But you can still play if you "fix it" by yourself, to do that i had to download Unreal Engine 4.18.3 version, and copy the binaries folder from the Engine folder of Unreal Engine to the game folder (White Day VR Courage Test/WindowsNoEditor/Engine/Binaries)- (you need to create the Engine Folder first in the game location). With that all said i think this White…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Purchased this, as recommended by Steam, thinking it would work with my Oculus Rift but unfortunately it does not. Digging deeper into the games info, I've finally found it only works with HTC Vive. This should probably be the first thing viewers should see.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Experienced on the Oculus Quest 2 You can view my review & gameplay here: https://youtu.be/I6hT36-VjEk This is an approximately 8 minute long experience. There is replay value though as you may want to do enough runs until you're finally able to locate all the hidden objects. You're doing the courage test: which means you'll be looking for hidden objects in a dark room at school at night while scary stuff happens all around. You have to find at least half of the 15 hidden items (8?). However,…

It's a pretty good hidden item finding game, just short, but does not work properly with Oculus if you wanna try. You can actually play it on oculus BUT YOU GOTTA PRESS AND HOLD MOVING STICK to move front or back or bring a list, which is actually annoying and I would be affraid of breaking my controller. You gotta use both hands to actually pick option in the menu. It's a shame that this little thing is not finished for oculus, not worth 3€ on…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's an interesting game that seems pretty fun and scary, but I kept getting pulled out of it any time I would move because of the "Do not leave the circle on the floor" warnings. Essentially it seems like you have to stand perfectly in place and spin on a perfect swivel or else you'll be blocked from interacting with anything, which feels like it defeats the purpose of VR to me.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game with a lot of jumpscares but it is very short. You need to find 15 items in a room under 5 minutes. Works on occulus rift however movement is not great with touch as i could only move forward pressing the up joystick then i had to turn around making it difficult to play if you only have 2 sensors. That is probably why it is only htc vive only. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVQGjrcxpDE
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this is more of a demo, on the other hand its only 5$. meh... get it if you want it. i will be hiding in my library and forgetting i own
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got the oculus quest and it works okay as long as you patch it yourself with the unreal game engine that was missing. Still can’t find all 15 items on the list. Got tons of scary stuff. Felt kind of short but a great use of VR for the beginning.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It very well done but, horrible controls for oculus, (why not one stick to walk other to turn around freely) and why have a timer ! It could had been so good !
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is literally over in 5 minutes, and has no replay. Check my time played. Yes I beat it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →White Day VR: The Courage Test is a simple VR exclusive hidden object/scavenger hunt game with a horror/jumpscare theme. You're at school at night and you have to go find a few objects in the dark as part of a scavenger hunt, using your trusty torch/flashlight to look around (and see things lurking or creeping at the corner of your eye etc). Spooky. It's short and feels more like a basic tech demo than a serious game, with incredibly shallow gameplay that makes the puzzles in Artifex Mundi…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If this had cost any more than $5, I would be giving it a negative rec but I'll cut it some slack. This game is basically a short 5 minute game you can demo to friends who want to try a horror game in VR. The concept isn't bad. You have 5 minutes to wander around a small 2 room area filled with stuff that you have to search through to find hidden items and scares randomly occur around you. Some of the scares are well executed and some aren't. The game sort of throws everything at the wall and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →WhiteDay VR experience is good and hopefully SONNORI Corp considers to take the project to the next level
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Short but spooky little haunted house experience, even managed to startle me a few times. Your hands are those of a tiny asian school girl and similar to real life school girls you may get briefly stuck on furniture. The animation and enviroment was well made. 3/5
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Got this on sale and if you want to play it i recommend you do the same. Graphics are good, gameplay is short, the horror is... oversaturated to the point of being ridiculous. The gameplay is about 5 minutes per run, so they pack a lot of creepiness together in a short amount of time and that leads to oversaturation. You can't just jump scare someone 20x in a row with 2 seconds in between and expect each scare to have the same impact. But the true horror of this game is the control scheme.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →White Day VR: The Courage Test is an absolute gem for VR horror enthusiasts! From the moment I stepped into the eerie Yeondu High School, I was captivated by its chilling atmosphere and immersive gameplay. The graphics are top-notch, making every shadow and flicker of light feel incredibly real. The sound design is equally impressive, with every creak and whisper sending shivers down my spine. The challenge of locating hidden items under time pressure adds a thrilling layer to the experience.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unfortunately, the game has several problems. If you can at least start the game without it crashing and get used to the terrible controls, I would say that it is possible for you to enjoy the experience that the game wants to provide you. So, despite all the flaws, I recommend the game, because I liked the terrifying experience that the game wanted to provide. Being in a place with good graphics, completely dark, suspicious sounds and scares at any time, was great!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like the atmosphere and horror Graphics are nice, Just too short worth it if your a horror fan like me or get it on a deal :)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →(GAME IS ONLY HTC VIVE) I did play on my Oculus Rift S in which it's harder but still possible. Takes literally 5min to beat the challenge but definitely has it's scare moments, would love to see more games like this maybe longer / escape room style. Wait for a sale for like 1-2$.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wish this was a full game. Every element if this was well done. Each horror aspect was so unique.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not easily scared............ Oh CR*P! Enough said.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played on Quest2. Controls are a bit off, but work which is fine as it was not made for Oculus. Well made scenery, a short experience but ok for that price.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun. Some jumps. Problems abound though. Controls don't feel right and there is a wierd fishbowl effect all of the way through. for a 10 minute scare, this is ok.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Experienced with the OG HTC VIVE Worth the price for a nice short experience The playthrough lasts about 8 minutes, including the 5 minute timer you conveniently get when entering the classroom. You're tasked with finding 15 Items to complete The Courage Test armed with nothing but a flashlight and a wristwatch. You only need half the items to actually pass, but its interesting to see how it plays out if you fail Theres a small amount of replayability as some of the items switch…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'll give it up that I'm pretty bad when it comes to Horror VR games. I'll jump at anything and sometimes I'll just pull off the headset. This game gives me that horror rush in very small doses. You are given a task to find all these items in a school room and then let lose. The game seems to be set for a HTC headset so playing on a Quest 2 is a little odd but once I got the gist of it I was right at home (there may be more updates in the future that will have more support for other…
