Between bossy gods, lazy workers, and endless sand, Egypt’s golden age has never been this fun—or this dehydrated. 🏛️☀️🐪 Follow my curator page for more divine projects, sandy empires, and history rewritten with a trowel! 🏺🌞⚒️ https://store.steampowered.com/curator/42602807-Osiris-Reviews/
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Didn't have much expectations, but it's quite cheap so I bought it to try it. Wasn't disappointed. Carving stone and watching the temple take shape is quite satisfying, and the whole place looks really nice once it’s done. I also loved how many animals there are. Cats, cows, camels, and even a goose. A shame they weren't more interactive. I would love to pet a cow. The stamina system wasn’t my thing. I think it is kinda unnecessary. I wish the scaffolding was used a bit more, but I've got more…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →OK... This is a for sure an "Early Access" product, but I am really disappointed with my interaction with the game. IMO, I do not think this game is developed enough to be released to the public. This is one where you get what you pay for. I spent over half an hour in the game and I could not complete the second task in the intro tutorial. This task, to build a canopy, was beyond my abilities to determine what functions needed to be accomplished. It was just dumb luck that I was able to…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I guess the main point of the game is building monuments in specific locations, if thats what you are looking for. I love everything Egypt and there are almost no games that let you build Egyptian cities from a first person perspective, but this was not what I was looking for. I know its early access but the graphics are extremely dated and the animations are very basic. The stamina bar is so ridiculously short and empties so ridiculously fast just moving around is exhausting. Refunded.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Egypt Frontiers is buggy at times, and there are issues with gameplay. But over all NOT to BAD, and nice to see a step away from the standard simulation out there. I just wish the devs would try to make the game less linear as at times the game feels mostly like a point and click puzzler with nothing more to it! positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →had higher hopes for this game put a negative review before and gave it another chance for full release just to be dissapointed even more like did they even test this before saying full release games even buggier now than before and if you are in the middle of building things and save and leave it breaks and corrupts your saves not only that but upon starting the pyramid after navigating other bugs the level breaks once you get to the 7th floor no matter what you do please fix the game this…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I believe this is one of those games I'd give a neutral, but I chose to not recommend it for now, as it plays more like an alpha version than beta, and absolutely not something I believe people should spend their money on. In the very start, it was fun enough - little tasks of moving items to get workers to finish temples (move x to y, repeated over and over) with some basic manpower management (whipping when they get tired). It works, but it's also really simple and ends up feeling like a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought this because it was inexpensive. I've spent a few hours on it and found it quite engaging. It's a very chill loop: get a quest for a building, gather resources, and assign your workers. Watching them build brick by brick is quite relaxing. It's not perfect—there are some janky animations and UI issues—but it's Early Access and is very affordable. The gameplay is decent, and the ancient Egypt setting is a nice change of pace for games like house builder. I'm waiting for more buildings…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →for the price it is a decent game but i am disappointed. for a game about building Pyramids to not include building any pyramids is as i said disappointing, i am hoping that they are still going to add more construction sites so we will see. edit; on the 4th of march 2026 they announced the full release date of march 12, and showed a glimpse at the pyramid contruction site as well as hinting at a more significant role as a ruler then in early access. this would resolve my main complaint and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Become the slave that you always wanted to be. But seriously this is just a manual labor sim with an Egypt skin. I recommend this game if you want to pick up pieces of buildings and click a button for the game to build the building for you.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Surprisingly fun game for a good price. Definitely worth checking out!

You manage resources, organize workers, and oversee the construction of legendary structures while trying to keep your people fed, housed, and productive in a harsh desert world. The game blends city building with a hands-on feel, making progress slow but satisfying. Watching small camps evolve into thriving cities…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Egypt Frontiers is a historical construction and management game developed by FreeMind S.A. and published by PlayWay S.A. together with FreeMind S.A. Set during the height of ancient Egyptian civilization, it places the player in charge of developing settlements across a difficult desert environment. The central objective is not simply to erect impressive structures, but to establish a functioning society capable of supporting ambitious building projects. Its combination of resource gathering,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →IT'S buggy. You can't find stone shards once you've made all the crane wheels, so cannot make the tools needed for the cow herders. Game breaker right there. spoils the progress.....

unlabelledView post →at this point i cannot recommend the game i give it a 1/5 the first level was enjoyable really enjoyed all the side quest the second level i had one game breaking bug trying to load 2 stone blocks onto a sled caused the one on the sled to be flung across the map and unable to be moved meaning I couldn't progress and had to restart the level the third level it was hard to figure out where the stone production building could be placed where it would actually produce the stone needed while…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For players willing to embrace a glacial pace, Egypt Frontiers offers an okay, relaxing loop where the main attraction is watching historic structures gradually erect brick by painstaking brick. However, anyone seeking a robust, brain-bending simulator will likely find the framework lacking. The mechanics could have been significantly elevated with deeper logistical management and more nuanced, hands-on construction elements. It ultimately achieves a middle-of-the-road status—worth a look if…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fair price at 25% off and probably a little much at that for the game you get. There is promise if they ungated the play but as it stands, base building is meaningless right now. The entire game is simply build a few scaffolds (maybe) to reach certain hard to reach areas, otherwise its basically point at hot points and the game basically places every block. I would go neutral on this but I have to lean towards \do not buy yet'. Yes, its cheap, but from a gameplay perspective, it is repetitive…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A lot of things to do. Basic graphics but that's ok. It is quite fun
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →While the graphics and animations aren't top tier, the game does its best work in being a relaxing way to pass the time. You can lose yourself in getting that next step completed on you way to building the larger constructions, and as a lover of not only ancient history in general, but especially ancient Egypt, the game has a soft spot in my heart and with its recent release and future updates it is only going to improve. The developers asking the community what they enjoyed about their game…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Egypt: Frontiers seems like it'll be fun when it's complete! there's a BIT of jank when it comes to scaffolding, but a game where you manage construction sites & build egyptian monuments? Sound.
unlabelledView post →My feelings about this game are mixed. I really like the concept. Egypt is a great setting and the building reminds me a little of Medieval Dynasty. And I'd say overall, it was enjoyable to play, so there is definitely potential. HOWEVER, I got two issues with it: - There's definitely some noticeable bugs, forcing to reload previous saves, etc. Nothing hugely game breaking, but definitely often enough that it becomes bothersome. - It is way too linear and simplistic. Maybe it's a difference in…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like Egypt and the tombs so this was a no brainer for me. it was fun especially on sale short game though unless you really focus on your home base
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very nicely done builder. Needs more documentation but a lot of fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →love this a lot.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My personal opinion. This game has lots of potential if it will be improved. It can even reach the quality of those games whose usual price is 40-50 usd. But let’s go on improvements I would like to suggest. 1. EF must be more open. Right now it's very tied to the story, and after finishing it, players have no really much reason to return to it. Which is a shame, because game play is very enjoyable, but to keep replaying the same four locations is quickly getting boring. Make more building…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It reminds me of Tomb Raider, but here you’re building instead of just exploring. It’s not a top-tier game, but for its price and atmosphere, it’s definitely worth it. Even if I hadn’t received it, I probably would’ve bought a key myself — thanks!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is fun but it would be fantastic if they could configure it for controller support! Not everyone enjoys playing with the keyboard.

unlabelledView post →As a great fan of Ancient Egypt, I consider this game as a realistic time travel to the construction of the most iconic monument of Ancient Egypt, the Great Pyramid. It's so fascinating time travel. I'd recommend it not only to gamers and other Ancient Egypt fans, but also famous egyptologists such as Zahi Hawass, Chris Nauton, Mark Lehner, Meredit Brand and many others.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I’ve been waiting for this game since the first announcement with really high expectations for the pyramid construction feature. I’m really enjoying the game. Taking a high-level position and directing workers to build with various tools really gives an authentic Egyptian atmosphere. However, knowing the fact that the actual pyramid construction experience isn’t implemented yet makes me really sad, and I’m really looking forward to the pyramid update.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great Game and time killer every time i looked up a few hrs had went by. Played game on stream and killed 3 hrs in no time and was able to do alot but know theres way more to do and ready to see what else the game has to offer and what they will add.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this through. Currently it is about 4 hours worth of content. It seems like a nice start. Not too many bugs. Just had to save and reload to fix little issues. Looking forward to seeing what they add next.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Egypt Frontiers is a relaxing building and monument construction game, focused on the times of the Ancient Egyptians. Managing the workers under your command so they are used efficiently will be imperative. youtu.be/iyvGaDYxJA8
