The first being, why didn’t more people talk about this movie at the time? Why aren’t they still? It was honestly incredible.
unlabelledView post →Gunpowder Milkshake is a perfect example of something that I would not say was a GOOD movie but I WOULD say was a GREAT movie
unlabelledView post →I need Lena Headey in more Sapphic roles! Gunpowder Milkshake was good too... not Sapphic, but a fun movie
unlabelledView post →Hey, have you seen Gunpowder Milkshake yet? Because you should watch Gunpowder Milkshake. It's the best movie of the decade so far. No I'm not kidding. This is exactly my jam.
unlabelledView post →Just watched Gunpowder Milkshake. Why did no one tell me that it's the greatest movie ever made?
unlabelledView post →Netflix does have classics. You just have to look. Gunpowder Milkshake.
unlabelledView post →Love Hurts - 3 out of 5, a fun, silly kung fu movie that feels like a sibling to Gunpowder Milkshake in a lot of ways.
unlabelledView post →Qrp with your OC as a child Jupiter (they/she), from when I was obsessed with Gunpowder Milkshake and made an AU/redraw from this moment in the movie with Jupiter as Sam~ #oc #art
unlabelledView post →Old Guard was great. I hope they make a second one. The librarians from Gunpowder Milkshake really need their own movie as well.
unlabelledView post →I think it’s time to curl up with Gunpowder Milkshake. I love this movie so much.
unlabelledView post →I'll start with a call out to Gunpowder Milkshake. Not a perfect movie, but a fun action flick with a bunch of badass women kicking some ass!
unlabelledView post →Omg So mine is colour accurate yellow and black from the movie Gunpowder Milkshake, but my cousin chose punk because she is a very pale white girl lmao Also the red heart was a bit close to the pink she chose, so I did hers in red felt and I'll sew it down in a darker red so it pops more
unlabelledView post →Gunpowder Milkshake is an Easter movie because we all figured the mom was dead.
unlabelledView post →10 films to get to know me: 1)Grosse Point Blanke 2)Birds of Prey 3)Gunpowder Milkshake 4)The Barbie Movie That's it. I only need 4. These movies are the bones of my soul
unlabelledView post →My first tweet.. hang on what do we call these? haha love a good female revenge tale so edited this montage featuring some awesome films inc Atomic Blonde, Revenge, The Villainess, Anna, Colombiana, Salt, Fury Road, Lucy, Gunpowder Milkshake, Kate, Hanna & a few others! https://youtu.be/a8SiyC4VMcw
unlabelledView post →#TonightsMovie is Navot Papushado's Gunpowder Milkshake, starring Karen Gillan, Lena Headey, Carla Gugino, Chloe Coleman, Michelle Yeoh, Angela Bassett, and Paul Giamatti Trailer youtu.be/H7ZrjXuNgmA
unlabelledView post →We watched Dust Bunny last night on HBO. Really fun movie, if anyone like irreverent comedies like Gunpowder Milkshake.
unlabelledView post →Gunpowder Milkshake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 7/10 IMDb I remember this get bad reviews on release, I loved it! It’s comic book style violence adds a different style to standard action fair. Plus any film where Gillan, Headey, Gigino, Yoah, Basset get fight their way through goon upon goon I’m in.
unlabelledView post →I recently saw an innovative comedy film called Gunpowder Milkshake about female assassins which has a superb library in it. I would normally recommend it, but not here, not today. Because of what happens to the library.
unlabelledView post →Straight to streaming annoys the heck out of me. If I really *loved the movie and it was straight to streaming, it is a *ROYAL pain In The ass to try and track down a physical copy of it (Yes, I'm looking at you Gunpowder Milkshake...)
unlabelledView post →If she likes/doesn't mind campy 90s shows, she might like the 90s Buffy The Vampire Slayer! Also maybe (?) this movie Gunpowder Milkshake that's on Netflix. Also they are newer so idk if they hit streaming yet but the movies: Love Hurts, Heart Eyes, and Novacaine if she hasn't seen them!!
unlabelledView post →DS9? (tv) Ruroni Kenshin? (anime) Gunpowder Milkshake? (movie)
unlabelledView post →Finally watched Gunpowder Milkshake and it is Really good. The fact that a badass library takes a Central Role in the movie has a lot to do with it. Amazing cast.
unlabelledView post →Personally I wouldn't recommend Gunpowder Milkshake for it, IMO While it has a great cast any bite it might have is killed for me by being written and directed by two men who never actually do anything meaningful with the plot LLB is perfect but also a VERY different type of movie
unlabelledView post →Have you seen Gunpowder Milkshake? Cracking film that shows she can be a proper action star.
unlabelledView post →Gunpowder Milkshake, Atomic Blonde, Kate... The Princess was a fun movie, though.
unlabelledView post →@vikingsueb.bsky.social next time you're looking for a blood 'n' guts action comedy, check out Gunpowder Milkshake (netflix) if you haven't seen it yet. Such a fun movie!
unlabelledView post →I don’t care what anyone says, I like that movie. Gunpowder Milkshake
unlabelledView post →Gunpowder Milkshake is a movie I really want to like. Fun concept and world, visually incredible- just amazing, well paced. I think the acting is on par for the writing, stunt work is at worst, average in places. I actually think it would have been better as a comic book.
unlabelledView post →okay... so I'm gonna need a copy of Gunpowder Milkshake pronto this film isn't just good, this is incredible
unlabelledView post →Ah, Kate. Certainly not a great movie, but she was fun in it. I do get it mixed up with Gunpowder Milkshake tho, so maybe even I didn't finish it either
unlabelledView post →I feel like Gunpowder Milkshake is a movie that would have done pretty decently in theaters. (It's on Netflix) Netflix has failed to find interest for a lot of pretty fun movies and some excellent because they believed their app would find the audience, instead of say... actual promotion.
unlabelledView post →There is some racism in the movie bc of the time it was in, but I think less than other movies? It's been years since I saw it. Gunpowder Milkshake is another movie that has badass female leads. Lots of violence tho
unlabelledView post →The travesty of being delivered a sapphic film like Gunpowder Milkshake with incredible women only to be ignored because too many women (as if that's a crime) 😩
unlabelledView post →Gunpowder Milkshake was actually a really good movie
unlabelledView post →This was fun enough, with some amusing fights but what kind of monster has Karen Gillan hide her Scottish accent? #FilmSky #Movies #GunpowderMilkshake
unlabelledView post →Why did nobody tell me there’s a film that stars Carla Gugino, Michelle Yeoh AND Adam Nagaitis? Cause I’m ‘boutta engage in some extremely bisexual behaviour (watching Gunpowder Milkshake)
unlabelledView post →We've been watching Paris Has Fallen and The Diplomat so last night were looking for something on the dafter side of the scale. Gunpowder Milkshake it was. Not the greatest movie of all time, but somehow felt like a thing for the times. www.imdb.com/title/tt8368...
unlabelledView post →i mean this is just me but when I saw Gunpowder Milkshake it knocked Sucker Punch out of the worst movie throne
unlabelledView post →Seriously warped that Sky and StudioCanal let the PCC show a 35mm print of whatever Gunpowder Milkshake was but we're probably never going to see May December on film
unlabelledView post →It's joined Gunpowder Milkshake and Birds of Prey as being a "if you don't LOVE this movie, you will never understand or LOVE my soul"
unlabelledView post →Gunpowder Milkshake (2021) Directed by Navot Papushado https://onesheet.org/movie/gunpowder-milkshake-2021/
unlabelledView post →I didn't hate it, but this, Gunpowder Milkshake, and They Will Kill You are all similar in my mind. Not really the plots, but the aesthetic. It's a very Netflix coded post-Tarantino kind of crime/action movie. There are some things I like about these movies, but they're also kind of hollow.

unlabelledView post →Movie 6! Gunpowder Milkshake. This tries hard to bring a John Wick feel to the world but ultimately won’t follow its own rules. Coupled w/ fairly goofy action sequences I feel like this movie couldn’t pick an identity. Stunning sculptural lighting which is sadly only used sporadically 5/10 mageddons
unlabelledView post →Watched #GunpowderMilkshake 🎬 Once again a John Wick-like that doesn't understand what made John Wick so memorable. Stumbles over its own worldbuilding and characters. Yes, it gets some style points for its use of neon and bright colours, but it feels shockingly condensed. #filmsky
unlabelledView post →Is now a good time to recommend the movie Gunpowder Milkshake?
unlabelledView post →Gunpowder Milkshake! (2021) I remembered Michelle Yeoh was in it and looked through her movies It wasn't a good movie, but it was a bit fun
unlabelledView post →Name your favorite movie (with GIF!) that was released in each year since you were born. Day 38: Gunpowder Milkshake (2021)
unlabelledView post →🎬 Very much like Gunpowder Milkshake - another 80’s actioner spirit film. Totally preposterous yet great fun. Loving this new trend of women kicking ass in a totally ridiculous fashion.
unlabelledView post →Also, the final scene of Gunpowder Milkshake had a radio DJ right before a song played in the car and… I kind of feel like the movie should have had a Warriors style DJ the entire time.
unlabelledView post →There are two clear halves to Gunpowder Milkshake that sort of fit together, but also could stand on their own as fun little action movies. One is a sort of slapstick style action comedy where an assassin keeps getting thrown into action she doesn’t want to be in. The other an assassin team movie.
