The water is no longer calm. The undersea world has undergone a transformation from tranquil environment to a place of unspeakable violence, graphic murder and horrific danger. From the Steam store page

24 of 24 · most liked firstThis was one of my favourite Blue Byte published game (developed by Massive Development) and the predecessor to the Aquanox games. It's one of those free-roaming mercenary campaign games, with adventure elements, earning coin through missions, and simulation combat. Tachyon: The Fringe-ish.

unlabelledView post →Found a game in a charity shop called AquaNox, which is an underwater FPS from 2001. Pretty cool idea, though I had to install a mod to fix mouse input. Also the voice acting is horrible and there are some... not great stereotypes. But the gameplay is interesting at least!
unlabelledView post →Aquanox was like a dollar so I bought it as I remember it being like, the game nobody could run in the early 2000s, the crysis of it's time. And I forgot how HARD the soundtrack went. youtu.be/7uMygmmIr0E
unlabelledView post →Heya folks, here's a 2nd videograph featuring AquaNox: Deep Descent by Digital Arrow and THQ Nordic. I made a little more progress in the game. I forget where I left off 5 years ago, though. #aquanoxdeepdescent #videogames #fps #videography
unlabelledView post →Heya folks, here's a videograph featuring AquaNox: Deep Descent by Digital Arrow and THQ Nordic. So, I played this game briefly when it came out, but I only made it around 5h before I stopped. I plan to finally complete it this time around though. #aquanoxdeepdescent #videogames #fps #videography
unlabelledView post →Stuff arrived and I am surprised by the sheer size of that complete-in-box Geforce 4 MX 440. It is among the very biggest of AGP graphics card boxes. Even the game CDs are still in there, so now I finally own Aquanox. Meanwhile the Phenom II means I can complete my AGP air testbench.
unlabelledView post →www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2Py... Heya folks, so, I created a third YouTube channel. This one will be the new home for my intro cinematics, the first one is a remastered AquaNox cinematic. I plan to alternate between retro/indie stuff like the First 10 channel. #aquanox #videogames #retrogaming
unlabelledView post →Heya folks, here's a 2nd videograph featuring AquaNox by Massive Development and THQ Nordic. So, I'm currently working on completing this game finally. I've had it on hold since I started it last year. Looking forward to calling it complete. #aquanox #videogames #retrogames #fps #videography
unlabelledView post →There's a game series called Aquanox that does this with subs. I played a bit of it, the backstory is cool but you have to be really into fighter sub piloting.
unlabelledView post →Battlefield 1 was going to be my long form stream game. So with that one sadly out of the picture, I had the realization of why not just stream a game or two that I haven't streamed in a long while. So yeah - Wizardry 8 and Aquanox time again.
unlabelledView post →Ah yes, Schleichfahrt... My favorite game of all times. The Story was amazing back then. Still avaible on GOG. Sad that the Aquanox games weren´t as good as the first one.
unlabelledView post →Heya folks, here's a 2nd, and final, videograph featuring AquaNox 2: Revelation by Massive Development and THQ Nordic. Well, I've finally completed my 2nd run through the game, and it made a lot more sense this time around. It's a fun game too. #aquanox2 #videogames #retrogames #fps #videography
unlabelledView post →Heya folks, here's a videograph featuring AquaNox 2: Revelation by Massive Development and THQ Nordic. So, this game's story makes a lot more sense after playing the first game. The game doesn't explain any of the factions or anything so playing 1 def helps. #aquanox2 #videogames #videography
unlabelledView post →Aquanox 2- Much like the first game, this is an aggressively 90s very arcade-y shooter with entirely too long of a high-minded sci-fi intro that has nothing at all to do with the game. Sadly, this one doesn't keep talking about "the zooka bus" and instead rambles about legacy and apparently scary
unlabelledView post →might as well start with probably the most obscure one I loved Aquanox as a kid, and was probably the first game that I sunk a numerous amount of hours into. Really cool world and concept overall, even if the gameplay is rather arcade-y Still has one of the most interesting worlds in any game imo

unlabelledView post →Swapped Heroic for Lutris. I'm still struggling with Aquanox but every other game seems to be running fine and in some cases much better.
unlabelledView post →I learned the hard lesson on last night's stream that Wizardry 8 is a game that will back hand you into the stratosphere. So I don't think I will be returning to that game, lol. My quest for a long form stream continues. I'll try Aquanox next time.
unlabelledView post →Well, I think that I'm soon to complete my playthrough of my current new(-to-me) game. (That being "Aquanox 2".) After which, I feel that it's time to visit once more with some old friends... 🗡️🦁 ^_^
unlabelledView post →Novels with a dark futuristic subnautical setting? https://www.booksns.com/163175/ I'm looking for novels set in a world similar to the game world of the PC games Archimedean dynasty, Schleichfahrt, and Aquanox. So, the setting I'm looking for is like this: post-apocalyptic, humanity has sought …
unlabelledView post →The game is Deep Fighter (2000) btw. Every search for "underwater sci-fi game" only brought up Aquanox which didn't help. Was never able to finish it but i thought it was fun at the time
unlabelledView post →Heya folks, here's a 3rd, and final, videograph featuring AquaNox by Massive Development and THQ Nordic. Well, I've officially finished the game! It took me over 9h to finish the game. I honestly like the concept, world, and the lore behind it more than the game itself, which is kinda so-so.
unlabelledView post →at first I thought this is from Aquanox. that game was hella green
