60 of 70 · most liked firstIt's infuriating... but overall quite fun 35+ hours in, this is one of the most infuriating farming-sims that I've ever played. This game is NOT an idle-farming-sim like lots of people might expect. You almost constantly have to manage stuff like you have to manually select a farmer, and assign then to go sell stuff EACH time you want to sell stuff. You also constantly have to tell a farmer to wash+feed+treat your dog and cat. If you don't take care of your dog and cat, then rats come and raid…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I had high hopes for this game. I like the farming aspect but the driving is so terrible I quit the game. My truck took off with no driver and then got stuck at the Trading parking lot. This was after it got stuck on the road and was blocking traffic. The driving mechanic needs a major overhaul before this game can be playable.

The image on the left shows the new version, and the one on the right is the previous version. Game's Link: store.steampowered.com/app/3807510/... #gamedev #indiegame #madewithunity

unlabelledView post →I want to like this game, so I gave it another go after the patch. Unfortunately, the real deal breakers haven't changed. It is more annoying than fun. The music is the same 14 notes in a YouTube-like background loop. The game is still too clicky; click an employee (click to continue), click the field you want them to work at (click to continue), click an icon that pops up to tell the employee “work here” (click to continue). The mayor wants carrots in X number of days, you have no idea…

Farming Life ~~~~~~~~~~~ Farming Life is a super casual, light-hearted take on a farming simulator. Well, it’s not so much a simulator as a farming clicker. Like many in the genre, Farming Life takes you out of the urban city jungle life, throws you into a peaceful empty little land and lets you build up from there. Like any other in the genre, you’re building up…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No shade to those that enjoy the genre, but anyone else feel like the Farming Life Sim style game genre is getting a bit bloated lately? There just seems to be more titles than I feel like one could keep up with these days.
unlabelledView post →I'm giving it a 50% thumbs up because there are quite a few problems with this game. Still if you can figure out how to play it it's fun. I would like to write up a guide at some point but right away - ignore trying to feed the cat and dog. otherwise you keep running out of their food and have to go buy a ton more. when you ignore them their food magically appears. problem solved. For starters i am just focusing on growing things. no animals to feed. just grow and hire employees. and start off…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Extremely hard to manage and boring. Every little thing you have to manage yourself and the employees you hire need you to tell them what to do constantly. I cannot recommend anyone buy this.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have tried giving this game a chance, but it's so bad. Everything this game sets out to be, with the exception of its aesthetic, it falls short of. I have spent more of my time trying to select people, things, stuff, etc than I have actually "playing" the game. I'd love to say they care about the reviews, but this isn't even an early access game. It clearly wasn't tested, or they didn't care what people thought. The farming sim aspect is decent. If all you had to do was assign people to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Lots of positive farming life positive vibes for a little money. As far as I could realize there are some quite entertaining mechanics.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I received a copy of this game, and usually I love Sim games. However, this felt a lot like watching paint dry. Only the paint was not actually clicked on properly, so the painter is just standing there and then your cat starts starving. I really tried to keep my interest to play longer than 28 minutes, but simply couldn't. I was getting annoyed and bored at the same time. Quite the combination. I would avoid this one, sorry to say.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →🔵 POI ✔️ Pos ❌ Neg Ideas Video ⭐ STAR FIRST LOOK REVIEW 🔵Such a reasonable price for what you get! 🔵3D Polly style from a vertical perspective + ability to zoom in and rotate pretty close up. 🔵The map is enormous! 🔵Lots of items, shops, business opportunities etc.. 🔵Controls work OK, once you have mastered them (the car can be tricky at times). 🔵You can hire employees, and semi-automate jobs (like selling goods and returning the truck) 🔵Seems to be designed for kids, but maybe…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolutely not. This game focuses on micromanagement because whoever put this together couldn't be bothered to figure out how to code the necessary internal mechanics to make a game like this work. The tutorial was more than enough to tell me that this game is NOT in a good, playable condition. As others mention, you need to tell them to do EVERYTHING one at a time and there is no real queue. Just doing this for ONE person was a chore, doing this for a dozen or more would be an absolute…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →sometimes there is a little bug when parking the car, and to run the character is still a little bug if we do a task, other than that this game is very cool to play, I hope that this game will always be updated in the future
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love farming games and really wanted to like this one too. But this game is so tedious! I have never been so bored in the first hour of gameplay. I hate the tasks, day one people are asking you to deliver pumpkins by the end of day which is unrealistic. You have to click so much. You can't just assign employees to work fields or tend animals, you have to assign specific fields, then they get tired and you have to tell them to rest. Like there's 0 automation.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A fun little farming game to eat up a dozen or so hours. It's not all that pretty and it doesn't really stand out as a unique title, but at that price it's definitely worth it. Check out my full thoughts here: https://youtu.be/zcSWEIvEkQA
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you don't mind saving, shutting down and reloading every 15 minutes to restore the interface functionality, then it would be a laid back farm manager with good depth and long term playability. But that one interface bug makes it a frustrating waste of time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →When assigning tasks to the characters, they mostly ignore it and complete different tasks or just disregard completely. Slow and lagging.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is simultaneously relaxing and infuriating. Its pretty simple at first glance, the controls are easy to pick up and the music is nice. However, somethings just dont control well (like walking through the town) and I wish there was a way to see who was assigned to what. (If you click an employee, you can see they are assigned to a field, but not which field). I'll probably play it again, I just hope there are some updates coming to make it more intuitive. 6/10 (Obligatory I received…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I know I only played 28 minutes of this game but I would like to say that I love what I have played so far. It has a nice soundtrack and it runs amazingly well. So far I haven't found anything to complain about with the game. (If the devs don't mind a suggestion. I would suggest maybe adding in a customizer for the player. So leave Sam and his wife in just add an option to have a custom couple as well). I know the game just came out today but I thought I would offer a suggestion. I will…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not a terrible game, it's just not good. Very clunky.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is a nice short game with lots of fun until it becomes boring. Play time 15 hours about for fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Idk... I waited for this game to release, but i just dont like the working system of it at all...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Link to my 2 Minute Video Review: https://youtu.be/MydFNSd_vi0 If you prefer a written version, here's a modified version of my script: This game is a combination between farming games and city building simulators, and on the city building aspect you can do pretty much everything that you’re imagining. Like creating necessary buildings for your farm wherever you wish, such as Silos for storing supplies or select which parts of the terrain will be used for crops or different animals. But its…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Usually, I love the idea of simulation games, but I'm quickly overwhelmed by repetition. Fortunately, Farming Life is much more laid back and doesn't force you to simulate plowing. Its slower pace and task-based gameplay allow for more careful planning. You can design the farm of your dreams and choose between animals, crops and fruit trees to work with. You can take on as many or as many tasks as you want and the gameplay progresses at your pace. I loved the dev approach and loved expanding…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game reminded me of all the good emotions I had when I was a kid playing tycoon games. Love this graphic style, sweet & relaxing. I was looking for something like this for a very long time... Also i like the gameplay, very rewarding, keeps you busy and let you achieve goals in different ways
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I find this game pretty relaxing. A few things are a bit frustrating (I feel like I can never get enough money for the things I need to progress). I may just need more time to understand, but overall I find this to be a good game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am liking the game.. its quite relaxing ..looking forward to playing it more
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a very relaxing farm games I would say its just like all the others but the map is more interactive than most farming sims. Its bright and colorful and contains a lot of activities and quests making it easy to lose hours playing and relaxing. The hiring and assigning work tasks to hired farm workers and trying to obtain number one farm in town makes it feel like a tycoon game. While farming and taking care of the animals makes it feel like a farming simulator. This game was fun and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its pretty good for the price. I think the staff are not smart enough for what you need them to do, when vehicles get introduces it becomes quite micro management oriented. I feel like the case should be that once you have the vehicle you can assign it to a field and the staff working that field will automatically go and use that vehicle.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Farming Life is a leisurely, management-focused farming simulator developed by Pyramid Games and published by Gaming Factory and Ultimate Games S.A. It offers a welcoming, colorful take on agricultural life, aimed at players who enjoy steady progression, light strategy, and the satisfaction of designing and expanding their own countryside homestead. While it doesn’t strive for the realism or depth seen in heavyweight farming sims, it compensates with a charming atmosphere, easy-to-understand…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game has okayish idea, but graphics are outdated and gaming loop is meh. Interface for selling stuff is also problematic.

unlabelledView post →For $10? Nah. It's 50% casual fun and 50% incessant micromanagement that has a progression that lasts about 8 hours before you decide if you'd prefer to run a massive 200 person plantation where you're trying to simply sell things faster than your warehouses can fill up, or a giant equipment parking lot where you will spend more time giving orders than chasing goals; also all of the game's goals would be obliterated by that point.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a fun game with most of the components you would expect form a farming game. Crop growing, harvesting, hiring help, animals, etc. It's quite a addictive for several hours, where you do ween off a bit when things become somewhat repetitive. But to be fair, I think most people have to expect some repetition in a farming game, as that's how they function irl. I looked at earlier reviews of this game which weren't great. It appears there have been a lot of glitches/bugs. While I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The concept of farming and taking care of animals is great, but the execution is a real drag. You've got to micro-manage EVERYTHING...click employee, click task, assign task, direct path, load/unload, drive to location...and on and on. Also, tasks add up on employees, yet they don't "get around" to actually doing the work. Better yet, you cancel a task and assign them a new job only to have them "finish" the job you cancelled before moving on to the new task you just assigned them. I played for…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Controls are total trash, can tell people to load a truck and they will just sit there all day. tell them to unload they do the same, the only thing the ai can do with out fail is work a field. The ai just refuses to do any manual commands you give them, it should not take two days to get one damn crate of crops in the truck if they will load it at all. Major hard pass on this game when you can not even get basic things done like load a truck to sell crops. ok said ♥♥♥♥ it tried to play again…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Needs a lot more work, using the truck is so clunky and unhelpful, I told the NPC to deliver the quest and she kept driving to the trader, then the NPC vanished, I found her waiting at the quest shop 2 days after it failed, it's like a massive que of confusion, after that I told her to drive back and then she did, then back to the trader. A lot of the commands trip over themselves, I tried to play it and work it out twice and got too annoyed with the NPC's not doing my tasks until they kept…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The concept is nice, the interface is ok, but there are some seriously game breaking bugs/issues that make it infuriating to play. I bought it for $.99 and I still don't recommend.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Loved this game! It was fun building my own farm and watching my employees work it. Would recommend this easy game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is a no from me. It is more like click-click farming manager. You have to click the right thing in the right order, or you are clickless.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →How do you exactly move products to friends for quests? I'm clueless someone help?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beautiful and relaxing low poly style farming game. Game mechanics are very well thought out, both in terms of UI design as gameplay design overall. You will expand your farm, take care of plants / animals / fields, complete tasks for local community, sell your harvest and grow bigger and bigger. Endless addictive fun that I strongly recommend!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very nice looking game with a laid back music and managable pace. Telaxing to play although i hope the creators some how automate the buying and selling aspect because right now you have to do a lot of clicking to load/unload get people into the car drive to town and again load/unload and get back. I see that start getting tedious very fast.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like this game because I like to be able to sit back and let the game run while I visit with the grandkids, or watching TV. This is one of the games I like to play because you don't have to be 100% focused, and that allows me to interact with real life around me.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really junky, not worth it
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →12. Stardew Valley Mad respect for being a game that resonated with so many people it became the point of reference for many in the Farming Life genre
unlabelledView post →This is goated there is always something to do!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game would be amazing if YOU COULD FIX THE MENUS, and let me pin requirements from quests to my hud. And have some sort of automation for selling items, these npcs keep getting stuck on these silos continously. Because of these reasons i will not give it a 9/10, its rather good if you remove these issues pretty fun too almost finished the game at around 14 hours. Its def worth like 10 dollars alot of gameplay to be had for its price, but some issues that really hamper the experience…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like this game more than the farming simulator franchise because of the lack of micro transactions for a cheaper price.
