Bridge Constructor Medieval
Developer ClockStone
Bridge Constructor Medieval turns back the clock a few centuries to the time of knights and castles. Build sturdy bridges to supply your city with provisions - or cunningly constructed bridges that collapse under the weight of attacking troops, sending the horde of enemies into the abyss below. positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I think I would be executed back in the medieval times due to "accidentally" killing anyone that walks over my bridge.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Poor try to make up to the series. Very bad mobile port with awful UI and zero challenge. It was once in my wishlist because I was fooled by screenshots and promotional videos of this game - please don't make the same mistake.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/5dwg-hFYmwk Despite a few minor tweaks to the formula, the foundation the bridge building is based upon is far to similar to feel very different from the original.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is one of a series of tablet ported bridge constructor games ported to Steam to try to convince PC gaming elites that their gaming rigs are iPhones. While the gameplay is kind of okay, the game simply isn't a PC game. Fixed resolution, no 4K support, the game falls below minimum quality standards. The real kicker is that the devs show us what they really think about us PC gamers... this $14.50 iphone game is 99c on the Apple App store. Screw these guys.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A cell phone app. This is a cell phone app that cost 1.99 USD.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Recommended, I had fun. My history : I've beaten Bridge Constructor, and Bridge Constructor : The Walking Dead, prior to playing this game, Bridge Constructor Medieval. So I know how to build coming into this game, and how it compares. This game added a new flavor to the series, my favorite levels were the ones where an enemy army is invading your town, so you have to build a bridge that intentionally fails at the precise moment! Yep, engineer a bridge that fails at the perfect time, so…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This physics-based engineering challenge lets you build sturdy bridges in a medieval world 🏰🌉! Clever designs, realistic physics, and satisfying tests make every construction unforgettable. A must-play for puzzle fans! ⚙️
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I might lack the required problem solving skills, butthis game wasnt fun, nor were the puzzles solvable for me. I dont know, maybe its just not for me.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →TLDR Physics-based bridge construction, similar to other entries of the series, shorter and easier, some interesting level modes. [11/20⭐, 4h🏅, 2/5💡] Context Another entry in the series of [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/macwh/recommended/250460/]Bridge Constructor games, this one in a medieval context. Although a very basic game, it had some nice touches that distinguish is from the other entries. Writing You kingdom is under invasion, and you need to move you resources and soldiers and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a bad game at all, but it is very flawed, and I wish there were a mixed recommendation option on Steam, but because there isn't, I'm going to have to not recommend this game. I finished most of the scenarios fairly easily but getting all crowns was difficult without a guide. Some bridge structures will need to be the exact structure they are looking for or some variation of that structure in order to get a crown, while some will be easy enough to get without even trying that much. The music…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Who cares about Donbass, Palestine, Armenia, Serbia, Syria, if you can send blood money for weapons to neo-Nazis in Ukraine. No, smart people will never support such a thing. Do not buy it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Being one of the older games in this series it is missing some of the QOL and polish of later games. It's a fun little casual builder, but is quite short. Even still, it lacks variety in the scenery and music which can get quite repetitive. It also feels rather 'approximate' where you don't really know how much stronger different materials are for example as there aren't any numbers or details to back it up. It ends up being quite a bit of trial and error in my experience, but was still rather…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Loved Bridge Constructor Portal, and so I bought a bunch of the earlier Bridge Constructor games. This one was a lot of fun too, though their later games in the series are much more polished and user-friendly.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A six year old game with such a simple concept shouldn't be broken. The game stopped working; no crashes or anything, but the bridge sections stopped being supported by beams. The whole game, on every level, is acting as if the bridge is completely unsupported, no matter what I put under it. I even deleted my progress and redid the tutorial to make sure I didn't miss something. Nope. Just none of the pieces are connecting. The game doesn't even act as if the bridge segments are connected.…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game was a lot of fun! Get it! I really could leave it there but I also enjoy it when people find my reviews useful so I do believe that I will have to add more… Gameplay So many times when a game developer works out a nice formula for a fun game they are able to tweak it a bit here and there to keep future installments of that game fun! I remember I played the first bridge constructor when it came out years ago as a free flash game when I was in university. I absolutely loved it and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its about luck not skill. I built a bridge it failed on the first try not doing any improvements i tested it again and it survived
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not what I expected. And there are not too many ways to win. If you want to build nice bridges, buy poly bridge.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You can play this bridge constructor in a more 'story driven' way. There's basically 3 reasons for you to build a bridge: Build a bridge for your units to cross (just like in the normal games) Reinforce a bridge so your units and your bridge can survive incoming catapult attacks Build a working bridge that collapses by weight overload when the enemies units are on it I liked this bridge constructor a lot more than the average "build a bridge for cars and trucks to cross"
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →just another bridge builder? yes. and no! the medieval theme adds some new aspects and nice features to the game. some bridges need a sturdy roof to protect your troops from enemy catapult fire while they cross the gap on your construction. some bridges are supposed to crash on purpose to take down they enemy troops. this one even has some kind of cute story and is not just plain clicking for hours and hours. speaking of hours, it took me 4 hours to 100% complete the game. even though i came…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →game mechanics dont make sense
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You can build only flat road bridges, but in some missions you need to build bridge strong enough for enemies to walk onto while collapsing with them all into ridge. Or my personal favourite, bridges with roofs to withstand catapult boulders as troops cross the bridge, that was great fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I will compare this directly to the similar first original Bridge Constructor: What is less/worse? - Has about 1/4 the content - Does not have the option to move bridge beam nodes once they are set. You have to delete all connecting beams and rebuild everything. This can be a bit cumbersome. Fortunately the levels are easier than the first BS, so that helps with this a bit. - You cannot build slopes/ramps. Every floor beam the troops are traveling on must be exactly horizontal throughout the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I had a good time!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've played at least half a dozen bridge builder games and this is the worst one. Graphics are the lowest priority to me in a game but these actively drag down the experience. The construction elements are limiting which leads to each stage not being stimulating: the roads are only horizontal and the solid wall supports are only vertical from set points. There is a spending limit maximum so if you are stuck you can't even brute force a stage so you'll have to look up a solution. There are…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This Spin-off of the orignal Bridge Constructor is quite a good game but has a compared to the 2 other bridge constructor games a lower difficulty and a far shorter content. Instead of cars and (tank) trucks - now knights and ox carts cross the bridges you've built. The most notable difference to the other games of the series is that, 2 new "modes" have been introduced. - There are levels were your bridge is bombarded by catapults - There are levels were the enemy crosses your bridge and it…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game, hmmm... Build a bridge to help allied troops, but spoil something during construction and kill everyone. Does it sound somehow familiar? Besides building bridges for allied troops, what will You say to build for enemy troops...? I won't hide this option was the most amusing in this title. In addition game is in a medieval climate which is also a plus.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hello gamers! I've just finished perfecting this game and I personally enjoyed it much more than the previous one I played called simply "Bridge Constructor". I didn't check to see which of these 2 came out first, but I can say with absolute certainty that for me BC Medieval is the better one. Funnier UI, a delicate little story (pleasantly surprised by some of the jokes and humour) and more varied objectives. I particularly liked it when I had to build bridges that will collapse and kill…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I beat every single challenge in one sitting while incredibly drunk. What does that say about me?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I did not like Bridge Constructor because it has very bad physics that make you fail all time. Medieval has better physics but it is not perfect. Controls are not very good and some mechanic are hard to get. Setting is interesting and unigue but not many changes on background levels. If I could give neutral to this I would because it is not so bad as first game but still not very good.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Looks like it would be a great addition to the Bridge Constructor series, except this one is hella buggy, the mouse doesnt work well at all in this, nothing compared to normal bridge constructor
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is a lot of fun and gives a new twist on the old bridge builder, well done! It works well on Commodore OS Vision 3.1
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The King told me to build a bridge to help our troops, but I accidentally invented a new way to catapult a horse directly into the sun... I’m so bad at this that the enemy 'Urcks' have started sending me thank-you letters for doing their job of destroying our supply lines for them.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There is a lot of value in this game. Its good if you want to watch people fall to their doom on the most jenky bridges imaginable. Its very satisfying to build the perfect bridge. 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →All in all, I think Bridge Constructor Medieval is a pretty neat little game that is only held back by its core mechanic.

unlabelledView post →This review is specially made for those who like to get all the achievements in games (minor gameplay spoilers ahead). Description: Bridge Constructor Medieval is a bridge making make with a medieval and fantasy theme, where you’re at war against the urks (=orcs). There are three different types of missions: constructing a simple bridge, constructing a bridge with a top cover and constructing a fake bridge to kill enemies. The game’s story is pretty simple and it’s divided into four chapters…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Poor first choice to play first of the bridge games i got. It feel more like your fighting the game rather then solving a way to build a bridge. When you almost got it so close, the tiniest of change screws everything up and you either find some way around or start all over. The thing I like is making the bridge that are meant to be destroyed and mission needing cover to protect it and the people.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun bridge making game if you like this series of games, similar to the others, also have to build defences and a couple other twists along the way. ------------------------------ Worth the current price (CDN$ 10.99)? Yeah What I actually paid: Probably $1-$2 ------------------------------ Completionist Review: DLC Achievements: No DLC Rating: Not bad Can be completed in one run: Yes, but will likely have to make adjustments to poorly designed bridges once you've built them to fully beat the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Up to now this version is the best among the others titles i had tried from bridge Constructor. AS usual chilling puzzle game, fun to play. but this version has more challenges and a small story totally recommend this game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i just finished the game. its good. soundtrack and visuals are pretty repetitive but thats not what the game is about. its about constructing bridges. this medieval one is pretty nice because its unique and gives you medieval resources to build bridges with. the bridge building aspect is challenging but still fun which other similar games usually just make it way too hard to be fun. another nice thing that theres a story to the whole thing which is really nice, its about a war going on which…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Build convuluded bridges in the medieval era.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you're looking for some time killer, just to lerlax after work (or even on the break at work) - that's the game for you. PROs: +Enjoyable story +Humour +You get to build bridges +Almost no limitation to the contruction CONs: +Backgroud graphic could be a bit nicer
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There is a real-time stress analysis feature that turns the portions of your bridge bright red if they are under undue pressure, allowing you to easily spot your bridge's Achilles heel, or in my case, Achilles heel, elbow, wrist, femur, ribcage and spine...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well as the name tells, you build bridges. To me the level were of medium to hard difficulty. Sometimes you need to think a bit out of the box. It is the kind of game I only play a bit at a time and come back later. I definitally had fun, but if you get easely frustrated this might not be it for you. I got the game on sale, and for that it was certanly worth it to me.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Couldn't tell when the planks where connected. Sometimes when I right clicked to disable the building tool, it removed what I'd build. Pretty annoying to play. Very basic music, sound effects, and graphics. Didn't care for the story in this sort of game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You Construct Bridges, which is pretty cool for a short time, but the excitement doesn't last as long as the game in my opinion. If I were able to mark a game neutral, this is one of the first times I would want to take that option. Like all the other bridge constructor games, this does what it sets out to do... It's just really repetitive so you have to be a fan of bridges to truly appreciate this!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →tried to build a bridge, got accused of witchcraft and got hanged 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Repetitive levels, design and music.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Worth a few bucks for a couple hours of fun
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Who let Larry help build the bridge?? He didn't use any nails! House of cards does not work for bridges! Ugh... What did we loose? 100 Wood planks, 50 Stone supports, 500m of Rope, 700 Bolts - found dumped, The King, 10 Wooden Shelters, The Kings Poodle. Right o'. Time to build a new bridge.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The controls are bad, cannot move elements, few materials, no fast forward, no redo. Interesting gameplay mechanic, designing a bridge that's rigged to fail is a nice Idea.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →short, simple, and fun little game! if you like this, i recommend poly bridge for deeper gameplay.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Quick review: 3 ### Metric ### 1- Garbage. :( 2- Did not fulfill the purpose. 3 - Ok, fulfilled the purpose. 4 - A good game! 5 - Just play and be happy. :)
