  The art style for this game is beautiful, the concept is neat, but the execution is horrible. It really does feel like a poorly ported mobile game with how it takes forever to grind for resources. I really hope the creators of this game can polish it more so it will feel more like a proper finished product. For now, it's best to avoid it.

  First impressions: pretty graphics, nice music, runs at like... 15fps, which is whatever. But there's SLOWDOWN anytime there's a lot of action going on. Feels like an SNES game, right down to the main character sounding EXACTLY like Link when he attacks. This is really obviously a mobile game first, but it's decent enough. I can see myself wasting some more time on this in the future.

  In it's current form, I cannot recommend this game. It doesn't appear to be a resource-intense game at all, but plays at an unbearable sluggish pace. It shows potential, but still quite rough around the edges.

  Graphically Breaking Gates looks good, gameplay though feels like a Mobile Game ported straight to Steam with no changes. Attacks have no weight to them and you just hold down the attack to combo, frame drops occur all the time and there are multiple currencies to upgrade items.
