Very unpopular opinion but 3d worms are the best from a strategy standpoint. I played for years with a friend, creating our own rules, with no weapons and with the flood since turn one, using only weapons from loot, and every time the gameplay was different. Absolutely exciting. I miss those days. Unforgettable game.

ISSUES: By default, the game is unable to display its videos due to limitations of WMV Video Codec & WMA Audio Codec without workarounds. WORKAROUNDS: You can use VLC to convert all of its video from WMV to MP4, make sure you remove all of WMV files first and then use MMV by installing it from a terminal by renaming more than one files from .mp4 to .wmv in ntsc, ntsc > English, and ntsc > Logos with this command. mmv "*.mp4" "#1.wmv" Or…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The best game of this genre, no competition. Sadly online is a ghost town.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I grew up playing Worms 4 Mayhem, this is not quite it, it has some differences from the original, but still I deem it a masterpiece and its still very fun to play. Amazing game!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I first purchased this game at a Scholastics bookfair all the way back in 2005 with some money my mom gave me. It ran well on the family computer, and even though the controls were unorthodox, my brother, cousin and I had a lot of fun. Many laughs were had when we'd tamper with the modifiers and make a single bazooka blow up the entire playing field. I purchased this on Steam to relive those memories, if you will, but I was met with disappointment almost immediately at the performance. It is…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My favourite worms game that still holds up, unfortunately requiring some patches in my time with it in order for me to have appropriate performance and such but once it is all patched up it is a blast to play, especially on handheld, and can still find online games. PLEASE WE NEED MORE 3D WORMS!!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →really fun, fills a niche the other worms games on steam dont with the 3d gameplay.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Worms' fourth and finale foray into the third dimension as of this writing. A HD remaster of Worms 4: Mayhem with added online play, new items for your Worms and a remaster of Worms 3D' campaign. Touted as the definitive 3D Worms game, this title is the most content-heavy and comes with three DLC packs. Unlike the 2D games, this game is a little more slower paced with your worms having to traverse 3D landscapes and plenty of verticality to find your ideal positions to attack their worms…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is honestly the best game ever i traded my new born son for my copy (worth it)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just as peak as I remember it being on the Xbox 360
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →your just a fighting worm means you don't have life to care about
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good game for brainless strategy i will be honest though i probably only think so highly of it because i grew up with the game on my 360
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the game itself is enjoyable but plagued with bugs, mission 6 of the worms 3D campaign just gets stuck in the starting cutscene, achievements are finicky and the mouse movement feels like dragging a stick across gravel combined with performance issues. upon looking into these issues there's not a whole lot of documentation on them but from what I've gathered most issues randomly started popping up out of nowhere a year ago, while i do think this game is worthy of a positive review aside from…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The best PS2 game ever. Sad you can't connect your PS4 controller to it even with community made compatibility mods or whatever for other controllers. It was a very good game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Set VSync mode to "Fast" for this game in the nVidia Control Panel if you're having a low frame rate.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My friends lied to me. They really hyped up this game as the best thing since asmr chubby furry cat girl telling you how small your dih is and counting down slowly from 10 joi. Well I'm here to tell you that it isnt. Dew made me unstall files that "made the game better" and it was still a piece of steaming mashed potatoes without salt or sour cream or butter or anything that makes mashed potatoes taste good; basically imagine if the oldest most evil white lady you know made mashed potatoes for…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →pretty cool but my friend is a right bastard and keeps nailing my tail without solicitation.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game. Just had a nostalgic local party of 3 teams with my nephews as we blasted the heck out of each others's teams. We used to play Worms 3D on the 360 and had so much fun. Even my 2 girls played that with me many times and had a great competitive time. Frustrating at times due to the controls and wonky physics, but the inconsistency makes for some hilarious surprise wins...AND losses. Great game, super addicting. So glad I got this some years back so we could play that great…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Best Worms of all time (together with Worms3D).
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun game and can run on basically any PC, worth it especially for its very low price. Holy underrated game. However if you want to play online with random people, do not get this since it's kinda dead.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great to play with friends. Its just the right level of chaos that I expect from a game in the series
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A certified (child)hood classic
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Worms Ultimate Mayhem is a remaster of Worms 4: Mayhem, which is one of the few 3D Worms games, and the only 3D Worms game available on Steam. It also includes the entire Worms 3D single-player campaign, so it can be considered the ultimate 3D Worms game. Being in 3D, the game is fundamentally different from the main 2D Worms games, but it does a great job of converting what we know and love about Worms into the third dimension. In the end, it definitely feels like a Worms game. It also packs…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is another good Worms game, which is considered the definitive 3D Worms experience by the fans. As a remastered combination of Worms 3D and Worms 4: Mayhem, it provides an staggering amount of content for its price, including over 70 single-player missions and challenges. You’re essentially getting two full games in one HD package. Between the two story campaigns and various skill challenges, there are easily 15+ hours of single-player gameplay alone. As in every Worms game, in this…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game could run fine on Windows XP but on 11 it's a mess + controls are ass.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →unable to join my friends lobby. it keeps showing "Session no longer available."
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Works. Runs reasonably well, has mods. Plays on linux. Is fun. Has old jank, like controls and it might not launch without all the settings on low, or a community patch, but game is fun, and well worth $15 because of the charm alone. It's funny and being fun jank, is like... the core behind worms, so really... it being old is just like all of the blind arch fun weapons.

unlabelledView post →By far the best worms game and probably the one I have the most nostalgia for. I remember playing this on the ps2 and spending more time trying to destroy the entire level than actually fighting the other worms. Blowing up half the map was basically the real objective and honestly I still think that is how worms is meant to be played.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Legendary OG game, Let's destroy our friendship. ;)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the biggest games of my childhood. It holds up great today too. It's hilarious to play with friends.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Dont forget to apply the aniniversary patch!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you don't mind the slow pace and fixing the weird technical issues (you're gonna need to download some patches for this one), it's worth messing around with. Not nearly as energetic as 2d worms, but this has its own niche of janky 3d platforming and environmental destruction. Pretty basic gameplay but it leaves room for creative strategies. Decent amount of content too.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There is something strange, yet highly engaging about Worms Ultimate Mayhem. While Worms 3d was... something that should be forgotten, Ultimate Mayhem somehow fixes and improves everything. And the mission pack of Worms 3D plays much better than it did in the original game. Overall, it is the point at which Worms series probably understood it should stay in 2D format, but Ultimate Mayhem is still very fun even after all these years. Played it with my friend back in 2011, and still get surprised…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Worms Ultimate Mayhem is Team17 Digital’s attempt to present a definitive 3D Worms package—a remastered combination of Worms 3D and Worms 4: Mayhem—and it stands as both a celebration of the series’ quirky charm and a reminder of how challenging the transition from 2D to 3D can be. While earlier 3D Worms titles experimented with new camera angles, movement systems, and environmental layouts, this edition bundles their strongest elements into a cleaner, more polished format. The premise is…
