60 of 71 · most liked firstAwful performance, non-existent PC options (Must live with that horrible motion blur, no thanks) and crappy graphics that for some reason can hog up to 6 to 8GB of your RAM with ease. It takes FOREVER to load ANYTHING to boot AND also suffers from random crashes. Pretty much the worst PC port I've played in 2022, not even the excellent soundtrack can save this game. Wait for patches or skip this and go back to the first game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't review games much, but this needed a review from a fan of the Cobra Kai show and someone who played the first game. Let's start with the GOOD stuff: This game is a HUGE improvement of the first one. There can be no doubt about that. The first was an alright game, but the second was a very good improvement. You got more freedom in this than the first, and the fighting feels more enjoyable than the first game by FAR, so that's a big PLUS in my book. I liked that you can recruit…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pros: Story is hilarious and really fun They have a lot of unique ideas in that mode Gameplay is great Dojo Recruitment system is absolutely amazing Cons: Online is region locked AND non-crossplay, and with low playercounts, its basically impossible to find someone to play online with :( Single Player tournament mode always has the same 6 opponents, so, the replayablity of that mode is next to nothing. Game has its share of bugs Overall, I like it a lot, but, there's some improvements to be…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's fun as long as you know what you're getting into. It's pretty much an old school beat em up with some odd bugs that don't help or hurt the game. I DO wish they had some real PC settings to adjust because this game is optimized like S#!t. Frame rate drops and screen tearing just to name a few of the bugs. Although they are present it doesn't make the game unplayable and it's still overall a lot of fun. Hopefully patches are on the way because at THIS price, people deserve at least a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I am a huge Cobra Kai fan. I loved the first game. Cobra Kai 2 dojos rising had so much potential, but fell very short. The game is buggy and glitchy as hell. Checkpoints won't save. The characters I recruited are gone next time I play. Characters get stuck in the background. This is an awful game. I don't recommend this game to anybody. I am a hardcore fan and I am embarrassed of this game. The game developers should be ashamed of themselves. worst game I ever played. UPDATE: I've…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →shader compilation issues utterly ruin the game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is unplayable, story mode has multiple bugs which make you restart the whole mission. Also multiplayer online finder is not working
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is so fcking broken that I don't even know where to start. !Warning: right now, some of the levels seem to be unbeatable. In my case, the first one was the Chop Shop: enemies respawn outside of a playable area. It is impossible to beat them, therefore it is impossible to finish the level. It is a long time since I saw a game that can't be beaten. - Basic combat does not work. Actually all of the mechanisms of it don't work to a particular extent: -- Attacks often go through the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I just purchased this game and sadly had to get a return for it because it just doesn't work. As soon as I started downloading this game it started crashing my computer and making Steam act up. I finally got the game to download, and it was so glitchy and crashed so I re-installed it...but still had the same issues. I really wanted to play this game as it just came on sale but I'll wait for them to fix it because right now it's broken and worthless to me! It's a real shame cos I have been…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm going to give you a short honest review of this game because I see lots of critics and some players trashing it. The game isn't bad, it can actually be a lot of fun, especially if you're a fan of the TV show and the movies, but there are a few things holding it back that need to be fixed! Frame rate isn't great, but it's way better in this version (PC version) then it is on the PS4, the PS4 version has very bad frame rate issue. The PC version runs a lot smoother, but it still has hiccups…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Birdemic of videogames needs fixing
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't know if it's just me but this game needs fixing. The minor problems is it runs into some glitches. -Every time I dodge with a weapon in my hand, it always drops. Is this done on purpose? -More times than not, I encounter a glitch that made me select last checkpoint or restart just to fix it. (The biggest fault is at the juvie level where if I restart from the last checkpoint it doesn't allow me to interact with Bobby and start the mini-game). -The biggest issue I have is Terry's…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This review is more of a neutral rather than a flat out no. I really wanted to be able to recommend this game to friends and others but in its current state, it is a rather hot mess. Pros: The jank is pretty funny at points Story is amusing here and there Film and movie references along with somewhat interesting level designs Good references from other games The Dojo system is fun overall Cons: The jank can be really annoying at times, you could be doing great then suddenly your character…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →SHould be a improve comparing with the first one, but its not. I prefer Cobra Kai 1 game, because this one has a lot of bugs and problems, crashes, and so on. Is funny to play, but, the first one is BETTER. Recomended
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →WOW what a let down.. they had a winning formula with the first game, just needed to expand on it and to lose one of the key features.. local co op while playing the campaign made this game an instant downgrade. Why couldnt the devs stick to what worked? This game HAS NO CO OP, only some trashy co op mode fighting each other in the tournament but you can not play the story mode in pve. Its such a downgrade, so buggy and glitch filled mess. Really lost the plot with this one. DONT WASTE YOUR…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cobra Kai is my all time favourite show. The first Cobra Kai game was really really good but when it comes to the sequel.... Oh boy... Dojos Rising offers the ability to take either Miyagi Do, Cobra Kai or Eagle Fang and build your own roster for the upcoming All Valley using all of the characters from the show. The stages feel open ended and the music is awesome. The voice acting is really good for certain characters. Most characters voice overs leave you scratching your head. Like Moon....…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →lota people writing their game not working good mine works good already 85hrs must b a computer problem not game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is light years better than the first one - probably a bit expensive but it’s worth it in my opinion, and it has plenty of gameplay. So many more characters. And it’s just better. edit: ive played even more and ive got to say the soundtrack is absolute masterclass, oh and the game is just as good if not better

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So clunky, play a better fighting game. If you need a cobra Kai fix just watch the show.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This Game is Blind stupid Fun! If you like cobra kai You'll Like this game! If youre looking for a good game this might not be it. But it is "Good" in other ways Like couch play and weird funny glitches Or animations. Its solid fun with the bois And i dont regret buying it. Just uh.... get it for a dollar like i did. 10/10 Kiyahh!!

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cobra Kai 2: Dojos Rising developed by Flux Games and published by GameMill Entertainment is a martial-arts themed action brawler inspired by the popular television series Cobra Kai, which itself continues the legacy of the classic The Karate Kid franchise. Serving as the sequel to the earlier Cobra Kai game, this installment attempts to expand the concept by shifting the gameplay into fully three-dimensional arenas while introducing a larger roster of characters, branching narrative…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought the Cobra Kai bundle which includes the 1st and the 2nd one and I'm so disappointed with my purchase. The first is kinda okay but this one is just a dumpster fire. L game. Refunded.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You're gonna regret this. I am Cobra Kai 🥶
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really like this game I ha e played this on other devices but it is impossible to play on the steam deck very slow and buggy with low fps, and when trying to change the graphics settings i got nothing but a colored screen and had to uninstall the game I really like this game and hope it gets fixed soon.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →“I got the recipe off the Chili’s website. I wanted it to be authentic.” ~Johnny Lawrence Flux Games is back with another Cobra Kai game. Their previous one was an old-school beat 'em up with a fresh take on controls, interesting skill trees, which allowed us to customize special moves in order to match our playstyle, and some real actors from Cobra Kai show involved. Including Ralph Macchio (Daniel LaRusso) and William Zabka (Johnny Lawrence). It was a pretty fun game. Weird, thanks to how it…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As much of a Cobra Kai fan as I am, I'm really disappointed with this game. The first one had it's flaws, but compared to this game it makes the first one look flawless. I couldn't recruit some of the characters because the game mechanics wouldn't allow me to complete the task. I couldn't do certain boss fights because the game would freeze and the only way to fix it is to restart the game, leaving the level completely unplayable. I wasn't able to access the skills upgrade menu to level up the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a Cobra Kai Fan's delight. So many characters and iconic levels. The writing and music is very good. Johnny's the best, got me chuckling with his quips. It does have a few issues, but overall I'm having a great time playing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well, I really tried to like it. You could see what they tried to do but dropped the ball on the QA. Constant glitches and performance issues. That said, I made it to the end today, but 0 replay value.. lots of frustration getting there. How did they get to DLC before polishing the game.. absolutely no chance of purchasing that. Basically every level aside from the first one has problems. Bad hitboxes, lag, freezing, unable to swap characters, disappearing characters, glitching ending…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →seriously not that bad ive watched the show probably 50 times even tho there is no real story mode or anything every once in a while you can still just hop on a play a tournement as hawk i recomend but only when its on sale 40 is way to much for a game like this
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Boring and buggy - Don't buy.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is riddled with bugs and seemingly abandoned by the developer -enemies disappear and/or become invincible, rendering many missions impossible to complete -menu navigation is bugged leading to many softlocks because button prompts do not work -certain areas require platforming and wall running but again, does not work as a huge fan of the show, this "game" was a massive letdown, despite the ideas presented being good, but its been 3 years with no bugfixes or updates suggesting they'll…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is ass you just get spamed an you cant do nothin about it
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As a big fan of the Cobra Kai TV series and someone who enjoyed the first game (which gave me major Street Fighter nostalgia), I have to say Cobra Kai: Dojos Rising is a solid step up. This sequel brings the action into 3D with more polished graphics (especially for a smaller studio) and really tight, satisfying combat. The fighting mechanics are well-developed, combos are fluid, and each character feels unique — and yes, there are loads of familiar faces to unlock! The locations from the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game launched, i adjusted the graphic settings and some setting made everything like grainy and filtered, so i tried adjusting the graphics again and the game just turned into colored square with nothing visible. relaunched the game and it is still colored squares with nothing visible. never played anything that's so fundamentally broken before, they legitimately need to take this down from steam.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the best game in the world, and I for sure reccomend this game for anybody that likes a combat baed game. Exspecially if you like the karate kid series, or the Cobra Kai Netflix show series... 5 stars this is my new favorite game, and for the developers that made this amazing game. This game is perfect, and a must buy. Good job. I love this game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As much as I want to hype this game up. It has alot of problems. The main being the stuttering. But it also bugs out in the first level. But forget that. You can barely get to bein able to walk through the walls... because the stuttering rate. This game is not steamdeck verified or playable yet. I'd hold off on it. But it definitely seems fun. Stuttering aside I enjoyed what should have been a max of 20 mins. Turned into like an hour or so. Still fun though. Hope they fix this problem. Can't…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awesome game I am a cobra Kai fan. When I try to do the first mission after the tatorio it freezes and the application closes dose anyone have recommenditions to solve this I play on windows 11 MSi katana
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Save your money......and spend it on the first one. Its a much better gameplay experience.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is an improvement from the first one, and for the people who like the series (like me) I think it's a nice and fun game. There are still bugs that need fixes.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I actually find this game enjoyable, however, this game is in need of a few bug fixes.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →fun game the lack of video options is quite annoying though.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you buy this game on sale for less than $5 and not full price then this game is worth it. its a beatem up style game so its really simple and repetitive but if you're a fan of the show then it can be quite fun. it took me a week to 100% everything but you could probably play every level in a day if you rushed it so its a short game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →can t run properly
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game Is Fun and pretty hilarious at times, But very clunky. weird controls but its playable graphics look jank af also.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →great game deff better than 1st game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a hoot and and a holler. The game is extremely buggy but overall enjoyable. I was expecting it to be bad based on reviews and comparison to the first game. This game has some really neat ideas that need to be fleshed out more and I hope to see in a potential Cobra Kai 3. So let's get to the real meat of my review. This games multiplayer is so unbelievably fun with a friend. We found some really interesting match ups and meta game. We played for hours of our favorite match up.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →On steam deck I was able to play through the tutorial fine but when the first mission started it stuttered at like a frame per second, completely unplayable, and I'm not picky about those things. So slow I couldn't even experiment with graphic settings. I also tried it on my surface pro and no beans--it crashed before it could load. The first Cobra Kai game plays well on steam deck if you want a Cobra Kai fix.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game only exists for me and my friend group
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →21. Cobra Kai 2 Dojos Rising A massive disappointment! Look, I didn't expect anything great, but I enjoyed the first game, a good chunk. But this game is so bad that I gave up during level 1. The graphics look like ass, it controls poorly, and the load times are laughably long.
unlabelledView post →What a bugfest! This game is horribly optimized and rushed in development. The combat is lackluster and repetitive. The bossfights are tedious and artifically stretched out. What a shame because the dojo hub and the game itself is visually appealing! The storytelling slideshows are well done too. Not recommended. Recommendation is to stick with the sidescroller predecessor. The first cobra kai game rocks.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game still is a buggy mess, but if you like the show, beat 'em ups and is able to tolerate the many times this game will give you the middle finger, then you may even end up liking this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →while i do recommend this game for any die hard cobra kai fan .... it has a lot of improvements that need to be worked on, its very buggy, crashes and to be fair the price isnt exactly what i would call worth it, now, what i am able to play on it im very much enjoying and as long as it gets some work done on patching and updates i think it could be a phenomenal game!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wouldn't recommend it in it's current state. I played the tournament mission and my characters randomly got a TKO and were out of the game and only 3 of them somehow ended up even in the competition which was bizarre. Combat system is fun when it works. I'd say it were better than Gotham Knights combat system but only when the combat actually works. The camera is unforgivably bad. The lack of graphics options is just ridiculous. Pros: If you like the show like me you'll enjoy the nods to the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →goated game goated story but i want new updates pls
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Takes forever to get through anything because of the freezing and once you final complete something it crashes
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →9 Cobra Kai 2 (VERY jank "rec") unlike cobra kai 1 there's ABSOLUTELY game breaking things happening in this one but it has just enough interesting combo stuff hidden amongst the copious amounts of jank to be very Me (some AIR OK specials??) for sick lab rats store.steampowered.com/app/1681870/...
