Omniparries, invincible dodge rolls, tacked-on crafting systems, stagger bars that let you wail on bosses for free once filled: it's all there

unlabelledView post →Been thinking of doing a Ys Seven replay soon. Might even go full masochist and do a Nightmare run even though there's no NG+ option in the game lol. www.youtube.com/watch?v=I2L0...

unlabelledView post →Ys Seven is good but it seems to be kind of bogging down a bit in the second half of the game.
unlabelledView post →And there it was... Ys SEVEN done.... It was a great game. I really love a lot of the cast. PLAYING AS DOGI WAS GREAT BRING HIM BACK FALCOM PLEASE! The soundtrack, as usual, was an instant banger and I really enjoyed a lot of the boss fights. All in all, great experience c:
unlabelledView post →I WAS told that Ys Seven had an incredible ending, and boy, y'all weren't kidding. Holy crap. Not every Ys game hits you with its best shot last, or even most of them, but this one does. 😭
unlabelledView post →Ys Seven deserves more talk, I feel like most people I see on here don’t speak on it often, but it’s such a good ass game! Also quite impressive for a psp game wowie. And it has my current fav ost! It’s not my fav for sure but it deserves so much love and it’s such a gem of a game
unlabelledView post →Let my Ys Seven stats serve as a warning to NEVER play this game at 30 fps no matter how crappy your PC is. Make 60 work no matter what.
unlabelledView post →Just completed Ys Seven and this ending made me cry a river for some unknown reason. I wish Tia returns in the next Ys game. #Ys #YsSeven #Ys7 #Tia
unlabelledView post →Thought of a pretty interesting idea for a new Ys vs Trails should Falcom ever make a 2nd game. Since the original Ys vs Trails was a modified version of Ys Seven, imagine the next one being similar to Ys X but now it’s a tag fighter. Only caveat is they would probably only-
unlabelledView post →103. Ys Seven Probably my second favorite game in the franchise now. This was just so peak, and it's pretty much solidified that Ys is now my preferred Falcom flagship. Also this game has the greatest main antagonist Falcom has ever created.
unlabelledView post →Ys SEVEN might be the most fun ive had in a Ys game so far. this and nordics, anyway. i really dig the party system and the combat is fast and fun
unlabelledView post →Happy National Video Game Day! Tell me your top 3 fave games!! 1. Unreal Tournament GOTY 2. Quake 2 3. Ys Seven
unlabelledView post →It's #RandomGameSaturday! This week I picked Ys Seven premium edition for the PSP. It came with a mini artbook, a music CD and a cloth map. Really fun game. I think it was a new direction for the series with being able to switch between party members and the 3D graphics.
unlabelledView post →This might be recency bias since I just finished this game about two weeks ago, but "My condolences for your loss" from Ys Seven really stuck with me. It speaks like few lines do to the kind of man Adol is and always has been. He's just had the ever-loving crap beat out of him and his one-time...
unlabelledView post →Welp, the Bucks are doing what they usually do when I actually turn the game on and watch, so I guess I'll spend the rest of my afternoon making some progress on Ys Seven instead. I need a "rolling eyes but also happy" emoji, just imagine that at the end here. 😆
unlabelledView post →Playing a long overdue game atm in Zwei 2 and after going through Ys Seven and Celceta last year playing Zwei 2 has been a VERY nice reminder that old school Falcom action games can pop off when you have nice combat and goofy characters
unlabelledView post →Ys SEVEN was my first Ys and Falcom game. Played it on around 2011 or so. But I didn't get into Falcom or Ys until way later around 2018. I rediscovered Ys and Falcom through their TurboGrafx and 8 bit games like Book I&II and Faxanadu
unlabelledView post →Love seeing Ys Seven positive posting on my Timeline that game is the one that made me who I am today and im nmot even joking
unlabelledView post →@limetimebaby.bsky.social 100% Ys Seven just a new min ago! What a ride! What a BS end fight that I was NOT prepared for lmfao. Neat game though! Story was a little weak but it was enjoyable.
unlabelledView post →This is sadly the only time Ys Seven will get any kind of love and recognition in this day and age. It was the last Ys game I ever enjoyed.
unlabelledView post →Playing Ys Seven after Memories of Celceta has been interesting… I think I appreciate how simple the combat is mechanically. As good as perfect guarding and dodging are to execute they aren’t exactly difficult to do and kinda trivialize the game. Without them I have to actually play the game lmao

unlabelledView post →(Ys SEVEN) Just got here, will continue tomorrow. This game is super peak so far, ngl
unlabelledView post →Finished Ys VI today and finished it 100% 🥹 Another game down! Ys Seven will be next!
unlabelledView post →If I could pick any one Ys game of my favorite, it would be Ys Seven. 2nd one would be Oath in Felghana and 3rd Ys 6.
unlabelledView post →Also I have not played a single Cold Steel game (yet, I'll get to it after I finish Ys Seven and IX) but just by being here for less than 3 months you all have already got me with the barrier brain rot
unlabelledView post →Me immediately going to the higher level area in Ys Seven that I'm definitely NOT supposed to be in at this point in the game:
unlabelledView post →Wild. I haven't used GOG in years and after winning a game from SorchHold's stream, I finally relog into it and find a game I knew I won FOREVER ago but had no idea where it was. Maybe sometime we'll play Ys Seven?
unlabelledView post →Absolutely. That was my biggest issue with Ys Seven (weak narrative aside). The game is extremely easy on Normal difficulty, but playing it on higher difficulties doesn't really do much other than make it take many more button presses to beat enemies.
unlabelledView post →Ys Seven is the mainline game I've played to completion, and I'd definitely recommend it! The combat is fast-paced and so satisfying. Had a lot of fun with the older bump-combat Falcom stuff too.
unlabelledView post →Finished my 50th video game of the year earlier. Which is almost at my goal of one per week or so. The question is what do I play next on my Switch. PC I've got covered with Ys Seven.
unlabelledView post →Ys Seven continues tonight, and we are just days away from finishing the game! Tonight, we focus on arming ourselves for the final battle! twitch.tv/ThunderFist1...
unlabelledView post →10. Ys Seven This is another damn good Ys game! The combat system is a lot of fun. All of the party members are pretty enjoyable to play as. Dungeons and bosses are fun as well. The story and characters are great. Music is peak of course. This game has some of my favorite moments in Ys so far!
unlabelledView post →Ys Seven was my first Ys game, and now for the first time in 15 years I'm replaying it. I do love that it finally made Dogi playable, but man do I think it's his worse design
unlabelledView post →I really appreciate that this game has call-forwards to Ys Seven and manages to tie in its lore with the new 8-original lore additions
unlabelledView post →Fun little fighting game spin off mostly for fans of Ys Seven and Trails in the Sky. Pretty cool celebration of Falcom at that point in 2010 and really nice to see it officially localised for the first time ever! backloggd.com/u/wiill64/re...
unlabelledView post →Ys Seven - Really enjoyed, despite having a lot of plotting complaints about the last quarter of the game. Strong characters with good chemistry and a heartfelt emotional core at the center. Tackles a lot of the same themes as VIII, and I don't love them all, but wraps them up much more gracefully.
unlabelledView post →Mishera you were oomf in Ys Seven but you are a fucking demon in this game
unlabelledView post →I literally just realized that there's seven pikkards in this game because it's Ys Seven, hah hah hah. 😭
unlabelledView post →42. My first Falcom game actually wasn’t a Trails game, it was Ys Seven. But I didn’t start getting invested in the company until after playing Trails
unlabelledView post →gave Ys Seven a try, and this definitely looks like a game originally released for the PSP alright there's something weirdly charming about that low-poly look, though
unlabelledView post →Ys Seven [Completed 10/6/2026] It's my favorite I have no notes. The most tightly written Ys game which was absurdly surprising given how typically standard stories in this series tends to be. The dungeons were also the best in the series, bosses were fun, best soundtrack. I cried a single tear.
unlabelledView post →Ys Seven is currently the one game in the series I've played to completion, and can wholeheartedly recommend as a starting point! Incredibly easy to pick up, combat feels great, and kickass soundtrack as expected from Falcom
unlabelledView post →Ys Seven beaten My first ok game tbh The story concept is good but they should have really colored the game in its theme cause its just barebones until the 5th dragon. The party system giving a little flavor of rps but also still keeping you able to play Adol for a majority is cool too.
unlabelledView post →96. Ys SEVEN This would have been a good game if it wasn't for the entire blemish of making you backtrack to all the main dungeons you already did just to pad out the game's runtime while also just COMPLETELY WIPING YOUR FAST TRAVEL POINTS. Also this game doesn't tell you about Flash Guard.
unlabelledView post →Oh Ys Seven, making me backtrack to the dungeons I already did and wiping my fast travel points just so you can extend the game by several hours? You shouldn't have~ Really, you shouldn't have.
unlabelledView post →actually i’ll throw you a relevant fact rn ys seven was gonna be a multiplatform release with differences in story depending on the platform one was SEVEN, and VII was presumably going to be the other, which is most likely why the game we have now is written as “Ys SEVEN” instead of using numerals
unlabelledView post →Ruin's Island & Iska Village em Ys Seven, duas das regiões, ao meu ver, mais bonitas do game.
unlabelledView post →There are things that could have been consolidated (its about 3 times the length of Ys Seven but could've easily just been twice the length if that), a few plot holes, and once again Dogi not playable is a demerit, but its still the best Ys game Dana forever
unlabelledView post →Ys SEVEN is a fuckin video game
unlabelledView post →Nah this one is remake of Ys 4. But the party system and flash guard/dodge system from Ys 8 is built off this game and Ys Seven. This one's alright, it's not bad but it's nowhere near as good as Ys Seven or Ys 8 IMO. Get it on sale on PSN if you can.
unlabelledView post →I’ll get to it eventually. Ys Seven is a surprisingly large game.
unlabelledView post →Let’s play more Ys Seven! How far am I from completing this game? Just a couple more stones! Famous last words twitch.tv/chrisxswe #Twitch #Gamer #Ys
unlabelledView post →9: Ys Seven I've loved the Ys series since the first game on PC Engine and while I've become a bit disenchanted with it since Ys VIII due to its shift in style and gameplay, Ys Seven seemed to hold onto what I loved about the series while feeling just new enough to keep it fresh.
unlabelledView post →Since I bought my new gaming laptop, it's possible the most intensive game I've run on it is Ys Seven.😅
unlabelledView post →Ys Seven is the most Adol Christin game ever! ❤️
unlabelledView post →Falcom ports every Ys game to Switch but Ys Seven. I'm not angry, i'm just disgusted
