less than 4 hours.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Level 22: Gary’s Misadventures is a comedic stealth-puzzle game created by Moving Player and published by Plug In Digital. Rather than placing players in the role of a secret agent or military infiltrator, the game takes the stealth genre in an unexpectedly humorous direction. Its premise centers on the everyday anxiety of being late to work, transforming a mundane office environment into a stealth playground filled with suspicious coworkers, patrolling security guards, and awkward workplace…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am 32 years old. My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old. When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →NOTE: This game requires a controller as the keyboard/mouse controls are poorly optimised for this game. With that said. It's alright. You get a couple of hours of fairly decent game. It's perhaps a little easy, at least I found, but hunting the collectables are fun. Good luck figuring out the safe combinations though, because some I NEVER EVER would have worked out as they are so obscure. I also had an issue with the game loading on my secondary monitor and it was impossible to move it. It…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →BEAT CRESCENT GROVE HARD MODE SOLO AT LEVEL 22 ON FIGHTER Man that was fun. Crescent Grove really is the first real challenge in Atlyss that actually asks the player if they can play the game and hard mode lives up to its name rn. I wanted to do it slightly under leveled (24-25 feels at level) and

Sneak into your office and get to work without being caught by security guards or something. Lazy retro pixel graphics are the just the beginning of the problems. You're immediately assaulted with console peasant kids toy gamepad prompts even though this on PC. It's a badly done console port. The developers didn't do a lot of playtesting because your visibility…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It made me chuckle and think a bit. Thumbs Up! The stealth ideas in here are pretty good. Like any stealth game prepare to get a little annoyed in some situations. It's a good game nonetheless and I recommend it. 7/10 [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45905648-Gork%2527s-Game-Grind/]Check out my curated list of games
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A lighthearted stealth/puzzle game where you are trying to avoid being fired with the help of your slacker best friend Don't get caught!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not very difficult to make it to Level 22 while getting so much help from above & playing vs Bots. Never saw a $300K profit from the Church before. The other sectors held their own which also contributed to the Game Score. When not playing vs the Bots, very few players will see this
unlabelledView post →For when you don't have enough work already and wish you could have more work. Because you like work. Stealth mechanics are solid.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's actually pretty ok. It's just a bit tough since I'm using keyboard and mouse.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →#JrTr So we all escaped from Muse and scattered around. We ran into Elfno's dancer friends in Coronet and I had to play some snoopid dice game to get a boat ride to Kouskous. From there we went to South Window and ran into those orphan guys. So my turn was mostly exploring 10:11 #Suikoden2 Level 22
unlabelledView post →I started way back too! I'm in Canada. I'm on Level 22 but to be fair, I've been playing this sorting game for UPick but also super busy with work and life. I will do better! (I hope.) I can't even find you, try to find me: akive 😂😂😂
unlabelledView post →The graphics are unique and look stylish, some decent stealth ideas are here that incorporate comedy but the positives kind of end there. Technical wise this game is pretty bad, you can't go windowed or move the game to your second monitor. The PC controls are unusable, gamepad is required. Gameplay wise there are just too many gimmicks relying on trial and error to figure out to beat the levels. My last straw was when I had to cross a moving conveyer belt, I had a cardboard box on and for…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Oh, so this is exactly the same as Level 22? Did the developers just add controller support and achievements to try and wash the negative reviews? This game could be great. Art, Music, Humor, Concept etc. are all great. The controls are godawful. Seems like adding WASD support would do a better job of cleaning the reviews than "remaking" your game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Tags: Tactical - Stealth Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: The zoomed in, limited field of view gets in the way of the gameplay. The humorous tone and fake NES pixels did not make up for the tired cone-stealth gameplay either. Review: Xbox360 pad detected and working correctly. Game can get difficult pretty fast, cones of vision only show up when you are being detected, sometimes you get detected nearly immediately other times you get more time to react or get…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A good stealth game that gets harder the more you go on without becoming too hard. Unfortunately, it ends too fast (there are 4 worlds with 4 normal levels + 1 boss level each) I really recommend this game for the playing mechanics EDIT: since I won this game in a giveaway, I decided that I will review it without considering the price. Therefore, I change my advice from No to Yes. Still, I think this game is too pricey for lasting only a few hours, so I advise to buy it on sale
